Missed the ham off my ham and pinapple pizza, tried to call no answer

Went to collect my order, said my name and they looked at me tapped on the screen and walked over and got my order. Didn't say a single word to me during the interaction, which I found rude. They didn't even bother to cut the garlic pizza sticks. The pizza was cut unevenly having two tiny slices, two massive slices and two regular slices. Definitely not worth the money, will not be coming back.

Order was wrong and they didn't answer phone all night so I couldn't get a refund. Wrote them email still haven't had a refund 8 days later and to top it off my daughter got sick after eating and I still haven't had a response! Disgusting customer service

They cancelled our order after waiting for one hour. Never order from this Domino’s!!!

expensive, so i wouldnt have it often, but their texas bbq pizza was very nice, and a large pizza is more than enough to feed 4+ people or last a few days in the fridge.

Not even food related but if you’re in Newport and want some fun check the motorbikes for MOT history most have failed, just crossed the road by the old pet shop on seaclose and nearly got ran over by a biker who must have been doing around 50/60mph, then shook his head when I shrugged at him! Absolute joke of a company and the island isn’t doing enough to get these failed bikers off the road!

Taking no cash, you’ve lost me as a regular customer!

Awesome pizza, especially the festive one, made a mistake online, but took it too the isle of Wight branch and they rectified the mistake, and gave us a free family meal of our choosing

Just needed to say that I received excellent customer service from Dominos. I ordered online and when trying to go from extra cheese to just the normal amount I accidentally ordered them without cheese... and I did not catch it when I submitted the order. I promptly received a call from Jonathan to check if I really wanted the pizzas without cheese. He understood my mistake and modified the order to include cheese on the pizza, disaster averted all thanks to Jonathan.

Always nice pizzas, and friendly staff, just need somewhere to sit while waiting to collect, if you have ordered from inside the shop in Newport

Today I called dominoes in Newport to enquire about cash payments for delivery, as I wasn’t aware this payment option was no longer used. The colleague was quite abrupt and his manner left me feeling bad for asking. “Yeah, it’s been like that for 3 years and we don’t intend on going back” almost as if he had been asked this question multiple times and was fed up, which I can understand, but for a customer who has no idea about this, I didn’t end the call feeling welcomed to ask questions in future. Just some feedback for the person who took the call.

Good staff. I ordered a takeaway. Pizza was good as expected.

I had gone into this establishment to order a personal pizza on 22/05/2023 around 12pm. The only thing I received was attitude. So much so, that I will not ever even attempt an order from Domino's ANYWHERE on the IOW. First, if you do not have an item that is listed on the menu, don't be rude about it...maybe a sorry or even suggestion would be better than, "that's not on the menu anymore". Second, when a person asked for an item added you are not familiar with (even though it's written on the menu) do not say I don't know what that is, instead maybe tell the customer you don't understand and ask them to explain it further. Third when the customer tries to get your dim-witted mind around what hots are and they say hot peppers...and you say when don't have that, we have jalapeños...well perhaps you should think about a new line of work. FOUTH, it's obvious I'm from another country and wouldn't have any idea that you stopped accepting cash 4 years ago. Cash is KING in the USA, so not only am I ignorant to this change, but have literally never heard of such a thing. So. All. Set.

Great for the kids fun eating out

Useless. First they put the wrong pizza in our order and gave us a meat pizza for our vegetarian, then when we called, they sent us the one we actually ordered, but it was undercooked and had barely any sauce on it.

Do not deliver to east cowes anymore as they didn’t like negative reviews and complaints. Staff always unhelpful and rude.

Ordered Dominos expecting great things as its a dominos... opened the box and whats happened to the ingredients on 2 slices? Tasted ok.... wasnt overly happy with it

Had a pizza delivered Sunday afternoon/ evening. When I opened the door th bloke was putting it on the floor, he then ran off as fast as he could. When I got the pizza inside and opened up the box, I saw why. It was an absolute mess. It looked like he had kicked it all the way from the shop to furrlongs. He obviously ran off to save me refusing it. I wish I had taken a photo because it looked like a pile of vomit. Will not be using dominos again.

Total waste of time ordering from this store. Ordered online to then be phoned to say they would have to cancel order as they 'ran out of dairy free cheese and it'll be several hours before they can collect some from another store so will have to cancel for now and refund me'. I have phoned the store countless times over this week to find out whether they have processed my refund for which I'm still waiting for - twice was told still not been processed but the will get on to it. Really unreliable service and uncaring staff - a bit of advice dont order with Domino's!

I was a regular here and now issues until now. Stone cold soggy pizza stone cold wedges totally lost my custom now.

Disgraceful. Staying in IOW at Travelodge. Your man said “what’s the postcode?” No idea as we are on holiday, he said “look it up then” I said I’m on phone to him so he said “look it up and call us back, I’m busy right now!” Unbelievable - so we had a lovely Pizza Hut Pizza instead. Ignorant, rude and no wonder the reviews are so poor!

Quick service but they forgot to slice the garlic pizza bread, also wasn't too impressed with it as it wasn't spread out enough on the base. Big no no was that I ordered a vegetarian pizza and I found a lump of ham in the box, it wasn't on the pizza, but inside the box, it could have touched it, luckily I'm not a vegetarian or of a religious view to not touch pork, so I didn't make a complaint, domino's staff take heed of this and check nothing has fallen into the box by mistake, you could have been in a lot more trouble.

Three times they’ve got the delivery order wrong and the promised refund never arrives. Seems to be run by the local Pan Estate boys. Bad reaction to the supposedly gluten free pizza. Have complained to the head office to see if they’re any better. Not hopeful for redress. Avoid

Very bad service. We used the app, came up with pizza ready for collection. Went into collect, was not ready, waited another 20 mins, took pizza out to car. Children's pizza was completely wrong, ordered a margarita, got a chicken pizza! My pizza was all broken and looked like it had just been thrown in the box. Took them back in and complained, told we would have to wait another 20 mins or so for new one to be cooked, so our other pizzas would have been cold! Asked for a refund, very very rude staff, no management. Went to Sainsbury's pizza counter, got some delicious pizza for a fraction of the cost. Will now use Sainsbury’s from now on. Shocking service and poor management.

Omg never had such a rude email back from a company all I asked was if they delivered to east cowes ( which they always did ). Apparently they don't now cause of some sort of complaints by people I've never had a problem with newport dominos until now 😳 and all I asked was about delivery so me and them are over now spent so much money with you guys , will use a local place now !!!!

Manager clearly hasn't got any qualifications, pizza was floppy cheese tasted like homer simpsons back side!! Order was wrong, not the first time this has happened.

Very polite service, They did seem a tad short on staff, but over all service was great. Had my first ever pizza pocket and it was lovely. Great takeaway literally just off the main high street so perfect location and not mega busy at lunchtime.

Disgusting branch filled with 16 year olds barely managing to do anything. The online deals are a joke as well the fact they constantly stop accepting online orders when it gets busy. only branch that do this at least twice a week. Also not sure when adding onions meant that they need to add more onion than cheese, onions were practically raw when I got my pizza. These are reoccurring issues that never happens at at any other location on the Island or in Hampshire. The manager must work extra hard to keep these low standards.

Please dont listen to staff advise.. place your own order wht u like.. a they suggested us thin crusts crunchy pizza and it was not edible.. wasted money and time..

The hospital is a stressful place to visit as it is. It is made worse by the fact that 9 times out of 10 parking is a nightmare. So imagine how frustrating it is to spend 15 minutes trying to find a space only to find a dominos pizza bike taking up an entire car space at the hospital even though there was plenty of parking available in the designated bike parking spot. You are either inconsiderate or juat that stupid. Well done 👏

Very fresh and better than anywhere else

It's honestly unbelievable that this branch have stopped doing half and half pizzas, purely because, I quote from a member of staff "we were loosing too much money", now I have to order 3 different pizzas because my partner and daughter can't share a pizza as my daughter dosent eat cheese, so I can't order a pizza with cheese on half, now it's costing over £50 for a takeaway as opposed to being around £35, that's ridiculous, you've lost my custom now as I can't justify spending that amount of money for a takeaway!

Dominos innit... good comfort food

Every single time. Pure disappointment. Every single time. They get my order WRONG. Last couple of times it’s been minor things. One incorrect topping or an incorrect drink. I can live with that. Today, I order the Beef Doner pizza but get the hot sauce removed as my other half doesn’t like spicy food, and a Catalan chicken and chorizo pizza. The Beef Doner comes with sour cream on top, which I didn’t request, and the Catalan chicken and chorizo came with tandoori chicken and pepperoni. Disappointed beyond belief. Will never be ordering from here again. Staff clearly are not trained because they cannot tell the difference between the toppings. I recommend avoiding dominos if you’re in Newport and using an independent restaurant.

Covid safe and very prompt happy staff.

Phoned up to order, made the order then had a call back saying they don't deliver to my address. That's strange over the last 7 months they have been delivering to my address. So i had to collect. Once i got home ( should have checked it before leaving the store) the "Chicken feast " was burnt and bugger all chicken. That was very disappointing. So i checked my app and what a surprise, they deliver still to my address. I shall now take my business elsewhere.

What a joke this place is. My wife and her colleagues (all nurses) ordered some lunch. They gave specific details of where to meet and what time at the hospital and gave a name for the person delivering to ask for. The delivery guy gave all their food to workmen who promptly ate it all without asking any questions. When my wife called they did not offer any replacements and said a refund will take up to 7 days. So they made a basic schoolboy error and offered no solution. 5 key staff had to go hungry due to the stupidity of the staff. Shocking for a chain this large to be so incompetent. Shame on you

Ordered a pizza and it said 11-16 minutes wait. It took me 1 hour to receive the pizza.

Ordered five pizzas. At the end the guy says "Wish you had said your wanted five, you could gave had a discount". I said add the discount now then. He stated he couldn't. Obviously I cancelled the order. I then spoke to the senior member of staff as no manager was available. He promised to investigate and call back. I didn't expect him to and of course was not disappointed! No offer to re-take the order with the discount. Not a clue how to run a business

Love dominoes, always cooked to order so nice hot when delivered, from the amount of times we have ordered they have only messed up once and if you call them they are always happy to sort it out!

Nearly two hours waiting for a delivery when upon ordering was given a 45 minute wait time. Phoned to ask where the pizza was and was told they don't have enough drivers on tonight rather unapologetically... Unfortunately home alone and heavily pregnant so thought I'd go for a delivery for this reason. For prices you charge you really need to rethink how your orders are processed. Simply letting people know upon ordering how long it'll take will solve a lot of issues. Sincerely a hungry, hormonal, pregnant woman still without pizza...

Terrible service! Ordered at 6.43pm... with a 60 minute wait.. fair enough sit and wait... 1hr 45minutes later I get a phone call saying it’s going to be another 2 hours... HA HA NO! Bloke on the phone was rude and didn’t know what he was talking about. Not amused... expecting to wait for 4 hours for a bloody pizza 😂

What a nightmare... Didn't answer calls so went in to branch... Staff overworked the guy on the till didn't know the deals on his till.. Very hard work... In the end walked out.. Very poor service...

Ordered pizzas; 1 hour and 30 minutes no pizzas. No answer on the phone. Called the Ryde store, advised that NewportI is busy and having to cancel orders. Despite app and email not providing any updates, and Vicky their store manager was absolutely incredible! Went above and beyond to try and fix the issue. Tried to contact the Newport store for me, called me back and then sent my order from her store. She is an absolute legend. But severely disappointed by Newport shop, hence star rating. Such a shame. Won’t order again.

Extremely poor customer service on collection.

Wasn't impressed at all. The pepperoni passion pizza was burnt and the chicken strips looked ok but were very dry. Being a 20 min drive away I did not fancy the 40 min round trip to get it swapped. Its easy to see why this store rates so low.

Just came back to home with my bloody "large" pizzas. No time to come back to Shanklin for a refund it's just not worth it. I'll just remember to avoid this place and carry on ordering from Newport.

I have purchased a pizza which is vegetarian however when it arrived I had pepperoni on so I try to ring the store and I was disgusted to find out that they would not pick up the phone .Very disappointed

Messed our order up got chicken on our vegetarian pizza! Found a HAIR in one the pizzas Spoke to Jordan (store manager) and said he would refund partial amount at the time I was happy for that, as just wanted to get on with my day. A day later Only recieved £1.17 of the £27.96. I then rang again spoke to Jordan again and this time he was rude. Said he will refund another £10. I wanted the whole amount this time for the inconvenience caused. He refused to give whole amount back and said 'if I went to the shop and bought 'rizzlers' then went back for a refund I would not get 10 times my money' shocking attitude from a manager. Not happy with the way this has been dealt with. Ruined my evening meal and now I have to deal with getting a full refund by emailing head office. Thanks Jordan! Great manager you are! The franchise owner needs to step in and sort it out. Standards have gone down hill! Will not be ordering from this place again!!!!!!

Used this Domino's a few times for pizza - quick service and tasty, always an offer on. Just had to drive home quick before it got cold! However now a Domino's has opened in Shanklin I will be using that as it's closer.

Normal high quality as expected from domino's

Ordered a Domino’s for delivery this evening via the mobile app. The mobile app notified me that my food was on its way......40 minutes then passed before I called them. I was told my food left the premises 5 minutes before hand. I checked with the guy on the phone that my food hadn’t been sat around for ages to be told he would check it before it leaves? I thought it left 5 minutes ago! Anyway, another 20 minutes passed and eventually my food did arrive and it was hot and delicious. Get your deliveries sorted and you would get 5 stars.

This place is nothing more than a disorganised kindergarten. The girl on the counter taking orders is pretty and that is ALL she has to offer. Devoid of managerial leadership and more effort put into moving boxes around than put into preparing the poor quality food. Over 25 minutes waiting for a personal (tiny) pizza and then told us it was busy. I won't be in any type of hurry to return to this place and wouldn't recommend to an enemy.

Absolutely outrages i ordered the garlic bread pizza and it was just a mini bloody mozzarella with small bit of garlic on it, my son was expecting a garlic bread in the shape of a pizza and he got that and was incredibly disappointed do not order this unless you want to be disappointed.. i would leave half a star but it didn't let me. with love Gremilda

Can be a bit pricy but there is a way kinda trick to get them a bit cheaper but I like dominoes pizza the pizza is soft and squishy in a good way it's the sort of pizza you just want to shove in your mouth all at once

If you collect then this Domino's is great. If you want a delivery be prepared to wait. Also their delivery drivers and bikes are a menace on the road. If you see a moped doing 40 in a 20 or 30 zone, riding about in and out of traffic without properly looking and cutting in front of everyone else on the road, it's probably got a Domino's delivery box on the back of it! How they ride this recklessly and still be so slow with deliveries I don't know.

Tonight was very very disappointing. Waited 2 and a half hours for our pizza. I rang up and they offered a full refund. The staff in the shop are very helpful but it seems from my experience that the drivers are absolutely useless!!!
