Delicious menu of Iranian/Persian food. The aubergine starter and the Persian herb salad were stand outs for me. However everything was delicious, only the barbecued vegetables were a bit burnt, otherwise perfect. The staff were attentive and friendly.

Very disappointing, I gave up trying to eat the steak after less than a third: it was so tough. The salad was drowned in dressing so couldn't eat much of that either. I explained to the waitress when she came to take my almost full plate away . No offer of any money off. In fact even with the help of the computer, tried 3 times to overcharge us. This with only 2 items to add!

Having popped in the previous night, only to be told the kitchen wasn't open, I went in the Wednesday, spoke to a waiter, asked if food was being served. She said yes. I pointed to a table and said, 'Will that one be okay?' She said yes, then walked away. I sat at the table for 20 minutes, tried to attract the attention of waiters. Was repeatedly ignored. And when they started serving people who'd just arrived, I felt it was time to leave. I shall not return. Appalling.

The location is cozy, staff is friendly and well trained. I also enjoy going for brunch but also for drinks and snacks for the evening.

Staff not that great and not that interested. It was busy but they stood about chatting and nobody really had an idea of what was going on. We paid for a bottle of wine which never appeared, despite chasing it after 45 minutes . We got some deep fried popcorn chicken which was oily as hell. The wine never turned up so we gave up and left

Went here for lunch today and would definitely recommend it. Food was spot on and the prices are fair. Staff who served us were great, very friendly, attentive and welcoming and catered to all our needs happily. Great food and service are always important so will definitely be returning.

Nice atmosphere, good choice of alcoholic drinks. The staff are helpful and hard working. Lovely terrace with big umbrellas. I appreciate that they show events here on their big screen, such as the Queen's funeral and Women's Football Europeans. The atmosphere for both was very special. The only downside is that stale oily odours from the open kitchen permeate the whole room. The extraction just isn't working effectively. Maybe the staff don't notice because they are used to it, but I was even sniff checking my clothes when I came out.

Really attentive service and good variety on the breakfast menu. Coffee is very good here. A popular spot for food with families and young people.

We spent a lovely evening outside parlez enjoying the vibes of Coulgate Street. The drinks menu was spot on and service was friendly. Our friends have raved about parlez and we can see why. Great spot.

I eat here all the time with my kids, and sometimes have breakfast on my own. Staff are always friendly and the food is fresh and tasty.

Always have a lovely time here. Staff are super helpful and friendly, and always try and seat you as quickly as possible even when busy. Would definitely recommend!

I don't like to belittle a local eatery, but the service was pretty awful here. It took far too long to serve black coffees, we had to send our brunch back as it was almost cold after five minutes (and three bells from the frustrated chef - the kitchen staff were working harder than the servers) waiting to be picked up and the second coffees weren't any quicker. The food was fine. Unnecessary backchat from one server ('we're really busy' - errr, it was half full with 10 people working inefficiently), another who spent a minute checking her mobile rather than waiting tables, and others having a gentle chat with each other. I wouldn't have paid the service charge had there been one (and I pay 99% of service charges, so putting this in the bottom 1%). Service needs a radical overhaul based on this experience.

Four of us turned up without a booking on Mothers Day. They were really helpful and found us a lovely table & an unexpected glass of Prosecco on the house! We all enjoyed a variety of food, as well as good vegan options. Lovely buzzy venue & great staff. Thank you

If I could rate this restaurant higher I would with out a second thought. I came to Parez this weekend as I had heard great things about their roasts, and they did not disappoint! I went for the roast beef, my partner the chicken. The portion sizes were HUGE, fluffy Yorkshires and these amazing slow cooked beef balls, I could have eaten a whole plate of them, stunning!! The staff were so friendly and polite as well and really well informed about the menu. We also had espresso martinis for desert and they were spectacular! 10 out of 10 parlez, we will definitely be back!

We were just treated incredibly badly by Parlez staff. I have seen multiple reviews on Tripadvisor also saying the same thing. When we asked for a table, we were incredibly reluctantly given one even though there were tables available. We were a table of three...

Food was delicious, eggs Benedict made to perfection. Very friendly and attentive staff serving great bloody marys, highly recommend if you're looking for a brunch spot in Brockley.

Very handy for Brockley station, with plenty of outdoor seating. Food was pretty good and reasonably priced. No complaints about the service. Might pop back to try the Baba G's evening menu!

The food was delicious, me and my friend got the veggie burgers; different from the usual veggie burgers, they had loads of flavour and accompanied with wine, was a perfect way to spend an autumn evening

The maple syrup French toast with bacon was amazing and would 100% recommend. It’s a reasonable price as well not like some of the places in the neighborhood! They did forget our coffees though and had to remind them, apparently they forgot to put it...

A great place with a great atmosphere and lovely staff. The Baba G's burgers are SOO DELISH. They are also really meticulous with cleaning and social distancing. Really glad parlez is open again after covid lockdown! Can’t wait to return.

Had a great Sunday breakfast here. Food was delicious and coffee was piping hot. We enjoyed the vibrant and friendly atmosphere and the staff were very accommodating. A great little find. Will recommend to family and friends.
