In rain, sunshine or snow, any time of the year, Tony, Betty and staff provide a wide selection of quality cafè food. Their sense of humour, open warmth and friendliness 😊 compliments their food; with their Full House breakfast my regular scrumptious favourite 😍 👌

Good choice of breakfasts. Swaps no problem. Quick, hot, generous portions. Lean bacon. Perfect eggs with runny yolks. Friendly, unobtrusive staff. Clean toilet

Just enjoyed another gorgeous Full House English Breakfast at Tony & Betty's Parkside (Aroma) Cafè in Crawley. After an exhausting frantic shift it was a great thing to look forward to. Thanks Tony, Betty, Amelia and Izzia for all the days through the tough times of the different restrictions that you've kept my beaming smile going, turning up in all weathers, quiet and busy times. You staff at Parkside are a legend. Have a mega Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 😉👌

I’ve eaten from here a few times in the last month or two. The staff were so friendly and the sausage and egg sandwich was outstanding. I went back a week later with a friend to eat a full English - I’ll probably only eat from here when staying local for the ever so needed fry up. Once you try this place you think why haven’t I come here sooner!

Visited here for the first time for a cooked breakfast this morning. The photos of the meals on the menu were quite offputting and do not do the food any justice however the actual breakfast was well presented and delicious. It arrived quickly and was cooked exactly how we asked and like the coffee was piping hot. The staff were efficient and friendly. Will definitely return.

I stopped off here at 7am in the morning with some friends and found the place pretty warm and welcoming. The coffee menu was surprisngly good and I opted for an espresso which was pretty strong but nice. We also enjoyed a few baps, I chose sausage and it was a nice morning morsel. Overall it was open on a day when other cafes from the big brands were not so they get points for that. The food was good value and I will probably revisit. I also found the barista's were really friendly and kinnd which goes against many of the other reviews so I recommend trying.

Visited Parks Cafe on a recommendation from a family member, we ordered coffees and breakfast. Breakfast we had a panini that was coated in oil and had to be dried once it arrived as the oil drizzle was too heavy. Food was sent out at different times. Coffee was very milky and weak and even though we asked for one to be remade and this was met with the owner being very disgruntled about it. The other coffee that we had we asked the lady to top us up with an espresso to which the owner brought out and said “if you like strong coffee you should ask for a strong coffee” but I also didn’t ask for a milky one so besides the point really. We could tell that the lady working there was not happy and clearly felt worried of making any mistakes and the atmosphere and vibe that the owner was giving off was displeasing much like the music he decided to ramp up louder as people tried to eat. Due to the atmosphere being so uncomfortable we didn’t eat much of our food and wanted to get the hell out of there as quickly as possible.

Known by both names and run by Betty, Tony and sometimes helped by the other wonderful staff. The quality of food, service, genuine warmth of friendliness, set in the small comfortable setting opposite Memorial Gardens make this my fav place ;-) Tabled seating under awnings outside too. Full House breakfast and also Omelete breakfast are my regular choices :-) Wonderful :-)

My husband, toddler and step daughter visit every weekend. The staff now bring us out drinks without asking and are always extremely polite and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Food always cooked as requested. Great place to grab breakfast or a quick lunch.

Enjoyed our Sunday brunch at Parkside! The Mediterranean breakfast was a delight including halloumi and olives with the breakfast. Omlette served with hash browns and baked beans with toast and tea only £6.90. Everything was cooked fresh to order and the food and service were both lovely. As it was a very hot day we opted to sit inside having spotted air con but there is some seating outside. Because this is a small cafe, it did feel like we were very close to the other tables and not keen on fixed hard chairs but that just my personal opinion. All of the important elements : service, food, friendliness, cleanliness and value for money were great.

Went for breakfast with my son. Sat down outside and waited for waitress whilst she served at other tables. Waitress who was foreign, possibly Eastern European served and spoke with other customers in their language. When I gestured that I was ready to order was told that we had to go to the counter as she couldn't serve us at the table. She continued to take orders from other customers. We left and went to alternative cafe around the corner where the service was spot on.Will never return to this place again. With so many places to choose from in town would not recommend this to anyone who speaks English as a first language.#discrimination

I've been to many cafés that have served better food than this place. The prices were not expensive and the potions quite large but unfortunately the food was terrible. Staff seemed very pleasant apart from the lady behind the counter who was rather unfriendly and abrupt. We ordered very simple dishes which any person with just the normal basic cooking knowledge should have been able to produce to a rather good standard but unfortunately that was not the case. The spaghetti was overcooked and what they called their Chicken Kebab was tasteless and fried on the griddle till it was very dry. Saw other people having their breakfast platter and it didn't look too appetising either.

Been regularly treating myself on weekends to their beautifully cooked and tasty 'Full Monty' breakfasts. Sited across from Memorial Gardens. Staff are warm and offer sincere smiles whilst always remembering your favourite preferences. Patio seating also with protective awning & gazebo as required.

Thought found lovely local cafe but on Saturday we were accused of not paying the week b4. Asked to see camera as were sure we had paid at till but we're told we definitely know u didn't. Even though no footage at min. Feel awful as ruined our weekend and now feel like we have paid twice. Staff rude about situation, wen I was always told customer was always right. This was dealt with badly and we still have to await footage if ever get.

We have been here a couple of times and had the treat of a good breakfast on a Saturday. Usually the waitress is smiley and this is a nice way to start the weekend. However today we had to be asked to be served, the breakfast I had was good, my husbands though as it was sitting waiting for mine to be finished cooking was warm ad not at its best. The toast never did arrive so when I approached to pay I explained he would have to adjust the bill as the breakfast was incomplete and I was disappointed in the warm breakfast. Unfortunately this was meet with a simple reply, no apology just the fact of 'well that's life'. He charged us the same even though we had politely pointed to the issues, so I paid as after all one of us had had part of a nice breakfast and we now will vote with our feet after all ' that's life'. Very sad in this day and age of very good service and adequate service, that the poor still exists.

The best café in Crawley. Staff are friendly and helpful. Their cheese omelette is superb and the best I've had anywhere. Wide range of other breakfasts and lunches. This is my go-to café and I'm never disappointed. Very popular with locals. Highly recommended!

I'm a regular here, but don't let that put you off my recommendation. This place is now open 24 hours which is great when you finish work at around 00.30 and need some good grub. The Scooby Burger is the one to go for if your hungry (you won't be hungry afterwards) at £8 it's a bit steep but good for what you get. Recommended defo

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about dietary requirements. Fantastic service. They can’t help the design but I wish there was an outside window. Also, more gluten free food options would be fantastic. Remember - anyone can eat gluten free stuff, but for those who have to avoid gluten, our choices are limited to just ‘safe’ foods.
