Bottomless brunch absolutely amazing

Such a great place if you want an afternoon bottomless brunch, service is great, atmosphere is great, pizzas are great and includes a gluten free option which i love because you can choose any of the toppings everyone else is having too, no boring 2 options that gluten free normally offer because pizzas are baked fresh 🥰 you can have cocktail/prosecco or gin options to choose from, there are also themed brunches too just check out the website. I recommend this place any day.

food was hit and miss one of us felt really sick after eating here!! ordered mocktails on the bottomless brunch but was servered alcohol when my friend is sober when asking about if their drink was a mocktail the server replied with “yeah i think so” turns out it was a cocktail and was served two different drinks only one was alcohol free. my friend drank the cocktail without realising until a real mocktail was served, poor behaviour and just proper disappointed if im honest

We wanted to find a good place for a bottomless brunch and we we’re definitely impressed! The pizza was delicious and the drinks were great. We went about 4pm for a themed brunch and the drink options were brilliant. Free bottle of Prosecco when we arrived was a great addition. We paid £30 and had about 8-10 drinks each. Staff were very friendly and the drinks didn’t stop! Highly recommend for a girls afternoon/night out.

Bit disappointed overall . Told it was renewed for stabbing. We travelled down on the way to Plymouth and stopped the night in Torquay. I tried my best to get stabbed but left hugely disappointed. Other than that great night

Went for bottomless brunch and the drinks kept flowing. Best value for money will definitely book again. Had a lovely waitress Danni who kept us topped up, she’s a credit to you.

What a night, the Christmas Drag Brunch was great. The staff have got the service off to a fine art! Pizza was served quickly and tasted delicious. The cocktails were flowing crazy quickly and the main waitress we had, dressed in a santa trousers jump suit was just lovely. Value for money I would say, with talented entertainment. We are ready to book for 2024! Great girls night out and fun for the guys too.

I am extremely disappointed and sickened by what I have encountered tonight. I understand accidents happen and drinks spill. However I was walking through the main dance floor, a random “boy” threw aggressively with intent a drink in my friends face. This is incredibly disrespectful and in no way should be excused. This was immediately reported to a nearby security guard who somehow hadn’t witnessed it. Upon my deep concern I expected this “child” to have been removed however I was dismissed as a woman that they would “check the cctv to make sure it was him” despite me pointing out the exact person as I witnessed the whole encounter. I don’t understand why I would cause this much of an issue over something if it wasn’t true. I then 5 minutes later saw this disrespectful cretin still there. We confronted him and all he had to say for himself was that “he was in the private booth so they wouldn’t kick him out” we have a video of this encounter. I think it’s disgraceful that this has not been followed through and unfortunately feel that if this had happened to a man this would have been dealt with immediately. Sort it out.

Popped in for a cocktail early evening before going out for dinner. (12/10/23) We were the only people in there, and the 2 ladies serving were really nice. Cocktails were excellent and the atmosphere was great. Will definitely be returning the next time we are in town. 🙏

Senior waitress was beyond rude. Food was nice enough and the drinks were great, but sadly won't be returning as the lead waitress let the place down - appaling customer service on her part.

Bad atmosphere staff are corrupt false allegations were made

Visited park lane on Saturday night as was recommended by locals. Entry prices increased from £5 to £8 after midnight, so get there before hand! 3 floor night club with different genre music on each level. Decent priced drinks and decent bouncers!

Had my hen do for 20 people in the martini lounge upstairs. It was fantastic. We had the place to ourselves, our own bar, toilets, dance floor and chill out seating area. The DJ was spot on with the music brief of 80s and 90s. The bottomless brunch was excellent value. The pizzas and curly fries were delicious and the cocktails delightful. We all had a fantastic night and the 4 hours went quick.

We popped in for a drink before going elsewhere for dinner. We were told by the bar staff that they would come over and take our drinks order. People came in after us and we’re served before us. There were 5 staff milling around, I complained to the barman and we waited another 10 mins for our drinks. Over 20 minutes to get what we ordered and it wasn’t busy. If we’d been served quicker we would have had another round. Terrible service, won’t be coming back.

Worst customer service, delayed drinks (over 45 minutes) messed up drinks orders, manager then came down and said “fuck off we don’t want your money” absolutely appalling behaviour. Stay well clear, plenty of other nice places in Torquay. After going elsewhere park lane has been known to have this customer service

I would like to say "a huge thankyou" for Simon's great support last week. He went above and beyond his duties last Saturday night. He was truly professional and helpful and not forgetting on his empathy on showing such care and kindness. Keep it up Simon. From the little one helping a young lady with my friends at the early hours of Sun Am.

TERRIBLE service with rude and self righteous staff. Trainee waitress tried her very best but the more experienced waitress let the bar/restaurant down. However Cool aesthetic, busy, nice drinks and pizza.

I went with some friends for thr drag bottomless Brunch at the weekend and it was amazing. The staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The cocktails flowed and the atmosphere was electric. We had the whole cocktail menu to choose from, plus gin and Prosecco so there was plenty of choice. As soon as we were handed our cocktails we were asked to order our next one, which didnt take long. It was so well organised. And the food was amazing too, I couldn't fault anything. The premises were clean and well looked after. We're definitely booking for the next one.

Quiet Sunday evening drinks. First time here, and was impressed. Comfortable surroundings, friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous cocktails...and bit of cheer me up music. Enjoyable visit.

Great place for a night out, staff a awesome and the drinks are as well.

Me and my girlfriend walked in at approximately 2pm on a Saturday (July 2nd), seeing the outside seating area was entirely empty and approximately 30 covers inside. We were met with the waitress attitude ‘sorry we can’t fit you in as we don’t have enough staff’. All we wanted was a bottle of champagne to sit outside next to the gas heaters which looked inviting on a sub-par July day. Very disappointing. If it was my restaurant I would be very resentful of this.

Walking by park lane late Saturday night saw a young bloke out of it on the floor asked the boncers is he OK they said yeah his friend s are looking after him I went over 2 c for myself clearly not ok his freinds was 2 young girls I went to c the boncers they had gone inside I went to find a Cooper couldn't find 1 time I went back they had gone hope he was OK even if he had not been drinking in their the boncers could have done more even if it was a bottle of water

I usually hate park lane except we have just been to the drag queen bottomless brunch 🎉 omg amazing!!! So many drinks! Staff were awesome drag queens were amazing 🤣

!!*AVOID, AVOID, AVOID*!! Staff not bothered about a semi conscious 21 year old woman on the street outside their doors, locked up and left. Not willing to help the people with her either. Just left them until a friend rescued them at 0400. Hospital staff were not surprised the 21 year old likely had her drink spiked in Park Lane as it's not the first time they have heard it recently!! ***ABSOLUTELY ABHORRENT PLACE***

The bouncers are unbelievably rude and lack even the mildest of compassion.

They need to change the guys who are working for security not sure if they are chasing trying to catch girls or trying to start a fight with people or they trying to protect the people in the club i been their 3 times I saw the same security guys starting probablys saw example on a video few weeks ago security fighting a guy for no reason one of the worst clubs to go to in Torquay any questions i can tell you what's bad and good about the club but I don't recommend anything about the club

Pretty much don’t give your coat in to the cloak room. You’ll go up and pay for it to be kept ‘safe’ and at the end of the night they will say it’s gone missing. I also know they are lying cause it’s happened to a few of my friends that night and previously before. After multiple calls and emails they still haven’t reached out to me or been any help what so ever. Thanks for robbing my £300 coat you thief’s!

Had a great afternoon's fun meeting up with friends. Used the 2 for £12 cocktails to good effect. Moved on to Revelution down the road and cocktails more expensive and not as good. So we went back....

The place looked great. The staff very attentive and friendly. It was only open for pizzas and drinks. Great drinks. Pizza looked really good, but absolutely bland. No taste. Couldn’t finish it. So definitely a place for good vibes, drinks, service and music but ignore the food!

Good vibes and three floors of different music.

Nice bar downstairs and club upstairs plays rnb and hip hop and popular music, I was told this was the only club in Torquay that plays this music consistently. Was a mixed age group, but mostly young people Gets very busy. I had a good night, and would go back if I visit Torquay again.

Visited twice during our stay at Torquay lovely drinks staff friendly and helpful, quick service, decor was to die for absolutely gorgeous inside can’t believe it wasn’t packed such an underrated place during our visit! Only constructive criticism abit too much raspberry syrup in the twisted mojito wouldn’t of put as much in with the chambord but overwise great

Room was nice spacious and clean. Service was OK nothing over the top. Very good location so I would defo reccomend for a short stay if you plan on spending more time away from the hotel rather than in it. No insects or vermin. Breakfast was good.

Not my experience but just read on Facebook a young girls drink was spiked whilst she put her purse away. She has a heart condition and ended up in a&e, is still in hospital. Just to warn everybody

My wife and I were only in torquay for a few nights and we wanted a bar for pre meal drinks before going to Biancos. Park Lane is the place. Chique, great staff and brilliant. We are both in our fifties but if you want a bottle of wine in a stunning situation this is the only one

Nice club to dance and the security was very good so you allways feels safe. They have different stages to dance with different music and djs so everyone find some place to dance.

I usually attend late on wednesdays as being student night the drinks are only £1.50 a shot with mixer. Weekends need a £2 entry fee and a little more expensive. Staff are friendly and efficient. Good friendly crowds and never seen any trouble over the years ive attended.

Rude staff, no internet yet display free wifi sign, was told not work as to many offices use. why display sign? Midday sundy on no one there that speaks for itself

Lovely stack of ribs with kimchi salad havent had anywhere else in Torquay that was great not sure about the deep fried gerkins though! Charming staff really nice calm ambience to the place.

Fab vegan options here, reasonably priced, attentive and friendly service too. The pickle platter to start was particularly tasty and different to the normal fare offered.

To give a review on the club and not the company I was in and the few sweet kids we spoke to I am appalled. Ok I'm now 42 ISH??? My son is 24 ish??? Ok I don't know the age limit but I know 💯 it's over 18 ... Even 21. No way was this the case even though I saw bouncers/doormen checking ID. Im not really knocking them or the club but that pretentious jobs worth who blatantly was bored or just does not like people of his mum and dad's age(fair play) in there. So to be chucked out of a night club is AT MY AGE degrading enough and to be accused of allowing a sexual act (in which did not take place) amongst all the other wrong doings going on in the toilets and dance floor I may take it further....... A good place for kids to go and play with no adults or any authority's!!!!
