Was nice, hard to finds a member of staff to get a drink though. Oh and the door to the pool kept closing and locking which didn't feel safe with children in the pool. Tried to contact them a few months later to book the pool and couldn't get hold of anyone. Booked elsewhere.

8A Scarborough Rd, Torquay, TQ2 5UJ, United KingdomJust come back from spending Twixmas here. Yes a little dated, but for the price we pay we expected that. The staff are really friendly and made us welcome, even our teenager. He has asked to go back for Twixmas next year. Food we had was nice. Can't fault the staff who cook or served us. We thought the staff and management who put the kid's golden ticket presents put thought into what age group they were for. Enjoyed our stay and we got our steps in, due to the lift breaking down. No fault to the management.
