Lovely staff very friendly food beautiful cannot complain

Had no issues with service but soons I sat down to eat my food there was a dead fly on a prawn cracker in the bag no refund offered only offered fresh bag 🤮

Just had a meal delivered. It was absolutely amazing so fresh and so tasty. I would definitely recommend.

Been here a few times really friendly people and the food is well worthy of a 5 star all day long am really considering going tonight either there are the chippy as had Mcdonald threw the night and this morning yeah lol a don't put wait on a walked there at 2am to Mcdonald then breakfast in the city so yeah definitely something different as it's so so nice and once yous try you no what a mean okay bye William

Terrible delivery over 1hour30 minutes when only live approx 15 minutes away!

Just spent £43 on food got my order home and the free chicken wings weren't there rang them back to ask about them apparently u have to request the free addition. No other Chinese takeaway I've been to does this you spend over a certain amount you automatically get the item offered when I mentioned this he was argumentative and stated he put free prawn crackers in. Explained I ordered an extra sauce specifically to qualify for the free item he said OK but u have to request them asked if he would honour the offer said again u have to request it when ordering. VERY RUDE!! Food wasn't the same high standard as usual and very bland won't be going back and will be telling the inlaws about it aswel so this place has just lost 2 customers.

Started overcharging beyond menu prices & short filling foid containers also chop suey rolls are now a third of there original size but price is the same!. As a long standing customer am very upset that i now have to pay more for less

Fantastic chinese. Very tasty and don’t wake up with a hangover from salt overload. Fully recommend 👍

I forgot the time so too late to cook something, asked my son from which of the many takeaways would he prefer, he chose Chinese so away I went. Good food fast service and easier than cooking.

Very disappointed, I used this Chinese for years until I moved away and upon my return I've now had 2 and both have been disappointing. Salt and pepper chilli squid is now fried instead of coated in flower and gentle fried and last night we ordered special house curry and when it came it looked like they had used packet curry sauce. It was awful bright yellow and not the dark colouring should of been. It was mostly onions with barley no meat and poor quality chicken. I will definitely not be ordering from hear again

Probably one of the worst Chinese I've ever had they've changed the ingredients or something tastes different to what it used to be like what a shame why change something that was already good?? The curry n Singapore chow mein was not very nice just spicy but the salt n pepper chicken was quite nice don't think I'll be ordering from here again tho

Food is always hot, lovely and fresh too. Can't wait to have another takeaway from here 😍

Just had house special kung po, and a portion of spare ribbs. There was enough to share between 2 adults and a child, excellent quality and nice and hot. 5 🌟 never had a bad meal and use it quite often. Definitely recommend.

I had food ordered for 8.30 last night and it was spot on time Ive never had a house special chow mein taste so good from the gentleman on the phone to the delivery driver to the gorgeous food 10 out of 10 from me

Spot on. Been using Paradise Gardens for a few months now and it's definitely the best in our area. I think if you spend around £20 they supply free chicken and sweet corn soup which we had tonight as a separate meal. If i can pick a slight fault you can't pay by card for home delivery, a hassle if you don't have ready cash available. Keep up the quality service/food.🤘

The woman on the phone was the worst I have ever received and after asking for the receipt of all dishes I was appallled at the manner at the woman on the phone that spoke to me. It was as if I was asking her to do her job. I did feel as though I was not paying for the food and there was another level of rude that you would not treat someone like. To add to the insult, the woman ended the call on me. And the food was average

I stopped ordering there as it started to change and didn't taste as good as it did, decided to try it again but it's got worse, my son's top was squashed inwards so most of the sauce ran out which tasted like thin gravy and my curry was still powered curry not good. Will find another chinese for a monday

If you order a chicken curry or beef one make sure you don't have mushrooms or onions in it as you only get maybe two bits of meat as they class it because you have the rest in that's the curry it's more like a mushroom and onion curry what a rip off.

This is the best Asian good in Newcastle. Wish they would put more beef in there "beef" currys. Great place and a wonderful lady who owns and runs it.
