put notes on for no salad on 1 burger and salami on the pizza, note weren't read and orderd a jam coconut cake but got chocolate fudge with custard.

We used to order from here all the time until recently. Every time we ordered over the last few months each delivery was later than the delayed time we were told. When we rang to ask where the order was on the last occasion, I was spoken down to and how dare I complain. We had been patient with delays but over half an hour late after the stated delivery time which was already delayed is a bit much. No apology, nothing. Their customer service is appalling and we will not order again. Food was always good but being sworn at over the phone has just stopped me from every ordering again!

ordered for 17.30, turned up at 17.55. Veggie burger was almost cold, lettuce on it got peeled off as it was dark brown in places, fries with the burger were warmer but still not hot, meat samosas were at least drained of cooking oil this time but were also not piping hot, hand hot at best, Pizza is a decent temperature and cooked well. I did call the restaurant to chase up where the delivery was but it was very noisy and I had to shout to be heard. I don't usually specify a time and go for the ASAP option and it is usually early and hot so I don't know if my order was set on a hotplate and forgotten or what.

Always enjoy Papa Moes whether its for pizza, curry or kebabs... excellent

Horrible I ordered around 4pm and got told delivery would be at 5:30 and it changed to 6:25 disappointed won’t be ordering again.

Got the burger wrapped in pizza dough wasn't sure what to expect but it amazing 🤩 nice hot food chips are always nice from here aswell

Chicken Parma were really dry had no sauce on it like it should do wasn’t very happy with it she didn’t enjoy it

ordered a pizza, tray of donner meat and a burger with fries. only thing that was anywhere near warm was the burger, fries in same box as the burger were cold. Just eat said it was out for delivery at 17.45 then the estimated delivery time changed to 17.55 to 18.15, it arrived at 18.30. I usually give 5 stars and it is usually excellent food, steaming hot when it arrives, I can forgive the lateness due to driving conditions today but serving food barely lukewarm needs attention

Pizza's were luke warm. Has they arrived 10 minutes earlier on time, I imagine they'd have been hotter, fresher. Good Pizza's, but hot would've been good.

Brilliant food I phoned loads of takeaway for egg fried rice curry sauce chips and donner kebab and they was early would definitely recommend

That was without doubt the worst takeaway we’ve ever had. It’s gone in the bin. Everything was freezing cold. The burger was tougher than leather and had been left out on the side while they cooked something else. Genuinely would’ve called to complain for money back, but never would’ve been given. I can’t put into words how bad that was. Absolutely shameful. But they won’t care

Lovely pizzas, but the base sauces were the wrong way around, nice thin base, decent toppings, but I don't know why they can never find our house, illuminated sign next to door with number etc clearly visible, always park at opposite end of street then phone

Third time I clearly asked not to put onions into my meal due to my allergies. I repeated the request few times during my order and again received the meal with onions in and with wrong rice on top of it. Only reason I ordered from them again was that my friend likes their chicken parmo however even he agreed, no more orders from there.

We found the pizza had too much cheese and the base was not how we like it. The chips were very nice though.

Been ordering from here for years. Just tried something new on a whim, arrived early, cooked to perfection, and the delivery driver (larger white guy) was absolutely lovely and an absolute credit to your business. Big thumbs up to all you lads at Moes

I ordered a 14 inch Hawaiian pizza. The pizza That got delivered was covered in onions and Chicken I called the restaurant 15 times and they ignored it. I do not recommend this takeaway to anyone.

For those wanting salad side to cool things down, the salad side has chillies so does the opposite. It also has a large amount of green pepper. Had I known what was in the salad I would have requested no chillies or green peppers so that felt like a waste as it filled the top half of the container. Salad otherwise consisted of iceberg lettuce, juicy tomato and a pile of red onion, I was hoping for some cucumber but have not found any. Cannot say how much I love the veggie burger, BBQ burger also in the order and that is going to be another favourite dish.

I really love the korma and the mixed starter from here, absolutely delish and filling. Delivery staff are always friendly. I ordered 2 lots of poppadoms so I can snack on them through the week as they are really yummy, best poppadoms I have had in a long while

Absolutely 10/10 you will not find a better curry in keighley/bradford. value for money is also very good. Always order food from here. They beat and curry house ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Burgers were tough and chewy, hardly any cheese on the burger, and the chicken wings used to come as fall off the bone chicken smothered in BBQ sauce, but now they look like they're covered in spicy bread crumbs or something, no BBQ sauce, seriously gone downhill

6.45 for donner meal and it didn’t even include a drink. Cheap donner aswell same as every takeaway in keighley tasteless! If your charging that much for a donner wrap at least make it to a higher standard

I am not that person to leave a bad review but I can honestly say that this meal was inedible. The food was cold. The chips were hard, cause they were cold. The pizza bases were just cardboard & the toppings were not existent. Not a chance was there salami, ham, garlic sausage, anything noticeable as it whatever it was was under a burnt layer of dried up cheese. We ordered the nutty professor aswell which was on the same cardboard pizza base. £26 down the drain. Utterly disappointed. I’ve filled out the form on just eat. They don’t come back to you straight away yet ask you to leave a review. So I am sorry you’ve not had chance to sort it out but at the end of the day, £26 for 3 cardboard pizzas is not acceptable at all. We threw it away. The delivery driver was nice though, but I wouldn’t have handed that food over. All clap cold.

Ordered for the first time!!! And let me tell u it won't be the last! The pizza's were amazing, the base was so fresh and soft. We got the food delivered and requested it for 8.30pm, the order was delivered on time, fantastic customer service. Would recommend 💯.

Ordered half & half pizza with tomato base. Received whole pizza the same with sweet chilli base. Other half had eaten 2 slices before I realised & told her it wasn't what I'd ordered so felt pointless to even try sending it back. Won't be using them again stick to Northern Spice

Food cold by the time it arrived. Cheesy chips had barely seen a side of cheese. Onion rings were burned. Delivery was late by 20 mins, but no update for this.

Worst pizza I’ve ever had and that was after I had been fasting all day! Chicken tasted horrible and stringy and pizza was disgusting so much I had to force myself to eat 2 slices just to open my fast with! The milkshake was just as worse didn’t taste a thing like snickers at all more ike a million milkshake. Will not be ordering again. Absolutely disgusted I wouldn’t even feed this to a dog!

Ordered for 5.30 delivery before noon today as its a birthday meal. Dessert from somewhere else arrived half hour before so order of birthday meal completely ruined. Meat feast pizza too salty too, doner meat does not work, its too much😒 Phone being disconnected every time call to chase dinners whereabouts. Shame, cos normally quite good.

Ordered pizzas different sizes.. pizza were all wrong. Toppings for small ones were on the larger ones and vice versa. Totally wrong. Food was late and wasn't even hot. Very disappointed

Our local, every time we order we have really nice food. The most stand out thing for us has to be the level of respect the delivery guys give to us. For example tonight we ordered and it was freezing , opened the door and with the food in my hand I couldn’t close the door straight away, the delivery man came back up the drive after noticing my struggle and closed the door and was so polite. Excellent customer service. It really is the little things :) well done, excellent team! X

We ordered 5 pizzas and chips on Thursday to be delivered on the Saturday at 1715 for a kids party and it never arrived. Called at 1730 they said it was on its way 10 mins later the guy I spoke didn’t know anything about. Kids had to settle for a few cherry tomatoes and Crisps. Cheers fellas

Got half pound chicken burger which was lovely! Could have been a teeny bit more generous with salad but the sauce was very nice! Meat feast pizza was most likely the best takeaway pizza I've ever had they put perfect tomato base sauce on and the toppings were spot on! All in all good prices good food and delivery for a busy Tuesday was good big thumbs up :)

Quick delivery but arrived cold, chips were stale and hard. Chicken was flavoursome but everything else wasn’t very nice. I got a chicken and rice with salad but was all rice with a few bits of chicken and a sprinkle of salad. Driver was nice though.
