I definitely will not be returning to this takeaway! I came in around 12am to order kebab and chips with salad and mint sauce.. Salad just a bit of lettuce. Burnt pitta bread! hardly no Donna meat! And a side of chips small.portion. I under stand at this time they have a lot of intoxicated people, but i was stone cold sober and was treated very rudely and for what i payed for I was absoullty disappointed! I wouldn't even give it too my dog straight in the bin.

Got a pizza from here which was not good, man who made it was smoking outside then went to make it without a hand wash. Only ordered a pizza as the elephant's leg looked inedible. A grinning man came down from upstairs to take payment. Weird.

Quite possibly the worst donner kebab I’ve ever had, had a large which was tiny, to charge £8.50 for that was criminal. The donner was dry and lacking taste, the chilli sauce can only be described as spicy water, it was all tasteless. I ordered chips as extra and was charged £2 for about 8 chips. Awful won’t be coming back

Had a kebab missing. Phoned and got nowhere. Tried saying I was lying he had sent all the food out. Could not resend missing item as no driver. Staff were rude shouting down the phone, I am not happy poor customer service

Nachos were a joke , hardly any. Cheese not melted and paid an extra £1 with both nachos for jalapeños and got 4 jalapeños on each. Food was early and still kebab was cold.

Really odd experience, never walked into a takeway in my life and simply been ignored for 10 minutes while one man sat at the counter with his head down and refused to acknowledge me and another walked round the kitchen. No other customers, no phone ringing, no one looked busy at all. Is it because I am of a different national origin or have tattoos and an alternative look? Cannot recommend.

Nice food but looked rushed plus didn't get stuffed crust like I normally get when asked for looked like got wrong pizza but still nice ,1st time for everything I guess

Good scran but 30 mins late but my dad fell asleep on the food it was that late so that added even more grease to the food but its all banter 👍

Sad to have to write this as the food is always great but to order a kebab on naan is a disgrace to receieve only half a naan. My friend recieved a full naan on her order and having challenged them they confirmed half is correct and full is error

Nice food. Last time we ordered the delivery driver was really loud and woke my son up. So I ordered last and asked for the food to be left on my doorstep rather than knock. My money was taken for the order but then they decided to reject it. I’m still awaiting for the refund and it will take days. I was really disappointed, as I don’t think it’s right to accept an order, take payment, then reject it.

My driver came and I was getting my key and he already set off before I got to the door so I’ve spent 13 pounds and have no food I expect my money back not happy

Food was cold so the cheese on pizzas was hard and rubbery. Order was ‘waiting for a driver to be assigned’ for over 15 minutes but it’s like it was made anyway and just left there to go cold

Pizza ok, but I asked for a stir fry donner with chilli sauce. Came as a half nann with a tiny bit of donner meat and not stir fried nor with chilli sauce, so nice and dry! Loads better places to eat from.

Really poor. Kebab was meant to be large, was meant to have chilli sauce on it, and in general the meant was dry. Worst kebab in a long time.

All time favourite takeaway in bingley. Loads to offer. Success with the kids. Highly recommend

Quick delivery with large amounts of food for a small price

Food is nice but donner meat is cold and you didn’t send us our chips either, I appreciate it’s Friday night/Saturday morning so probably busy, I understand, still satisfied, hopefully next time get our fries :)!

Will not use again unfortunately !!!!Ordered pizza clearly with notes asking for no sweetcorn, pizzas arrived absolutely bursting with sweetcorn. No way to remove them so just had to throw away! Unable to replace was offered a full refund then within 24hrs refused to offer a refund

What turned up was very nice. But they forgot the chips and cheesy chips I ordered 😒

Excellent!! Used Armano’s for years but got fed up with never knowing if your food would turn up, if it was the right order or waiting for overs 2 hours. Had 2 orders from kebab ranch and both have been superb-would highly recommend

Food was around an hour late, and I also ordered a donner with chips (large) but ended up getting no more than a medium.

Ordered a pizza, got a message to say it was on it’s way. 45mins later it turned up and to add to it the pizza looked as though it has been left in the oven over night as was really burnt!!

Missing a portion of chips paid for

Cold food. Kebab like cardboard. Salad was a bit of lettuce! Ordered at 6.45pm arrived at 8.25. Called to complain. Told driver coming back and we would get a refund. When no driver turned up we called again and told he wasn’t coming and we’d have to sort the refund ourselves.

First time ordering. Garlic cheese bread was dry and the kebab had sauce all over it despite leaving a note for no sauce. But overall was ok.

Waited until the last scheduled minute to deliver, order from here a lot but ordering through just eat seems like they don't really care about delivery and customers. Food hub box sums it all up really.

Easily the worst thing I’ve ever had delivered. The pizza was so over cooked it was rock hard, I was really hard pushed to see if there was any cheese on there it was just lots of burnt dry meat. I honestly think they have run out of cheese Or forgot that my pizza was in the oven it was inedible after one bite. Fries in a plastic carton will only ever do one thing sweat so when you receive them they are disgusting soggy and wet. you want to try and support your local shops but that was absolutely disgusting.

Used to be a Bingley institution Driest - over cooked kebab - I’ve ever had - and I’ve had few Came bang on time but - really poor If Shaggy is still there he’s taken his eye off the ball

Ordered a garlic bread and a 12' BBQ pizza. I was drunk, but that BBQ pizza was amazing! Sweet and tasted like lamb and mint sauce, weirdly. Would recommend the Pizza for anyone with a sweet tooth

I ordered a large tango ice blast and they just gave me a can which a large ice blast is 7 pounds. And the food was everywhere in the bag. Not that it's big because we all have issues but also they were 15 mins late. I've ate here before, I expected better

Missing chips from mixed meat and chips Pizza dry and tasteless

Gave this place a second chance. They rose their prices and after that they became the worst takeaway in bingley. Before they gave you a huge amount of decent fries and their burgers were amazing, not only that their customer service was amazing. But now after a change their standards have dropped immensely. They charge £6 for a burger and chips which tastes vile. Not only that they give you less chips than before. But the worst thing about the place is the rude customer service. I tried to be decent with manners. But they literally slid my takeaway order across the counter, where my food dropped from the container, I still said thank you goodbye. They simply ignored it. Bare in mind I have been going to this place for months. Don't go there waste of money and you will be treated like garbage. If they treat loyal customers like me like stuff of their shoe. Who knows what they will treat you like. Disgusting in all areas of the place.

Pizza was late and handed to my by a taxi driver who was holding it sideways.

Hate leaving bad reviews but waited an hour and a half for stone cold food unfortunately. Although the delivery guy was nice and apologised for delay.

Took just over an hour and a half to arrive, tried to ring the store 9 times and no answer. Finally arrived and the food was cold and the pizza was burnt.

Pizza was tasteless -very unimpressed

Utterly terrible!! Pizza was delivered cold (not even slightly warm!) and was like eating a slice of cardboard with chunks of glass and burnt rabbit droppings on it! The chicken tikka had the consistency of rubber and was strangely not ‘meat-like’…worrying. I am now requesting that ‘just eat’ reimburse me and will never be going again. Please avoid at all costs!!

Used to eat here pretty much weekly either after nights out or ordering in and I loved it but since they decided to let a bunch of kids (im assuming family members of the usual guys) run it for the most part it’s gone massively downhill. Food doesn’t taste as good, orders usually wrong or stingy portions. Probably won’t be going here again.

The pizza was tiny and cheese was hard and chips were soggy and very greasy.

Got a total of 6 average slices of pepperoni on my 16 inch pizza. Half the pieces didn’t even have anything but cheese on them. Poor consistency.

Leaving this review before the food has even arrived - it might be tasty? Lied to by the restaurant when rang 1.5 hours after order, that’s all I need to know to not order here again.

I ordered a pizza with stuff crust. There was no cheese in the crust. The base was so thin and the tomato base was spread so thin, it made the base just taste wet with no flavour. I also left a note for the restaurant to put cheese on the chips as there wasn’t an a option to add when placing the order, that was also not done. Poor quality this time usually good. Shame

Pizza wasn't nice and very expensive for what it was. If it was meant to be a house special it was nost definitely not. Wouldn't order again. Probably one of the worst pizzas I've had.

Ordered a delivery on their website, paid it said 50 minutes delivery time and I got a confirmation. Waited around an hour and a half before I tried calling many times with no answer. Never got my delivery, never got a response. Never got my money back. Disgrace

The pizzas were dry and tasteless I ordered 1 pizza with extra Donner meat topping (£1 extra) but didn't get that added and the other pizza I order with a deep base (extra £1.50) but didn't get that either. Very disappointing.
