Very poor not only late the food arrived cold had to re-heat the food to eat which is not the best

My food is not even here ? But the website is saying it’s been delivered

Had to ring the restaurant twice to check where food was as ot was late and the app wasnt giving any updates either . Food was then cold when it finally arrived

Delivered hot & on time - very tasty!

Food was 45 minutes late. I phone the restaurant when 15 minutes late was told the driver was on his way 30 minutes later driver turns up and was missing bottle of pepsi. Fair play to the driver giving me £3 out of his pocket probably his tip money. Food was warm at best I understand busy times but that is unacceptable for delivery time.

A little more expensive than others but very good and arrived earlier than expected but that's a bit of a bonus.

Well the delivery was late but this was the least of the issues as the pizza was cold, looked underwhelming and tasted of nothing. Even the dog was not interested in it. Did not know a pizza could be so tasteless and not sure where the Philly steak was on it…..very poor quality for the cost of the pizza

Pizza was dry and cold and the paid for dips were missing, when raised with the delivery driver he shrugged his shoulders and rushed off.........,......................will not use again ever oh and just eat were worse than useless, no refund just a partial credit....,

I have ordered and just eat now says it has been delivered but no one has knocked at the door. I've looked outside but cannot see anyone and I've tried calling the store to ask what the situation and no one is picking up the phone.

Unfortunately, the bin enjoyed it. Cold and greasy. Not impressed

Chased up via app and was given another delivery time which they did meet but meant I was eating an hour after everyone else who ordered from a different place.

Avoid! After 2 hrs of waiting nothing has arrived. After constantly trying to  call for 25 minutes with no answer i decided to give. What an absolute shambles, i wouldnt recommend using papa johns at all. Now for the fun of trying to get a refund

Accepted my order at 18:20. When no delivery by 19:45 I tried ringing repeatedly. They don’t answer the phone. So I don’t know at this point of my food is even coming. At 20:00 I’m getting changed to drive down and get it. At 20:10 it eventually turns up with no notification from the store. Awful service. Do better.

I ordered food to be delivered at 17.15, it arrived at 15.00! My son had cold pizza for tea after school! £18 I wished I’d kept!! Not happy

The app did not update to say when our door was leaving restaurant. Had to call restaurant 4 times to chase it

Paid extra for mushrooms on one of the pizzas (£1.70 extra!), and yet not a single mushroom. My daughter was really not happy at all. I don’t get how hard it is to read some instructions.

As I ordered this to go to my self isolating family (children) I would have liked some confirmation of delivery!!! Why is this facility not available? However the boys loved their pizzas and it made their day!

The food from here is brilliant. Today, however, our food was incredibly late due to the driver not reading the delivery instructions. I understand that because I live in a maisonette it can be confusing as to where to deliver, however my phone number was put on there for a reason so it should have been called. My boyfriend told me that the person he spoke to on the phone was less than helpful with communicating where our order was so our food ended up being 45 minutes late. This is a real shame as I love papa johns.

Food was delivered on time and packaged well. The cookie pizza and brownie were very sweet so would only order if you have a sweet tooth but they were both really nice :)

So disappointed with the chocolate cookie. I’ve ordered this several times & we all enjoy it. However today it was only a fraction of the usual depth & really greasy! Not pleasant, we didn’t finish it. Not sure what went wrong but it would be good if you check the food before it does out. This was a waste of money.

As the food arrived, there was a leaflet that advertised a deal for a large pizza and two sides for £18.99 on the top of the pizza box. We ordered a large pizza and two sides through JustEat and the cost of the meal was £28.47... Called up Papa Johns and they refused to take responsibility and ended the call, average pizza, worse service.

Delivered over an hour early, pizza was very tough and seemed to be the same pizzas delivered a second time round. Will not use Papa Johns again.

Food was OK but was an hour late. Not ideal if you have young children waiting to be fed. delivery driver seemed a nice guy though. Maybe they were very busy. nevertheless, I would not use again.

Food ordered from here is always far nicer than Dominoes or Pizza Hut.. but it is pricey. The food is always delicious, delivered early or on time and always piping hot. The delivery drivers are very courteous too. The cheese sticks topped with bacon were not as expected though, it was just another cheese pizza with bacon on top? Wouldn't of ordered it if I knew that.

Everything was amazing and only thing piri piri chicken poppers need more spicy stuff because i when i was eating never felt a spicy :)) but i will come back :)) and delivery driver was friendly as well

Ordered at 7pm, food was with me by 7:35pm when deliver time stated it wouldn't be with me until 8pm so was well impressed. Food was amazing, best I've had in such a long time and was so hot and fresh! Fresh, hot food delivered early at a good price. What more could you ask for?

Buy one get one free Tuesday, one turned up, when contacted Rainham branch was told still should have ordered two, take it up with just eat, maybe my mistake, but, shoddy attitude, didn't even attempt to rectify situation!

Popped in to order my pizza it was Friday night fairly busy was told pizza would be 20 minutes waited got my pizza in about 15 mins pizza was lovely fresh and hot the lady behind the counter was friendly polite will definitely return
