Good food would recommend pizza is very good would 100% come here again the place is very clean and very fast staff. 10/10

It wasn’t what I ordered and really poor customer service when I rang to complain Never ever again. Used to like papa johns but I’d rather not going forward

Ordered a pizza which never turned up after a 3 hour wait, online tracker wasnt working which I can accept can happen but I rang 8 times in two hours and all my phone calls were ignored. Poor service.

Delivered nearly 2 hours late. Had phoned twice and was told it was on its way ( a miile from my house) . Its the lies!!! Why not just say they are struggling and running late. If they had been more honest I wouldn't be posting on here. Will never order again

I ordered this afternoon from Papa Johns in Crewe by Just Eat for a delivery at 7pm, which got confirmed at 4:22pm. When I at 7:20pm hadn’t received, I called Papa Johns in Crewe about my order and I got told that the driver could arrive any minute. Half an hour later it still was not arrived and I called them again. I got told exactly the same. I felt lied to and requested that my order got cancelled and that they would refund me. I got told that this was not possible, because it was on it’s way. After 8pm, more as an hour late my pizza arrived. There were no added chilies on it and the Hot Buffallo sauce was missing as well. You probably can understand that I won’t order from Papa Johns in Crewe again.

Ordered food as a family treat tonight, totally amazing.All the food was hot, tasty and full of flavour.Had a problem ordering online but rang the store and the guy on the phone was so helpful polite and friendly, he even let me use my voucher I had over the phone.Everything was faultless, the delivery lady was lovely too friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy her job.Thank You Papa John's you were great.

Placed order in Uber eats and have been waiting for an hour. Can’t cancel it and the delivery time keeps getting delayed. Don’t recommend, won’t be ordering from them again

At this difficult time I was so impressed that you can still order top quality food and have timely dleivery. The delivery chap was masked up, and so was I, all safe and we maintained social distance and PPE. My son and I had a really wonderful meal and so tasty, thank you so much. Gut on the phone was brilliant too.

Ordered the meaty and veg pizzas both were loaded with toppings and can tell were freshly cooked, friendly delivery driver. Will order again

Waited over an hour for delivery. Then arrived without my drink and dip ordered as sides. Still awaiting a refund. Over priced and terrible customer service.

The order was made up in a reasonable time considering it was a large order. The staff were helpful, but otherwise it was as you would expect from any other pizza shop. The costs were average, but there was a dominoes across the street to contend with.

Amazing is all I can say, normally go to the pizza shop over the road but PJ's beats it hands down.Had the Garlic Knots to share and the All the meats pizza, everything nice and hot tasty and fresh.The Papa's special Garlic sauce is to die for very garlicky, the delivery driver was very pleasant and seemed to genuinely enjoy his job.Thank You.

Apart from the fact they are overpriced, they have now stopped delivery to Nantwich - so that's a major slice of their customers pissed off.

Good price and tasty pizza. They often have deals, especially if you have created an account online. The pizza is very nice and service and delivery is fast. One of the best pizzas in Crewe, for sure.

Amazing, had a problem with the online ordering so rang the shop. Rang and ordered the Garlic Knots and Create your own pizza, totally amazing much nicer tastier and friendlier staff the the pizza shop across the road. Quick delivery will definitely return.

Last 3 orders were wrong.Staff argued the toss over what was ordered on a JustEat order which was on black and white! Tried to place an order via phone given the problems with orders being misread via JUSTEAT and was talking to order the pizza for over TEN minutes! No joke!Gave up and went to SIZZLERS. They have always been BRILLIANT sadly they only do coated wings not plain hence the try of papa johns .... Crewe .... you disappoint massively! To command extortionate prices and fail in so many areas I wonder how you can keep a trade.DO NOT GO HERE!

Thought we would try it again. 3 pizzas ordered for delivery using asap option this time online rather than a specified time slot. Pizzas were delivered within 30 minutes and were very good.

Grandson ordered pizzas and side for the family as he liked papa johns but not sure he will again, it was eventually delivered 1 hour later than the time we were told would be that's not acceptable and seems to be the norm for this place unless you don't mind waiting give it a miss

I am a regular of the pizza shop opposite Papa Johns and decided to give this outlet a try to see what they had to offer.

3 pizzas ordered online for delivery. 15 minutes after due time no pizza rang to be told on the way. 30 minutes latter still not arrived. Rang to chase and was told would be there in 7 minutes. 10 minutes later finally arrived.

2 hours passed so I wondered where my pizza was and I rang to see what was going on. The guy on the phone was no help at all, baring in mind he could hardly string a sentence together. He then told me my order would be another 20 mins. 2 hours 20 minutes for a single pizza. So I cancelled my order. Won't be using them again. Terrible customer service.

We ordered six pizzas online and one of the girls from work went to pick them up. The pizzas took nearly an hour longer than when we were told that they would be ready and while they were lovely, our lunch break was over by the time they were collected.

Not as good as the states - but tasty pizza all the same-expensive unless you have a deal, so well worth a search for one of those. Certainly ranks higher than dominos!

Always had great pizzas from PJ's & tried most of the desserts too. Our No1 choice for pizza in Crewe, by a long way

We decided to give Papa John's a go, as we're up for trying new places. It wasn't bad ... but it wasn't great. And it cost more than we'd want to pay again, for the same quality. Probably won't order from there again, unless we hear that things have markedly changed
