Never got my order want refund

This is for my son he likes the pizza and pots

This is the second time now that I've ordered from Papa John's and not recurved my food at all. It says delivered but it obviously hasn't been.

I was staying at the nearby Travelodge, and decided to drive 5 mins into town. Walked in and was greeted straight away. Ordered my pizza and was told it would be 15-20 mins which was good as it was busy and a Friday night! When I returned, I literally had walked through the door, when the gentleman who had served me earlier, passed me my pizza over the counter. Even when I returned to the hotel, the pizza was still hot and very tasty. Great value for money with even better service. Very friendly

Pizza was okay, not the best I've tried! Ive tried all the pizza joints. But the topping portions are very small and skimpy! Not very generous! I won't go back. I'm better next time going elsewhere. I give this franchise owner a 2/10

blows my mind how the ratings are so good papa johns pizza is so boring, thinner than a piece of paper, tight with the toppings cheese ect and so dry and yet they obviously think there better than every other pizza place with these prices.

UPDATE: Replacement was delivered in 20 mins and they assured that their procedure has been updated to stop this happening for others. New pizza is great! Argumentative over the phone when asking for a replacement when our food arrived with cremated toppings. Told they come like that (never have prior). Hang up on us after supplying evidence as requested.

Order a takeaway last Friday, came all cold..phoned and spoken to someone and said I wanted a refund the person said I need to speak to my manager I'll call u back...3 hrs later no call back....I called again to be told I would be refunded 8 days later no refund. I called the store yesterday to speak to a manager, to be told a manager wasn't there and they would look into it and call me back....still waiting for a call... Terrible Food and Terrible customer service

Very disappointed in the cheese stuffed crust, but PJs replaced with stuffed crust on a new order😁

Pizza is always excellent from Papa Johns

as a currently 3rd year college student, this has been one of my go-to places to have lunch at. i didnt know what exactly i got myself into at the time i first ate there a few months ago, may or june to be exact, but i didnt regret going there, the staff there were very polite, and the shop itself had a range of toppings you could choose from. since my first time there, i been eating there quite alot. the pizza there is delicious!! id definetly reccommend going there if youre looking to get a delicious slice of pizza, looking for somewhere calming. 5 star from me, keep up the good work : )

Nice fresh food, even nicer workers, they even threw in a free side for the long wait! ( We ordered a vegan pizza so it's to be expected ). Recommended

I ordered pizza, I was at the airport for 6 hours and needed to eat, they canceled my order for no reason, they didn't give me my money back and I had to stay hungry without money to buy somewhere else! I don't speak English and I asked someone at the airport for help, she called the restaurant and they didn't have the empathy to send the food or have a solution for the amount paid! The lack of respect for those who place an order on the website is disappointing!

Avoid Uber!!! If you order for delivery and they use Uber to deliver, it’s best to call and cancel!! Took so long to find a driver, that delivered pizza was cold.

Very bad customer service at this Papa John’s location. If you order food, they will always mess it up—whether it’s missing sauces or forgetting to add the drink. Instead of making it right by offering something extra for their repeated mistakes, they just apologize and continue to make the same errors. It’s frustrating and not worth the hassle to deal with them. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Placed an order for 5 pizzas last night, they were really tasty, steaming hot and service was great! The guy who we spoke to on the phone and who cooked our pizzas was lovely :-) Will definitely buy again from here!

My order was completely wrong. It's not even worth the phone call I have ordered from them for the third time instead of dominos and this order was so wrong it's not even a joke never again I'll go back to dominos at least they know how to do a correct order. Plus no cheese on the tato tots

Waited over an hour for my delivery which never arrived, then told twice that my delivery was on the way and then the Manager tells me they never received my order!! The manager decides it’s my fault as I asked why I was being lied to after shouting when the manager kept talking over me! Terrible service never again

I order regularly form here, since it's the only pizza place that does a decent vegan cheese on their pizzas and too much dairy cheese makes me ill. There have been times when they've run out of something, but they always call immediately and ask if I'd like to swap for another item. The team, from shop to delivery, are always fantastic and polite and go out of their way to be helpful.

I recently had it and it was really amazing. It was so tasty plus the service is great, I was referred to as Miss with so much respect. Thank you so much xx. I will surely be dining more often

I went in for two large pizzas. Order and left to do my shopping. Said I would be back in thirty minutes could they be ready for then. Was told that would be no problem. Arrived back just as they came out of the oven. It was raining and the manager offerd me a bag so the boxes would not get wet on the way home. Very thoughtful. The pizzas were delightful, plenty of toppings And just as we ordered. Top team here. We will definitely go back soon.

We ordered our delivery and there was a mistake in the order, which was fine and I was just going to ignore it. The restaurant had noticed and called me themselves to check on our order and sent out the item even though we didn't really kind. The delivery driver and gentleman on the phone were incredibly polite and helpful. Thank you!

For the price it wasn't bad, but for the price it only tasted good, not great. It's a lot cheaper than it's rival but it lacked the flavour. The sauce had little flavour and not much of it, and the toppings were sparse. I had one of their new bombay ones it was okay. I picked up from store and live less than a five minute drive away, yet the pizza was warm not hot. The staff didn't appear professional and their appearance were not as clean as I would hope for. The store looked shabby, missing what you would expect from a large chain and more like an independent struggling business. Will I use them again? Possibly but I'd be more inclined to use their rival and either pay more or order less but better all round quality and taste.

I’ve only started coming to this papa johns in the past year or so, lovely service, quick and friendly! Prices are also very reasonable! Only reason I put 3 stars is due to the fact that every single time I’ve ordered from this particular restaurant (5 - 6 times) my order has been incorrect, either forgot something or the order has been incorrect eg: when I’ve requested bbq base instead of tomato and end up with tomato or to add pepperoni and no pepperoni was added. Other than that absolutely great store and will still go there nonetheless!

Estimated wsit time was 1am, hadnt arrived till way past that. Called up a good few times and when someone finally answered they got narky with me then hung up. Absolutely ridiculous and bad customer service. Pizza ain’t even that good to be chatting like that 💀💀 proper naff mate

Ordered a delivery from here the driver took over 20 mins to arrive after the pizzas were cooked so they were cold. The pizzas were more bread than any sauce and toppings. Won’t be ordering from here again

I got a collection today at 12:30pm (24th Jan). There was hardly any toppings, in fact it was shameful, £10 for a small pizza with 6 slices of pepperoni 8 bits of spicy beef less than half a mushroom, just terrible. You lost a new customer today, disgusting practice, never again. I have photos which I'll add on trust pilot.

Great delivery time and 60% off pizza was a good deal but its clear to see why this offer is available. Pizzas are bland, minimal toppings and I'm sorry to say, not a patch on Dominos. I guess you get what you pay for!

The delivery was a hour late when we called up they said it would be 7 mins ish and then took another 20 also the pizza was cold when it arrived. After the pizza arrived the papa John's called to check it had arrived and ignored the fact that we said it was an hour late.

Awful service!! 1hr25mins to be delivered when delivery was supposed to be 20mins! After an hour rang the store to be told the driver is 5-7mins away! 25mins later the pizza turned up! Food was barely warm!!!!

Always go for Papa Johns over their competitors (pizza hut, dominoes etc etc) prefer their pizzas but disappointed today, when ordering my pizza on line i specifically asked for my order to be delivered at 1pm, this was placed in the additional drivers notes, the order turned up at 12 noon, i was interviewing candidates for a job role which meant i ended up with cold pizza and cheese and jalapenos bites !!!! When i called the branch in Eastleigh it was impossible to understand the psycho babble coming out of the employees mouth as to why they didn't pick up on this. very disappointed with the response from the staff member
