Must Have Fairoak in Eastleigh

We ordered 2 pizzas. 1 was missing the olives we paid for and neither were fully cooked or cut. A side of chips had the consistency of plastic from either being overcooked or simply reheated in a fryer instead of using fresh ones. Given it was early Saturday evening it seems unlikely they were rushing due to busyness so I can only assume the poor, clearly rushed cooking was due to some other reason. Overall severely unimpressed with every aspect of the meal. Ironically, the one thing the did do was get it to us quickly, but I'd happily have waited the few extra minutes it would have taken to do it right.

Wonderful vegetarian kebab! My granddaughter had chips and burger. Absolutely lovely. Up the mustava!!

The shish & kofte kebab for £14 ladies and gentlemen. Absolute joke, it wouldn't even feed a child. It also arrived late and cold. There's not even a handful of meat. Not to mention most of the so-called "meat" that is here is fatty. I took one bite and spat it out. I wish I could give 0 stars, do not recommend. Honestly amazed they are still in business.

Had a chicken burger other week the worst burger I have ever had chicken tasted like water so tonight I thought I have pizza well where do I start pizza wasn’t cut probably and cheese on it taste off like curdled cheese worst pizza ever kebab are ok

No onions on my kebab pitta bread laid on the bottom of all the meat as hard as shoe leather I thought the meat should be put inside the pitta bread with everything else I payed 11 quid only worth 6

Usually really good and have left a good review of them on just eat before. Stood waiting for nearly 40 minutes, and then got home and they gave me the wrong order. Had a free garlic bread for the wait. Shame, I usually love these guys

FOOD MISSING FROM ORDER. Rang to say about it and spoke to a man with no customer skills at all, "na listen tho yea, snot us problem yea...." trying to say that their order form was wrong so the bits shouldn't have been added despite showing on my order confirmation. Not impressed at all. They refused to send food they had missed or refund it. Basically stole from me. WOULD NOT ORDER AGAIN

I couldn't believe they're on a 3.3 rating. Always delivered on time; hot, fresh and tasty pizza, kebabs and chips! What are people expecting? A 3 course meal?! One of the reviews below said that they were expecting it at 7.30 and it came at 7.20 so gave them a 1 star review. They were early...! I've spent too much time on the internet today! Myself and my two teenage sons went for doner kebans and a mixed shish/chicken kebab. Heat service, young lad was fast and polite. Really lovely staff, would go again. We had take away and they gave us a green bottle of Pepsi. Food lasted 10 minutes 🤣 it was delicious

My delivery was supposed to be here at 7:30 but didn’t turn up until 7:20.

Ordered for a delivery it took over an hour and a half to arrive was cold .phoned and asked where our order was and had phone put down on us.

Always have a great meal. The guys really look after you and the food is delicious. Pizzas are easily the best around and portions are generous. Would recommend ordering on their site and collecting 👍

Overpriced small pizza that doesn't even fill the box for £7+. Cheese was oily and cold. The pizza was made in the back of the shop and you couldn't see what they were doing / how it was being made. Staff too busy to communicate with customers and instead were sat on phones or chatting between themselves.

The men didn’t give me what I ordered even though I said my order multiple times.

Super fast delivery, however, no sauces were delivered as well as no bottle of Pepsi max, I am unsure if this is because the order was 22 plus delivery, if so please make this clear on your advert.

I use this kebab shop all the time I know the owner well however tonight 7/1/21 I asked for medium doner and chips well done!!! I am so upset got home with the food hungry and totally put off the meat was stone cold how can they serve food like this ??? It is second time it happened to me the only time it is good when the owner is at front watching. Really upset my night. I called up and a refund will be given but I have to go back in even though paid by card check your food before you leave!!!!

Wow, never have I ever had to deal with such rude people. My order was cold and they got my order wrong, when I phoned again they kept dodging my calls. Someone said they’d send it out again, waited over an hour, had to phone up yet again and they said they won’t be sending anything out. Don’t order from here.

Customer service from here is dreadful, have ordered previously and when food arrived some was missing, phoned up and were accused of lying, no offer to refund and no apologies. Food from here is below average anyway, always cold and chips are like cardboard, do not order. Also 9/10 they get the order wrong

I cannot believe people have rated this highly. I ordered pizza's which were awful. The bread base tasted wrong along with the pepperoni. I order from Pizza Hut and from Sainsbury's and thought I would try a local pizza place rather than Eastleigh. Will not be using these again. I will

Ordered a Doner Wrap tonight and asked in the comments for no chips in the wrap. Got the food delivered, and it turned up with chips in the wrap. I wouldn’t mind, but the chips this place serve are so dry. Also ordered extra garlic Mayo and asked if that could be put in the wrap, food turned up and sure thing the garlic Mayo was put in a pot on the side. Not the first time this has happened, won’t be ordering from this place again

We have always ordered from here and always rated it as good. But the one time the order arrives wrong we get questioned and treated like we were in the wrong even got laughted at by the pratt on the other end of the phone. Never again u deserve your 1 star rating hope you go bust. Must have hair in your food idiots good luck its only a matter of time for you fools!

Ordered online ,delivery due at 7,12 ,turned up after a phone call to see where it was an hour later ,unfortunately not what we had ordered !! Full refund asked for, not the first time this has happened !! Used to be good, but seems to have gone downhill Very disappointing

Just ordered a chicken wrap, a 2 meat kebab and 2 chicken nuggets meals for the kids. Absolutely delicious. Epic portions. Great fast service. I ordered perfectly easily on line and I opted to collect and I had a confirmation email for the order and a second email telling me what time to collect. So easy and the food was so delicious 😋

Used to be very good but the web site has been broken for a while now and keeps telling me its closed and its just too expensive without the online discount. Shame. Ordered Chinese instead

I don’t even rate this place as a 1 star we ordered food today at 5:45 the kebab turned up at 8:10 my children where starving and it got here cold.they didn’t offer us any complimentary food or future services and we not have to wait for our money back ask my family had to drive out in fog to get food because of this useless place...DO NO USE THIS SHOP minus 5 stars

Found metal in my food and forgot half my order

Possibly the most unauthentic turkish food on the market. mint sauce apposed to mint yoghurt and coleslaw on a falafel pitta is an absolute joke. they are laughing in the face of the British consumer. shameful

Awful ! After using this place for the last 3years I’m now not a customer based on 1 persons attitude . I , like many am a creature of habit and order the same thing every time. So when the order came through wrong , no problems just ring them up and it will be sorted , nope ! Basically I was wrong he was right and was made to feel like I was deliberately making it to gain a freebie as they asked for the old meal back , unreal ! So that’s my money going elsewhere, good luck in the future with that attitude.

Must have are our regular pizza shop. The food is always fresh, hot and delivered when they say. Very reliable.

let me tell you why this is the best fast food place in southampton. 1.the pizzas qaulity has been tested by me and its better then pizza hut and dominos 2.they put there special white sauce on the chips so they taste better 3.the burger has special fried chicken that tadte best in the world makes you hungry for more 4.the kebab meat is healthy healthy makes you better looking person 5.the best choice of healthy eating espiciall if you wanna lose weight 6.BP is the body gaurd so no one nicks someones kebab 7.good service they get close to you and treat you with love

Every time I order from Must Have the food is delicious, fresh and hot. I have a takeaway that is around the corner but these guys are consistent, always deliver on time and friendly to boot. Keep up the good work Must Have! :)
