Papa John's in Waverley

I ordered 2 vegetarian pizzas today but received one with pepperoni end some other meet l don't know. Couldn't eat 😔

We order yesterday some pizza for lunch, since last night, me my husband and my son have tummy problems. We not gonna order from here never again.

it sucked i hate pizza why do they do that they told us go to dominoes and stop calling all i said was what time do you close. A waste of time

Absolute garbage pizza. Flavourless mound of barely cooked ingredients. Took an hour and a half to arrive. I chose a half and half. Both sides taste like trash. Piri piri chicken bits are putrid as well. All in all, don't use papa John's. Wish I ordered from domino's!

Ordered online. Food came looking amazing and it did taste great. Unfortunately alot of the seals for quality control where broken? And opened which made me feel a little uneasy. Also the cookie underneath was full of small hairs and my myself and my daughter pulled several of them from out our mouths. Why have seals if they aren’t going to come sealed? It just makes customers feel their food has been tampered with. Im also pregnant so it made me feel uneasy. Saying that the food came high quality and it was amazing pizza. In future sealed should remain sealed until the customer opens it themselves. And food to be checked as the cookie full of hair was just horrible. The other food had no hairs though.

The worst Papa J’s I’ve ever had, barely any cheese and jalapeños on the potato tots and a sprinkle of cheese on our pizzas.. the jackfruit pepperoni came in clumps, it’s meant to be in slices? It tasted so horrible and clearly wasn’t cooked properly all the way through as they are usually more crispy on top. Every single lump was mushy and gross, you could see the layers so clearly whoever did it was just too lazy to pull them apart. I picked them off after a while as they ruined the pizza, when usually it adds to the taste. I was also sick the next morning, I don’t know if it’s related but it’s honestly put me off Papa Johns... Don’t go to this branch, any other Papa Johns is 10X better than this 😅 they also forgot our pepsi too 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ordered pizza through the app. Everything seemed to be going well, but then sat on checking and slicing for almost 30minutes. Delivery also took 30 minutes, so pizza was cold. We refused delivery and were offered a refund for our plight. Doesn't really make up for it when you're hungry and you've been waiting for the pizza you've ordered for over an hour, to then have to try and find something else to eat. Was supposed to be a little treat from my favourite chain, but this branch clearly has issues 🥺 Wish I'd checked the reviews on here first but I've never had a bad Papa John's experience.

After 40 minutes they said it would only be another 10. 25 minutes after that they promised arrival in a further 5. After a total of 80 minutes I asked for a refund. Who knows if the pizza is any good 😮‍💨

This is the worst pizza deoibery service I have ever had. When I phoned to ask where my delivery was, after over an hour of waiting, they hung up on me. When I called back it took so long to get an answer my pizza had eventually arrived, but all the food was cold. Awful, never, ever use this awful service.

Ordered this evening waited over an hour for delivery and has turned up stone cold (it's not the first time)

Had a problem with the voucher not working so I had to talk to the head office that I emailed but fell like getting nowhere even but told to phone up which I am not able to do I due to disabilities mean I am not able to talk over the phone well mean I have to use text I feel discriminated because of my disabilities I can't get the help I need and feel like the company don't care about their customers

Ordered a stuffed crust the works pizza for dinner and collected from the restaurant, and seemingly got Norovirus for my troubles. By early afternoon the next day I was a write off, i won't go.into symptoms I'm sure you can imagine how amazing I felt. I tend to be sceptical of anyone who claims they got sick from a restaurants food, but taking into account everything I did in the previous 24 hours, and what I ate, this pizza was literally the only thing that could have caused it. I won't be getting pizza here ever again.

Food out for delivery for 30 mins, turns up cold. Called and explained, I was asked if we had eaten any, just a slice each and a bit of chicken. Advised the best they could so was give me a free pizza next time. I requested a refund and collation of pizza and the guy on the phone hung up on me. I called back and told 2-5 days. That was so so rude on their behalf. Tje delivery driver held his hand out for a tip. (We did have one for him but he assumed) Will never order agaon

1. System didn't want to accept card payment despite several lengthy attempts to pay, I ended up paying with paypal. 2. The nine pizzas I ordered were delivered 1h25mins after placing order = STONE COLD despite assurance from PJ'S staff that they will be delivered hot ( they phoned me approx 40 mins after me placing order that my pizzas were READY , but they didn't have driver to deliver them ... I was told that they will deliver within next 30 minutes . Delivered after 1h25m wait ! This is serious food poisoning hazard issue due to having to reheat stone cold pizzas because PJ put them to the side not having drivers to deliver. 3. When I phoned to make complaint ( as aforementioned, I was told by PJ'S that they will ensure pizzas will be hot), I asked for manager. The pizza order lime call handler said they were the manager, I asked for some refund. He disconnected and phoned me 5 minutes later after "speaking to his head office". I was offered 20% off my £95 order or two free pizzas next time I order. I will not be ordering from PJ'S and I probably spent more money on electricity reheating PJ'S cold pizzas than disappointing refund of 20%. Some pizzas were missing extras I ordered and I paid for too. Disappointed. Will not be coming back. Avoid.

For the 3rd week running late delivery and cold pizza and inedible garlic sticks and by road we are 6 minutes away and should not take nearly an hour to deliver disgusting service and bearing in mind we have spent an excessive amount of £90 in the past 3 weeks will definitely not be using Papa John’s again

Ordered a week or so ago and the app said the pizza had been delivered, it hadn't and didn't show up for another 30mins, waited well over an hour and a half to get handed stone cold food, rang to complain and was told that I would get the same order next time for free, rang this evening to claim this offer and was told that they had no record of this and there wasn't a manager in to authorise this, lost my business from now on. Bad show farnham.

One hour late and extremely expensive for the size

Every time I call and have no menu and often no idea of what offers are available the staff at Farnham are always polite and friendly and helpful. Can't knock them. And when the food arrives its always delicious

Please avoid this store at all costs. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I placed my first order with them and what I received was a wrong pizza. I rang the store to see if they would fix the issue and they kindly said they would and that the correct pizza would be with me within 5-10 mins. I waited half an hour and no pizza arrived. I rang the store, and they told me that there were no drivers anymore and that they had shut. I explained that I was still waiting on the correct pizza to be delivered as promised by the staff. The rude man on the phone said they couldn’t do anything to fix the issue and I ended up paying for a pizza which I didn’t even receive. I’m so angry and disappointed. I will not be ordering from them again.

I always get a pizza from here, or 2... as they have the best selection of vegan/vegetarian options. Great tasting pizzas... Obviously everyone has their own taste!

Nice pizza but was overcharged, store wouldn't acknowledge the issue Ordered online through their website, was overcharged by thirty quid. I phoned next week (when I noticed on my account) about getting the difference back, guy on the phone was polite but insisted I hadn't selected the meal deal, ultimately said he didn't think he could do anything about it but would pass it on to the manager. That was a week ago and I've heard nothing from them. I've since discovered that if you refresh on the payment page it deselects the offer youve selected at start but keeps all the food you've selected. Not gonna use their website again or this store

Levi was particularly helpful. He was paramount in making our experience special on this occasion. I do think it's pertanent that papa John's make it easier to discover which 5 cheese are in their 5 cheese mix, but Levi was helpful none the less.

My man- papa johns never lets me down. That garlic sauce that comes with the pizza is dope man. I could drink it straight out of the container. It’s good with everything - pasta,sandwiches, vegetables, lasagna..etc. that spinach Alfredo pizza is the bomb dot com after a long time out too

Ordered for collection at the Farnham branch, when I arrived my order was complete and extremely hot. When I got home food was still at a good temperature and very tasty.

Ordered delivery, after 50 mins rang to chase. Arrived 15 mins after that. One pizza was cold, rang and asked for a replacement to be sent out straight away. After another 30 mins phoned to cancel order. manager was going to ring back same night regarding refund but never called.

Placed an order via just eat. Said delivery in 1 hour. Took 1 hour 40 minutes to arrive and half the user missing. Rubbish service. Even ringing and telling them they had missed something didn't make any difference as they still delivered the wrong thing. Will not be order g from them again.

Ordered a pizza and garlic bread for home delivery 02/04, arrived within 45 mins ( slow delivery time ) however the pizza was cold and the driver forgot the 2 dips i paid for. He said he would be back to drop them off but never came back ! £0.78 down with nothing to show for it deffo wld not recommened this place to anyone ! Poor customer service papajohns !!!

Booked 7 pizzas for collection at 11am with collection for 2pm. Arrived on time to be told that " we don't have any staff" and "we are overworked" no one else was in the pizza shop and we had to wait 20 minutes for a late pizza. Do not book in advance it's waste of time and the staff are unhelpful and un-intetested. For the money make your own!!!

Took over an hour to deliver on a monday afternoon and arrived not warm. When I called 40 minutes after order, got a moaning manager tell me its because has only one driver, no apology and when called 5 minutes after order taken to change something he never mentioned this. Just rude management, dominos is more better run.

This was delivered within minutes of me putting down my telephone having placed an order for a fresh item. Not freshly made - not a nice pizza. I was assured it was freshly made, but this would be impossible. Delivery was within 8 minutes, the time it takes to drive from he shop to my address - no time allowed for making a lovely fresh pizza. It was clearly heated up from the night before. We order from PJ's quite often and the service, food and delivery are always spot on.

Papa John's has lovely food and by far the best pizza aroind! However they failed to deliver the full order which was very disappointing! I paid £5.99 for a Ben and Jerry's ice cream and it never came with the food.

Arrived really quickly, great quality as always. Although disappointed you didn't ring when outside as I requested as woke people up. Other than that, great service.

Very disappointed! Usually use a much less expensive pizzeria on just-eat that we always have good quality and service from. However, thought we'd give Papa Johns a try. Firstly it was at least a third more expensive than our regular pizza provider even after their 20% discount. Delivery driver struggled to find our address and had to phone for directions. When the order it arrived it was luke warm and both of the pizzas and the garlic bread were burnt and tasteless. Couldn't even eat it. Will definitely not use again.
