I was missing olives in my order and I wanted garlig sauce, it was wrong and I will not order from there again.

Staff do not care about deliveroo! 👎🏽 Hygiene 0 No gloves no hair net.

How can it be possible to forget bbq sauce on a BBQ pizza

Great food, the lady chloe was absolutely amazing came in late on 2 consecutive nights and she was amazing

It may not be a requirement...BUT can I suggest wearing aprons & gloves rather than breaking up lumps of cheese with your hands & wiping the knife with your fingers instead of paper towel maybe..Staff & preparation area looked grubby...and I can't remember asking for a hair on my topping...but got it anyway!!

Always friendly staff in this takeaway. We always collect the pizzas and wait for them to be made which means you get them so much cheaper. Always tasty !

Good food, good staff, good delivery times.

Shop looks rundown, staff had earphones in while taking orders and making food, no aprons in sight. They put the garlic dip in the middle of the pizza, doesn't degrade the food in anyway just shows a lack of care.

Woman who took our order had a headphone in, gave us a barbecue pizza when we asked for tomato. They were using overproofed dough and no aprons.

Slices did not even resemble triangles, poor standard - disappointing.

Diese Pizzeria ist von Ekligkeit nicht zu überbieten. Da das nicht genug war bestand die Pizza nur aus Teig Käse und einer roten Substanz, es war keine Tomatensauce. Da dies nicht genug war wurde der Laden außerdem noch von Armeisen befallen. Die Pizza wurde ohne Handschuhe zubereitet und es war komplett überteuert.

Vegi pizza garden party had way to much veg on it and not enough cheese. All the toppings were falling from the pizza slice as I was eating it. This brand has gone down hill 👇

Pizza was fantastic, Fin was brilliant! Clearly managing a lot running it solo, he produced a brilliant pizza for me in no time!

Poor effort!! If you can even call it any effort at all. BURNT CHEESE ON THE CHEESE POTATOS waste if money as now in bin NO PEPSI MAX Available FOR THE 2ND TIME replaced with full fat tango which I'm sure isn't a good substitute. NOT VERY HOT AT ALL. Waited a long time SLOW HALF HOUR LATER THAN PROMISED. IF YOU WANT GOOD FOOD AND GOOD SERVICE DONT USE THIS PLACE.

Excellent service staff are very helpful and polite ordered Monday waited 20 minutes for the delivery driver he was polite and very friendly my food was excellent and very hot will order again thank you papa johns

Phoned recently with an issue with part of my order. One of my brownies I ordered from their store via Uber Eats had hair embedded within it and I had to pick it out. I called the store just to inform them and the girl who answered the phone was so rude to me, argued with me as if it were my fault and said that it wasn’t their issue, accused the poor Uber driver and then proceeded to hang up. I understand that certain items such as the brownies come prepackaged but this type of customer service is unacceptable and I’m shocked at the lack of understanding and the dismissive nature in which the staff treat their customers. I have ordered from here twice (the drink that I ordered didn't even turn up the previous time). I wanted to give the benifit of the doubt, but what a waste of time and money. My advise (as someone who works in the customer service industry) work on your customer service skills and maybe you'll get along much better! I won’t be buying from here again.

Really bad pizza undercooked dough absolutely disgusting waste of 20 quid I think that hygiene standards are really good when they know they are being checked as I watched a member of staff cleaning down stainless steel tops but not the gaps in between The tops where you could see there was crusty old dough obviously been there for awhile 👌 papa jog on won’t get any more of my harder money ever again i’ve had better Lidl‘s pizzas from frozen 🥶 and the chicken wings were more like sparrows wings needed a magnifying glass to find the meat on them

horrible pizza, bland and salty, definitely overrated, much better food at Pizza Hut or Dominoes if your looking for a quick takeout, I won’t ever be going to a Pappa Johns again……yuck !!

First time we've ordered from here. Ordering was quick and easy. Delivery was quick and efficient with friendly driver. Food was hot, tasty and plenty for us. Looks like a worthwhile points rewards system. Am sure we will order again.

I came in last night whilst I was waiting for my Pizzas to be made and the hygiene standards held here are the worst I've ever seen! Staff walking round on their phones, sat on the side of the kitchen on their phones, staff on the kitchen with no uniform/work clothes on, staff with long hair with no hair nets or hats, there was an earpod, a crash helmet and staff drinks on the counter where the food was being prepared, the kitchen was a state with mess all over the floor and sides. Staff went out for a cigarette and came back without washing their hands, a member of staff bought out more dough and put it on top of the older ones so clearly no stock rotation. I've managed kitchens I know all about health and hygiene, EHO and NSF and you would have failed if you had a visit from them. You really need to sort your staff out before your next audit.

Booked a beautiful air bnb in Chichester Windsor road. So after a long drive decided to order pizza from here as it’s really close. And yes indeed it arrived very quick however it ruined our weekend away as me and my wife and kids and brother in law and his wife and kids all had food poisoning within 24 hours of eating from here we was fighting for the bathroom. Today is the 01/12/21 we are on Friday just gone and we are still feeling the affect and before any one asks no we didn’t eat anything else that weekend. Our kids all had high temperatures and was crying. So thanks for that. 🤢🤮

I ordered food which took 2 hours to arrive. I followed the app and saw when it was made,cooked and boxed. The problem was that the 75 minutes between delivery and boxing meant the food was inedible. I have contacted customer service but they ignore my comments. I have asked for my money back but they just ignore me. My honest advice is to ignore this rude and arrogant company like the plague. I am surprised that they accept this standard of customer service as I only had good experiences in the past but not with this branch. . I will never ever have another dealing with them and I implore all readers to do the same. It’s a shame as all they had to do was respond to my requests for satisfaction.

After collecting "Reward Points" over several months I finally accrued enough to order my large FREE pizza. As usual my order had to be done online however the transaction would not process. I called the store and Chloe the Manageress informed me that I have to pay at least £11.99 unless I collect (she will however give me more food I don't want) in order to receive my FREE pizza. Alternatively the suggestion was to pay the minimum £11.99 delivery charge for my FREE pizza. So, £11.99 for a free pizza for being a loyal customer. Something is very wrong here. Chloe said she doesn't have anything to do with Reward points and is unsure who I should speak to about my complaint. Bye Bye Papa John's.

Great staff, great service, great food

I am honoured today after i had a chance to get papa johns invisible menu. As seen in pictures green papers were the invisible item ! Or may be evaporated? Why can't i ever get garilc and herb cheese even after ordering one ? I am unsure. Although the pizza was fantastic and i thoroughly enjoyed it. Should i call to confirm right order next time ?

Ordered from Deliveroo, cancelled my order after nearly an hour. Now everywhere is closed.

Terrible customer service. They don't care about you. Don't give them your money. After waiting an hour for our food they then informed us their oven hasn't been working all evening. No idea why they wouldn't let us know when we ordered as it's now 10pm. All they said was "sorry, nothing we can do" and then hung up on us! They wouldn't even offer a discount on a future order even though we've been a regular customer for a year. Definitely won't be using Papa John's ever again & will make sure all family & friends don't either.

Pizza is usually good but I never receive my correct order. We rarely receive the dips we order and today didn't get the bottle of drink either. Also had BBQ wings without the BBQ sauce and in the past have had BBQ pizza without the BBQ sauce.

I don't know why, but I always get ill eating this store's pizza. Thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt, but it happened again, all night on the toilet (and my partner too). Someone needs to look at the hygine practices at this store because its never happened at any other Papa Johns I have ordered from.

Was convinced by a friend to give Papa Jon's a go instead of the usual Dominos, and my God we've been missing out. No grease, fresh ingredients, it was beyond great! The vegan cinnamon rolls were exemplary too!

Shocking customer service, called numerous times to ask for an update said he would call back and never did. 1 hour and 30 minutes later still no pizza or call, cracking effort there

Brought dinner for an evening and the pizzas arrived half cooked (still very doughy) but gave them the benefit of the doubt and order the next weekend (this time ordering the chicken poppers) and ended up with food poisoning. For obvious reasons, won't be ordering again.

They deliver cold pizza with next to no toppings. Asked for extra and still came with normal amount. I ordered 3 different times and frankly. Big point order over phone you get offers that are on. Order online they charge you full price. Huge money for cold cookie a pizza cold and no toppings are you crazy. Phoned and told them about it they put down the phone. I was very polite I didn't ring back as I didn't want to give them another opportunity to be rude.

The delivery can be long but you know when it is going to arrive. The delivery drivers are friendly and customer service is good. The pizza itself is nice although expensive.

Ordered a meal deal large pizza 2 sides. Crinkle wedges. Chicken poppers. Went in to collect. The lady behind the till didnt even get up from her seat to speak to me or take my money from me or to pass me my change which I found rude. No enthusiasm at all. It was like I'd walked into a shop that had walking dead zombies serving me but they mustve been full cos they didnt try to eat me. The guy who served me the pizza had long hair which wasnt tied back, yet the 2 girls hair was. Think he needs a reminder on food hygiene. After I drove it back to a lake my friend was fishing at we realised there were no dips with our chicken poppers or wedges and the wedges were undercooked with very little cheese. The pizza itself I found was very salty. I wont visit again and if visiting my friend at the lake again if the word pizza is even mentioned he will get a loud HELL NO. Wouldnt recommend.

I am outraged by the fact that my friend ordered a vegan meal and a vegan side and papa johns sent him the wrong side which had cheese in that led to the fact off him eating the cheese and getting sick as his body was adjusted to the dairy anymore

I am in hospital and made an order on just eat, so I understand it maybe a slightly unconventional place to delivery, but I did give the best instructions i could, it was simple. I explained to the delivery driver to just to go to any staff member and ask where I was, he did the opposite actually ! Eventually in a not so timley manner, the delivery driver spoke to the staff here and I was told by the nurses and security he was rude and as a result he was just going to throw my order in the bin ! I was told by the shop when I phoned to do a refund with just eat. Now just eat contact centres are down so I need you to do the refund ASAP !!

I applied for a delivery driver job in chichester the job advertise drivers and moped drivers. I then applied for delivery driver in papa johns bognor regis. I just had a calll off the manager mathew in chichester. Havaing a go at me for keep applying for a job sorry im not polish or forign that call was disgraceful take the sign down and just put up moped riders wonted

I very much doubt that I will buy from here again, truly horrible garlic strips and distinctly average pizza. Staff were friendly and helpful but not enough of them, they earnt the two stars not the food.

Website is shockingly bad, doesn't allow you to use your reward points, on many occasions you go through the arduous task of selecting all your items then it refuses to accept your choices and claims the choices haven't been selected so won't allow you to continue. I'm trying to pay you! Accept my money! Shop and pizza itself is 4 out of 5, only due to always having under cooked wedges is it 4-5.

Placed an order,never delivered

The worst pizza and it took almost 3 hours arrive. No answer to the phone at all. We got so hungry waiting we ordered, had delivered and ate a pizza from dominos. Avoid Papa John Chichester at all cost.

Definitely not fresh, dough was raw and doughy and burnt on the outside and found green plastic in my pizza.

Never delivered the order, didn't answer the phone, no apology and no refund! Completely useless so don't bother wasting your time and money.

Me and my mum where down in Bosham Chichester for a visit, great pizza, tasted fresh, well worth while as takeaway pizzas go.

Reasonable priced pizza, went in to collect and the staff were fairly disinterested. The pizzas taste great but are very heavily drenched in oil, great for soaking up alcohol but not best to eat regularly.

Awful. Ordered online a veg garden WITH cheese (obviously) and received a pizza with no cheese. Complained to Chi branch and was told I was lying. Took it up with HR and never heard back. Do not waste your money on this.

Very terrible telephone service and I found hair in my food.

Ordered off the app - food still hadn't arrived 25+ after the allotted time, so I checked apparently the order had been cancelled. When ringing up a I was told angrily that they'd rung my doorbell, and when I'd told them that they'd got the wrong house he was not at all apologetic as though it was my fault.

Not the best, quite horrible actually. Ordered my pizza with anchovies, there was none at all. The pizza was bland. I also ordered my pizza with cheese in the crust, cold. Also an another person ordered and left, while they made his pizza the woman making the pizza picked her nose and continued making the pizza. This was my first time too! My friend said it was the greatest pizza they had ever tasted. I guess they got lucky.

Lovely tasting pizza tonight.. Was a bit apprenhesive ordering from here again as around 6 months ago I ordered from here & the food arrived cold I live 5 minutes around the corner by car from them so no way should it of arrived cold! However they did re deliver to me & the food was piping hot & lovely but I really fancied pizza tonight & they had 25% off so decided to order again & im glad I did
