All my orders thru mkeats get cancelled with no notification. Abysmal service.

got chicken and chips from here and i took a bite out of the chicken and it was raw on the inside and luckily noticed so i could spit it out but it wasn’t even just pink it was completely raw !

This place is dirty and over priced. The tables are sticky the chairs are ripped. Ordered chicken tikka rolls. Got 5 small pieces of chicken in each, with a small bit of salad. What a rip off. AVOID this place.

Very disappointing, ordered a Lamb Korma, which was hotter than a vindaloo I have ordered else where. Half of the Korma was bone, the other half was chilli oil. which for £15.50 was overpriced! Poor quality meat on the bbq meat, over poor experience

Disappointing Changes in Service and Delivery Rating: ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ I have been a regular customer at Big Joes and had previously given this place a glowing five-star review. However, I now find it necessary to revise my rating due to recent issues with their service and delivery. While I understand that prices have increased, I don't believe these changes have been accurately reflected on the menu. Previously, I had tried their peri chicken, which was absolutely amazing. I couldn't find anything comparable in Milton Keynes. Unfortunately, the lack of delivery options to most locations is highly disappointing. It has become inconvenient for me to order from this place, and as a result, I won't be able to return. I hope Big Joes takes note of these concerns and addresses them, as I genuinely enjoyed their food in the past. However, until the delivery options improve, I can no longer give this establishment a higher rating.
