Passed by the other day & noticed their sign had been changed & no longer mentions Indian food ,just bar and grill. Probably for the best as last time we were in we left after nearly two hours having only had poppadoms and drinks. Despite taking our booking in advance it was clear that priority was being given to the large group upstairs. It may be better now, but I wouldn’t know as I vowed not to return.

The minute we sat down, my elbows stuck to the table - in fact the whole table was sticky - so I asked the waitress to wipe it - she never did. It seemed like a few tables were very friendly with the owner?/manager? and she couldn't do enough for them but the waitress we had was very slow to take our drinks order. I was driving so ordered a diet coke which when it arrived had no bubbles and no taste. So I thought I would stick to tap water and the glasses were not clean. When the food arrived it was luke warm and quite bland - even though there were four of us no one was impressed by their food apart from the nan breads!!!! In fact one curry tasted very similar to ones i have bought from a supermarket. Some main courses were £15 per head without rice and on average dishes were £12 which I wouldn't have minded paying if they were up to scratch. Wont be returning

Well what can I say. I went into Pandora’s on Saturday night for dinner with my friends. As we arrived we was welcomed by a lovely young lady who showed us to our table. The service of the staff was outstanding and the food was unbelievable. Our waitress then informed us of the bar upstairs. Out Out. Well what was just meant to be dinner turned into a whole night. We went upstairs. Where we had some cocktails and danced the night away. Cannot express how amazing this place is from the staff to the food to the overall ambiance. Pandora’s and Out Out you will definitely be seeing me again.

Just visited this highly modern establishment, having eaten Ruby’s for years I was very impressed with this modern twist. The food was delicious service excellent, staff chatty but not over the top and very professional. I will be visiting again. Thank you.

Attended Pandoras a few months ago with high expectations as had heard good things. Unfortunately our experience did not live up to the expectation. Arrived for an 8:30pm table for four people, perhaps a few minutes late but we did call and give them a heads up. We were welcomed in and informed our table was just being prepared. We waited around ten minutes before deciding to order drinks at the bar downstairs. This was ok but the lady serving stopped halfway through our drinks to help another customer for several minutes. Not professional at all! We asked about our table a few times, being told again it was just being prepared. Just past 9pm we were seated which is just too long of a wait for a booked table. Shown upstairs to be seated and immediately noticed a large group of say 20-30 (appeared to be a birthday) already arguing with staff members about issues such as service etc but we didn't really take notice. Server came to take drinks orders quite quickly but took another 10 minutes or so for them to be delivered (bearing in mind the upstairs bar was about 10 feet away from us). Orders for starters taken upon delivering drinks. And this is where it really went downhill as that was the end of any service. We waited for 50 minutes for the starters. During this time we noticed several tables leaving without their food including the table next to us, a group of 6 i think, who said they had been seated for over an hour with nothing more than drinks and some poppadoms. The birthday table was also in chaos as they had been waiting for such a long time and when their food did start to arrive it took over 30 minutes to serve the whole table with some receiving their curry and waiting 30 minutes for the side of rice to be served or others finishing their meals before others had even gotten theirs. They were appalled and I believe they got a huge discount due to the bad service. During this time no staff members came to our table to explain the delay, apologise for the wait or provide any updates at all as to when we could expect the food. At 10pm, an hour after we were seated, we gave up and walked out as well. Went downstairs to pay our drinks bill. Staff member who took our bill money apologised for the service and said she hoped we would come back but I think she knew that wasn't going to happen. By 10:15pm we were seated in another indian restaurant down the road and had food on our tables by 10:30pm. The difference was staggering and that restaurant has now become our regular for a meal out or takeaway.

Went on a Monday and found we were the only customers. The chef and waiter greeted us with big smiles which was a good start. Told him we had a Wowcher, No problem. Got our drinks and the waiter gave us five mins to order our starters. When we got that out of the way he gave us another five to sod around choosing mains. Got to say that some of the items on the menu I,d never heard of before(will get back to that later). The starters came up a little on the small side but were quite nice. The mains(one Passanda, one Korai and one Tikka Mossala were reasonable sized but all three were very different from what I had ever had before!!! They just weren,t what we were used to. They were very nice, and I think reading between the lines and the strange items on the menu led me to conclude that Chef might not be your average East End/Essex Indian restaurant chef. Possible he is from some obscure part of the Asian Subcontinent. Plus points...... good flavoured mains, nice rice and sides. Friendly geezers. Minus points.....small starters, Peshwari nans came up plain. No draft beers(despite at least two pumps at the bar). That's why it,s only three stars. Just remembered none of the phone numbers work so had to take a chance they were open

The worst decision I’ve ever made was going into this restaurant . Should have know as was empty but we thought (give it a go) well we waited and waited for our starters( 45-50 minutes ) still being the only two people in there we thought must be very fresh as taking a while . Well we thought wrong, salad on starter looked like last weeks and the meat was so over seasoned it was like they we’re trying to disguise it , also the dips for our poppadoms were dried out and nasty looking . Needless to say we didn’t wait for the mains ( could have been there all night !) Don’t be fooled by the nice decor or low lighting this is not worth your time or your money .

Do not order from this place. The delivery driver has now stolen things from my porch twice, and was caught on my ring doorbell. Also items of food have been forgotten a few times and not replaced.
