I ordered some food and the service wasn’t good then when I phoned up they didn't help at all so I won’t be ordering from there again

We had a meal last night, Prawn Rogan was tasteless it was not up to usual standard so we will not be using you again lamb curry and Prawn Rogan….yuk

I’ve been using Buzz Grill for a number of years, they must’ve changed ownership as the food we received was terrible. asked pay by card and was told over the phone. The guy would bring a card machine. This was not the case had to pay the guy cash. Definitely will not be returning. Such a shame as this place was very good.

They forgot the drinks and the felafel wrap was just mush in mayo

Just enjoyed a delicious takeaway from buzzgrill the food was piping hot and really tasty we have lived in the area for twenty years tried a few Indian takeaways and this one has really impressed us . Generous portions of chicken in our chicken curries , perfectly cooked accompaniments and all reasonably priced with speedy delivery so glad we tried it will definitely order from here again .

Overall nice and tasty. Ordered king prawns but appears they are chopped in half to make it look more than there is... Disappointed in that. Ordered king prawns paid for king prawns but got king prawns chopped into bits. Wasn't overly hot when arriving either.

Food quality RUBBISH. Need a chainsaw to bite through that dried chicken. Cold wet soggy chips and warm bottle of Coke. nothing felt right about their food.

What a curry.. i ordered the tikka vindaloo and it was amazing... i can honestly say its the best vindaloo in the area... the keema nan was excellent too full of meat... would definitely recommend

Food items not available, restaurant called to say sweet potato wedges were not available, agreed to substitute with nuggets. These arrived but onion rings were missing, called the shop but they could not understand, finally thought I explained to someone who said they would send them but they never came and never had anymore communication.

Bit bland and the poppadoms were stale also was cold due to driver going to the wrong area.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. we ordered our Friday night take away from here last night and all 4 of us have been vomiting all night since then.

Been using Buzz Grill for a few years now and always get a lovely meal. Had the chicken biryani and lamb biryani tonight and both were excellent. The onion bhajees are lovely.

It's my favourite place and food are amazing but this time food was cold and it's really destroyed the taste

Do not order from this place , I used to order every other week and get the same thing , this time they delivered the wrong burger and when I called to explain I got told I was wrong and my food was cheap so you got what you get , do not order from these people , if you value your money spend it else where , and when you get people speak you in such a horrible way , my evening is ruined and I lose money aswell

We order online through just eat but it was that good that I have to add a Google review too. It was so good! Especially where I can get a particular item (naan bread) and my family can still get their burgers. I had to add extra information in my order as I have fussy eaters when it comes to my children and they followed instruction spot on!! Will definitely be going here again! Worth the money, worth the time!!

I ordered prawn puree, chicken tikka biryani and a garlic naan. Prawn puree had barely any prawn and wasn’t tasty at all. The puree was wet and thick. I don’t think they know what a puree was. The chicken tikka biryani had absolutely no flavour barely some spice due to the request of green chillies. But seriously I don’t get how a CHICKEN TIKKA BIRYANI can be so moist and soft. No char on the tikka and defo no slight crisp on the biryani. Terrible. And yeah they forgot my nan. Thumbs down. Wish they took more pride in their food.

The only Indian takeaway I’ll get! Such fresh and amazing food. A lot of authentic dishes that they’ll customise (we like our spice) and reasonable price. Customer service is always excellent!

Portions wee small chicken wings were more like pigeon wings and chicken burger was tiny still feel hungry

Worst takeaway I have had in my life. Literally nothing was good - neither the chips, chicken, burger, wings - even the buns were mediocre. The sauce had absolutely no flavour. It looked juicy but tasted of nothing. The chips were double fried. The chicken cut and quality were poor. I really thought I’d give this place a chance having read the good reviews. Don’t make the same mistake as me.

AVOID! Waited so long for the food and most of it was missing. All we had delivered was a burger and 2 drinks. Absolutely disgraceful service. Smells rancid as well.

Always order my food from Buzz Grill. Service is always good and food 99% of the time is lovely. Best Bombay Aloo I've had. Tonight tried the other menu, ordering PeriPeri Chicken rice sweet potato fries, all food was nice, portions large - only little moan was that I'd ordered mild and Hot chicken and it wasn't labelled. There wasn't any difference in taste anyway... but on a whole the food all round here is good.

Food was really nice, large portions and everything was warm. Tastes very good and would order again. Delivery driver took 20 mins for a 10 minute journey but was worth the wait.

The falafel wrap was so bad. You could only taste the wrap bread. Seemed like there was nothing inside. Because I was fasting I had no choice but to eat it.

All good as usual, except for a normal burger being sent instead of the Grill Tower Gourmet Burger I ordered. But that is alright, mistakes happen. Can't complain as it is the first time it out of many orders.

Small meals over priced for what you get

Burger was horrible not very tasteful and very bland smothered with sauce. However the chips were very nice crispy and fluffy.

Have been going to is take away for a few years meals are now getting smaller service very slow over priced for such small meals

fantastic food, nice portions, fairly good prices

Missing a portion of rice, had to share 1 between 2 people. Food was not hot enough, chips were stone cold. Had roughly half a litre of coleslaw. Lamb chops were completely burnt to charcoal and chicken was undercooked. The burger was, however, delicious and although colder than ideal, was pretty tasty. The bottle of coke was cold and in perfect condition. So well done coca-cola company I guess. First and last time from here.

Can't give 0 stars, I was a regular customer but won't be using again. Food turned up 45mins late tried calling through justeat but phone number does not exist, then found a mobile number which goes to voicemail, left message. Eventually got back to me saying out of burgers waiting for them, and it would be only 5 minutes. 20 mins later I rang back food then turned up 10 minutes after.

Cant give 0 stars. Food late when rang restaurant number doesn't exist. I then found mobile number which goes to voicemail eventually rang back waiting on burgers would be 5 mins 30 mins later we got delivery. Regular customer but won't be using again.

The food was good but I did not really like the coconut rice maybe if you like really strong seasoned rice that is for you

They left the chips open anyone could have taken it

Food was late again, always says delivered in the app but it always turns up about 20-30 minutes afterwards. Ordered hot peri peri chicken but it had no heat at all, tasted more like garlic chicken, the chips should be double wrapped in paper bags instead of in one bag with the top open which makes them lukewarm. I will give it a while before ordering again.

Delivery didn't even come its disgusting got told food will be delivered at 8:50pm to 9:10pm wait until 19 past 9 to call restaurant to get told be 15 mins called again an hour later to be told oh its 5mins away and still waiting

Chips was double fried, they re fried old chips, burger was good, such a shame they ruined it with the chips. I always order from them, they have messed up the chips before by cheating to save a few pennies, not going to order from here again.

The food was amazing! The delivery driver having a go at me for living far from the place kinda ruined it though. Look its up to a Place on Just-Eat to set limit on there delivery area clearly this place has set there's up wrong. Did they call me informing me I lived too far and say they cant do my order...No instead your driver was highly disrespectful. Wont be ordering again and sort you stuff out
