all food was so salty we were unable to eat it, food was just warm on arrival. very disappointing as we've used this restaurant alot without any issues

Food was piping hot and really tasty only issue was the meat or lack of meat in the special fried rice, 3 prawns 2 small bits of pork and 2 tiny bits of chicken! Would expect more really for over a tenner! Ratios were all wrong! Still really tasty but left most of the rice and had to pinch half the lemon chicken off another plate because they felt bad for me lol

Excellent food, best Chinese food I’ve had in ages.

The Cantonese sauce was gorgeous but the chicken was inedible very chewy

Just wasn’t that nice. I could already taste the impending staleness of my chips and the crispy beef in honey chilli sauce (which tasted more like sweet and sour sauce) is definitely not worth the price especially for the portion. As it is a more costly item I usually get from Chinese takeaways, normally I can excuse price for quality of ingredients which was just not offered. Felt that a chore to eat and I’m disappointed

was just packed out with onions carrots and peppers, way too spicy and hot this dish is usually mild from elsewhere totally ruined it for me.

My food was meant to arrive at 17:55, then that changed to 18:15, didn't get here until 18:58. I had called and although the person on the phone was nice their customer service was lacking. Sadly the food wasn't anything outstanding to make up for it. Totally gutted. First take out in ages and it was the biggest disappointment 😞 😮‍💨

It was only a little late so haven’t gave it a bad delivery time. The food was well worth the wait. We had special chow mein, so nicely tasted was more than enough meat in for us. We also ordered the chicken Hong Kong style, really loved the vegetables, battered chicken was really nice tasty pieces. Would order this again. Portion sizes were really good. Really enjoyed our food tonight.

I adore everything to do with this takeaway. Staff are always smiley, food is gorgeous, its worth the money you pay 100%. One of the very few takeaways that will cook something how you like it too and listen to the notes you leave for requirements. Never had one bad word to say since new managment took ot over and has easily became my go to chinese. Only thing id change is instead of loads of little ribs they get bigger ones!

First time ordering from these as reviews looked good. Sadly the chips were dry and seemed like they were cooked hours ago. Salt and pepper chicken was undercooked and my partner wouldn't eat it. I could even mentioned the chicken and prawn curry but it's pointless. The rice was okay though!

Food was delivered when they said it would be - but it took over an hour. The food was mixed bag.. salt and pepper chilli chips were bland, the honey chilli chicken was sweet and sour instead so that was disappointing and my beef and pork curry was poor meat wise, and okay sauce wise it was a bit salty. Ribs were good. Wouldn’t re-order I’m afraid.

The worst chinese ive ever had. Sweet and sour chicken is so so soggy. The chicken isnt even crispy and its not even hong kong style. Its like water. Honey chilli beef the exact same. Meant to be crispy. Its like its been watered down. Place should be shut down. THE WORST CHINESE in Newcastle.

Only decent thing about it was the food was hot. Ordered crispy chilli beef, it was stodgy and far from crispy, no flavour just pure spice. Sweet and Sour Hong Kong style was basically a chicken breast cut in half and dunked in bland sauce. The rice tasted like microwave packet rice and noodles were dry as a bone. Delivery took forever too. Won’t be returning.
