Brack Burger Gosforth in Newcastle upon Tyne

Total joke yous are. Placed an order. Waited over 1 hour 35 mins to get a message to say yous cancelled me order and it’s being refunded. Utter joke.

Ordered 3 burgers n sides last night through Uber, it quoted 30 minutes delivery , we watched on the uber app 4 different vehicles arrive at the jubilee and leave without our order ? We gave up and cancelled the order after 80 minutes as still no sign of our order, shoddy service to say the least.

Best burger I've had since I can remember. Got the PB & Perry Beef burger with brack loaded fries. Added gherkin and chicken to the burger. The customisation option makes this elite tier bait. Little bit spenny, but don't mind when it's that good. Sacré bleu

Such a shame. I've heard nothing but good things about the burgers but the one I got was raw and the truffle fries had FAR TOO MUCH truffle on them making them very sickly and inedible. Put off for life now and wont be recommending. Shame coz the pub and staff are 5 star.

Super scran! The 'Mother Clucker' was a top quality chicken burger. Two hefty chicken thighs with super crispy coating in a soft sweet brioche bun. I upgraded to Brack Fries but the burger bits didn't add much really and were awkward to eat with a fork. Good seasoned fries though, nice and fresh. My girlfriend really enjoyed the halloumi fries and chicken tenders. Both were piping hot. I had to change from what I was going to have because the Sunday menu is a smaller portion of the full one. This could be better communicated to have known beforehand. Fortunately I don't think you can go wrong with anything from Brack so I left very satisfied! The pub itself is cosy and the staff were great.

The OG burger was outstanding, the fries were lush, and the Chicken burger was really nice as well.

These burger are unreal and nothing beter being in beer garden on lovly sumer day munching a lovly burger and got be pink gin lemonade on the side .it dead friendly pub aswell and food is amazing

Waited for nearly two hours and eventually order never came, and the restaurant was closed!!!

Ordered food and was told it would be about 20 minutes, actually took nearer 45, 10 minute drive home and all the food was stone cold, fries tasted awful like they had been reheated, Burgers cold and churros the same, even the onion rings were cold. Nothing was even warm, all cold, considering how much we spent we were very disappointed, we always try to support independent businesses but won't be ordering here again, rubbish.

Always had lovely food from here. However, I feel it has gone downhill. Food is cold when it arrives. The loaded fries have massively shrunk in size along with the brack sauce. It's a shame really, because the food used to be absolutely delicious. However, for what you are paying, you would expect it to be hot and delivered like it hasn't been thrown together.

Ordered a burger from Brack Burger, and beef patty was completely burnt and barely could see any lettuce or salad on it.

This place is my go to for hangover scran, not been inside, but the delivery is always rapid, and the food is consistently of a high quality One time I had a catastrophic hangover and I wanted a side of just chorizo which isn't on the menu, so I popped it into the notes that I fancied that and some legend actually granted my wish and for that I will be eternally grateful

Delicious burgers and great selection of fries. Nice place with loads of outside space. Perfect for a visit on a sunny day.

Absolutely love this restaurant. Amazing menu, and great atmosphere. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Great value for money. We come here every time we visit Newcastle.

These make some of my favourite burgers and my friends and family agree! Patties cooked to perfection with some crispy bits while still juicy. Toppings and sides are generous and flavours are amazing For what you get these are priced well and you get a lot of food Highly recommend
