First time ordering and I was impressed! Pizza was perfect. Not overly greasy. And the delivery driver was canny!

Food didn’t turn up !! Rang up after an hour and 15 mins told would be any minute a another 15 minutes later rang up again woman said 1 minute put phone on side and left it for 5 minutes put the phone down rang back up and they didn’t have a clue what they where doing saying they’d ring the delivery driver . Waste of time

always loved the food from here and was gutted when i moved away but my daughter has just moved in close to here and it was nice to have another take away from here.

Everything was a little bit soggy off putting a cold bottle off pop with hot food the bottle was dripping with condensation

Food was nice would have been 5star if got the correct order. Ordered 2 chicken wraps 1 with chips 1 with salad both came with salad so one went in the bin as they don’t like salad. Quick delivery friendly driver.

Large order. Garlic bread was the only nice thing. The hawaian pizza was absolutely disgusting as were the cheesy chips. Have photos of the uneaten food. Will never order again unfortunately.

Arrived 50 mins late, rang when it was 10 mins late, got told it would be an additional 15 mins then it actually arrived 40 after I got in touch. Don’t Ming things being late, but nearly an hour is abit much

I gave a great review 3 years ago of the kebabs. ..........oh how things have changed! The place is still clean and professionally run but the chicken and the lamb shish was very poor in comparison with previous house special kebabs, both were dry and barely marinaded and tasteless and quite tough.oh and the the prices are through the roof!

I usually use hot bite but 2 night I wasn’t happy, pizza was raw dough, had 2 stop my 6 year old daughter eating incase it made her bad so I’m now currently making her something else to eat, the price I paid I didn’t expect to throw it all in the bin

Absolutely shocking we waited 2 hours for our food to arrive and when it eventually arrived there was stuff missing and they says another 45 minutes for the rest of our order. SHOCKING

Never had a problem ordering from here until tonight. All the prices going up everywhere but the portion sizes are just getting smaller and smeller every time. I’ve not been feeling well this week so thought I’d treat myself to a chicken wrap. Normally they are packed. Today I’m really disappointed. £6 for chicken wrap and £2 delivery for this

Ordered meal deal 1, one pizza as CYO with no cheese and no cheese on garlic bread, o e pizza Mexican. Received 2 pizzas Mexican both with cheese and cheese on farcical bread. Also charged extra for CYO not once but twice on top of meal deal. Never used for a long time as this happened before, will never use again, very dissapppointing as confirmed exact order. Would love to hear owner's thoughts.

Not the same owners anymore! Has changed to quality pizzas owners in throckley. Everything is more expensive and food just sadly isn't the same. Spend over £6000 in this shop in the last 5 years (it was the only takeaway we would ever use) sadly never again. £16 for the same meal deal we where paying 12.50 for is a joke.

Been going here on & off for years now. Much better than the former chippy who occupied the same space. Lovely food, the Garlic Bread is on another level. I don't get from here often but when I do it is well worth the money and the drivers are always lovely. 10/10
