My food never showed up. Was emailed saying the driver couldn't find me, but I've been sitting in the lobby of the hotel for over an hour. No calls, no texts, no driver came into the lobby. The restaurant is now closed, so I can't even get a replacement. I'd like a refund, please

Had a chicken wrap from here and suffered from food poisoning for 2 days after. Had to cancel a holiday i had booked because i was so unwell. Absolutely certain it was the wrap that caused this as i felt sick almost immediately. Please be careful what you serve your customers, this could have been very serious.

The food came very quickly but I asked for no salad on my wrap and it came with salad or it would be 5 stars

The wrap and the wedges i ordered was not the way they are normally i order frm them regular the wedges £4.80 was over fryed into crisps asked for salad on side was bits of lettuce called restaurant 3times no answer defo not ordering again AVOID

Chips cold as in with lettuce. Lettuce wilted as underneath hot food. The kofte was nice and chilli sauce just the best. But they need to separate the salad from the hot food in the foil tray.

Right meals but bad execution. When my partner that never uses spices commented after the first bit that the meat is tasteless, I was alarmed. Second type of kebab was slightly better with taste but far from expectation. The food was also delivered cold.

Cheese was tasteless and rubbery didn’t put curry sauce as asked in the additional comments. Only nice thing was the wrap everything else cold and disgusting

Was looking forward to a nice donner wrap and chips ... utter disappointment! Chips undercooked and cold, Donner meat wasn't cooked properly. Some of it was very light in comparison to any other Donner meat I've tried!! Garlic mayo had a weird taste and the 'salad' ( lettace only ) was limp ... AVOID THIS PLACE! 🤢

Very very nice food. I loved it and everything was cooked to perfection. The shawarma was so nice and moist and the chips were so crispy. The bread and salad were also so good too. Best shawarma in town, will definitely be ordering again.

Never showed up in the first place, apparently delivered to the wrong apartment in a different building altogether but there is no way of getting in unless you have a key or someone answers and apparently no one answered the door but yet they got in? and paid nearly £40 for food I did not receive and anytime I rang the store the person hung up the phone safe to say ruined my trip

Utterly terrible doner pizza, basically a cheese pizza with Luke warm doner meat thrown on top. Wrap was ok. Pity as have used in the past but the quality has went way downhill

Brilliant as always! Best falafel wrap in Edinburgh. Came so quickly as always and fastest delivery service we use. Why we always return. Only suggestion would be for more side options but would only mean we had this more often.

food quality was very very poor. Cheese on my fries was all burnt and cold, the donner tasted horrific, the texture was like it was rubber. Wrap was soggy and disgusting. Very disappointed. Never ordering again!

The pizza was not a delux it was normal and cold, i called up to address the situation i was told to call back the next day as the manger was not there i calledthe next day sevral times there was no answer at first then some one picked up the phone and left it so it would engaged tone and i called the next day still no answer

Average takeaways open, average takeaways close. Palmyra, however, has been on the go for (at least) 15 years, if my maths is correct. The veritable OG of the Edinburgh kebab scene. The GOAT. Tasty kebab and falafel wraps; super pizzas. Exceptional value for money. Quick service. Consistently brilliant for takeaway when you're on the go and seating is available for casual dine-in too. They stay open quite late also, so, yes, occasionally I order in when I return home from work. If this review reads like I'm enthusiastic about Palmyra, it's because I am, because it's brilliant! Thank you Palmyra, for all the tasty kebabs through the years. I'll be seeing you. SOON!

The pixza was cooked perfect snd not soggy in the middle, the portions could have been cut more accurately

To me it was undercooked, pizza base still cold and guey. Cheese burnt. Spewwwed it all back out. Uncooked pizza.

We've really enjoyed the pizzas here but tonight they arrived cold. The driver carried them to us without the thermal bag. The delivery time was as stated and they arrived within a reasonable timescale. We had to reheat them both which unfortunately affected their quality. Disappointed as they are usually the best pizzas.

Ordered a donor meat pizza. Usually this consists of the donor meat being covered in cheese then cooked, however I got a cheese pizza with cold rubbery donor meat just papped on top. £14 what a waste.

Fab as always! Please try the falafel hummus wrap. My carnivore parter enjoyed it over his chicken wrap and he said that was tasty. Fab chilli sauce here also and friendly service.

The total cost for a 12" ham and pineapple came to £16. Which I was expecting alot more quality for my money. Pizza was half-warm on arrival, turkey-ham was in tiny thin strips, so they're obviously cost cutting, pineapple was fine, pizza was overall pretty heavy and greasy. The doughs consistency was incorrect, as it cooled down the dough become more like glue, and not very nice. The ingredients, setup cooking method needs designing better for creating a pizza for delivery. Again you hve to compare that £16 to what else is available, I could buy four top quality supermarket pizzas at the same price with better quality, or cook my own. So no, the price/quality here just isn't worth it. The only reason I ordered a pizza was it was 10:03Pm and all the shops were closed. Wouldn't purchase here again, by current standards it's OKAY, but from a greater perspective we should be getting better here. P
