Love this takeaway although a little disappointed with the kids meal portion sizes, changed boxes and the meal is very minimal for the cost.

Fastest delivery in the history of takeaways, sometimes it seems like they read your mind before u ring up, and the food is fresh and piping hot aswell

The delivery driver must be an ex formula one driver coz your food arrives just as you end the phone call, you couldn't even cook a Chicago town Pizza that quick

Very nice place, that staff employee named Berat is a very nice individual and deserves a raise very polite and respectful service

1st time we have used Palermo food was very good and will definitely use them again.

Very disappointed this evening , Mixed Kebab , chips and Donner meat . Always use this Takeaway as it at the top of my Street , won't be using them anymore . Seems like portions have been halved , salad , kebab meat !! Such a shame .

I had a garlic bread (10in) and a shish kebab. Both were absolutely delicious. Thin crispy bread, was perfect for me, just as I like it. Salad, sauces were separate, so you could add as much or as little as you want. I just hope this is the standard from now on because it is 2 mins away from me and I could become a regular.

Best pizza I’ve had in hull best chips aswell delivery was only 20 minutes not long at all.

The price of the pizzas im not suprized his boats that big. Good food tho.

Order placed on timed delivery as I was at work . Arrived an hour early . They took it back and delivered the same pizza which they had kept warm for over an hour dried up and not edible. Will not be ordering again .

Ordered a seafood pizza only to find the prawns still had eyes on them, spent 5 mins removing them and then the pizza was cold 🦐

PINK chicken burger won’t return. I was a loyal customer to this takeaway until they decided they would not even refund me for it. Not returning

Good food but be aware of additional delivery charge from online order delivery Cost an extra £3, not mentioned when ordering on line.

Arrived very hot but unfortunately they had decided to place the cheese over the toppings. Rookie mistake. Pizza was greasy and unappetising. I think they've changed to a cheaper product as well as increasing their prices. Menu stated 2021-22 but prices where still wrong by £2. They even charged extra for the addition of a cheaper topping while removing some of the more expensive topping of the original pizza. What a con. I think they add cheese over toppings so you cannot clearly see how little you receive. This place seems to be on a one way trip straight down the toilet.

Solid burger, kebab and pizzas. Not exactly a high dining experience, but if your looking for some smashing cheesy chips late evening, you can't go wrong. Owners are a laugh and enjoy some good banter

The pizza was cold when it got here and so was the cheesy chips usual it comes hot but it dident today so was disappointed

Placed an order for a timed delivery. Order turned up 50 mins early when some family members were still working. Order re-delivered at 7pm.....obviously the same food from the previous delivery as food was dry, brown and overcooked...obviously just warmed up from the early delivery. Will not be using this takeaway again

Food is reasonable , but after ordering online and paying for delivery to be then told by the driver they want more money, its a joke , if we live too far out then you should change your delivery charges , I wouldn't mind but we are about 4 miles away

We have ordered from here for a while and shamefully haven't left a review, so here I go. The pizzas are absolutely top notch and always hot and on time. The delivery guys are so friendly and always smiling. Wouldn't order from anywhere else.

Disgusting! Ordered my food was half an hour late put in my bank details driver got to my door and said I hadn't payed even tho I used there app! I rang up and was argued with instead of tying to resolve the problem got 2 hungry kids now so off in the car else where. Will not be using again

Absolutely foul. Could taste and even smell that the ham was off. Guy on the phone was unpleasant to my mum and we have to take it back if we want a refund. Trust me, there's better around.

The only Pizza you'll ever want to eat. Every time I order I'm astonished how light and perfectly cooked to food is! ... No stodge, dry or burnt food ever. Also the delivery time although a few miles away was well before allocated time... Its no good ordering a takeaway that is good one day and bad the next. Been there done that. Palermo is spot on every time!.

Ordered for home delivery a few times now from Palermo and they never fail to please. Our meal arrived tonight ten minutes after ordering it. The pizza (chicken supreme) was fresh,hot and tasty,as were the chips. Thoroughly recommended!

Have used this take away before. So know the food is good from here. Customer service is always spot on as well My bug bear is, when getting a take away, and a dessert as well. I would expect the dessert to be ready to eat. Not frozen. As I was served today. I have never ever known this be done anywhere else before. As to wait for it to defrost would take a good few hours. So defeating the object of a take away/ fast food/dinner and dessert. I did ring up, and Express my annoyance at this. Was told, I should have been told this was the way they serve their desserts. Had I been told this info, i would not have bought it. So actually a bit unimpressed tonight.

Ordered the offer 2 for £17.00 and it was the best decision made. All came within 30 minutes of ordering and all special requests were taken into account too. The food was piping hot and delicious. Definitely our new favourite takeaway

We always use Palermo and have done fir a long time now. Staff are lovely, and the girls who answer phone to take your orders are so polite and helpful. Food tasty and usually hot as they deliver quickly. Chicken kebab is delicious with a large chips for extra £1. Kids pizzas are great value too. Chicken fillet burger is delicious too. Won’t use anywhere else.

Order never Arrived, said they sent various emails and rang me. No calls or emails when I rang them. They said they just put the food in the bin but would send it for re delivery...Er no thanks. I love Palermo but this has really annoyed me. No refund no nothing.

Ordered and was also charged for cheese stuffed crust but did not receive it on my pizza ! However pizza was nice as usual and delivery time was also as good as usual
