Place has been redecorated recently,nice atmosphere and great service.

First time visiting Pausa Cafe, very reasonable prices, good choices, will definitely call in again.!

Shopping at the Hull store today, we was getting two bedside cabinets of the shelf and was approached by a lovely chap who asked us if we would like a trolley. Very good customer service from the guy who I went back to ask him name! He was called Shaun and a credit to Dunhelm

A large store with a wide range of products and easy parking.

Typical retail park store. Some isles are a bit narrow so it is difficult to pass other people. Some items are missing price tags.

Click and collect item l ordered was soon in store ready to collect and the collection was faultless, had a look around the store while I was there it was as usual full of everything you could possibly want for your home at really good prices

I bought some curtains, but got the wrong size, I was able to swap them, the staff were really helpful

My wife forces me to take her here 3/4 times a year, I hate the place.

Generally a good shopping experience

The nice guy at front got my click and collect to be ready for when I’d finished browsing.

Aisles crowded making it difficult for people with mobility problems.

I wish this shop was bigger love walking round the different areas from bedding kitchen ware and some high quality furniture

was looking for floating shelves and the range of stock was limited

Always low prices to giving your home that uplift it may need or if your looking to swish things up in the bedroom these will have what your looking for.

One of my favourite shops also great coffee in there cafe

Staff were unfriendly, rude, completely disinterested. Made us feel like he was doing us a favour ringing up our purchases. Worst service I've had in years.

Helpful and knowledgeable young man understood what I wanted, and within five minutes I had found what I was looking for - very long drop winter curtains. They are not kept in stock, but he ordered them for me, after showing me a shorter curtain so I could see and feel the fabric. No pressure to buy a more expensive one. Perfect service. Well done, Dunelm.

Display model of radiator is cheaper than boxed model. Attempted to ask staff member if this was because it had no box to be told it wasn't for sale, despite being labelled. Shouldn't have items labelled if they're not for sale

Great customer service couldn’t find what I was looking for a member of staff went into the warehouse and said there were out of stock he was very professional and I would definitely be shopping there again thank you

Click and collect order. Items were not bagged up or wrapped had to struggle to the car with arm fulls of product. No designated order collection point sadly had to que for best part of 30mins before being served. Standing in line with everybody else on a busy Sunday.. Delivery order next time

I was looking for some Teddy, Lily coloured double bedding. I asked Tommy who went in the back to have a look, he returned saying he couldn't find any. A lady called Emma scanned the shelf label and it stated there were two sets in stock. Emma went off and came back around 15 minutes later having found exactly what I wanted. These two cheerful people are the epitomy of great customer service. Thank you both for your help.

Lack of staff with customers waiting to ask questions and no one around at all. Had to wait while approval obtained to buy a potato peeler as young man serving was under 18. Everything had to be put through 3 times as he experienced a problem with the till! Although very apologetic the amount of time it took to pay was ridiculous . Will shop elsewhere in future unless they get their act together

Good range of stock to choose from, but rather overpriced compared to similar stores, and staff were slow at serving. When I finally got served, the assistant was abrupt and unfriendly which put me off from shopping there again.

Great place for house hold goods to buy.

Good store, the prices are not low , but the goods are of good quality , there is a large selection,it took my wife almost two hours to look and choose what we were looking for.I personally liked the store in Beverley better

Went for wipeable table cloth type material. Cheap and loads of patterns. Only negative is you cannot find staff when you need them and the shelves r too rammed full of stock which makes it hard moving around thw store with a pram or wheelchair

Always liked Dunelm but I've had to order online this time as they only had one of the curtains I needed and I needed two. None of the curtains I liked had more than one pack available to buy. Now having to wait up to two weeks for delivery.

Thought the outside of the building looked unkempt . Staff pleasant but understaffed especially the café. Got what we needed.

Absolutely disgusting looking store from the outside!!!! The whole building looks like it has been derelict for 50 years, the sign is absolutely filthy the whole facia is dropping to pieces and black with grime and much. VILE.

I went in for a throw and got several items for the price of what I exoected to pay for the throw which was brilliant for Dumhelm cos they are not usually that reasonable!

Everyone was very helpful from the host on the entrance to the people on the shop floor. Found everything I wanted and much more.

Click and collect is AMAZING! No need to walk behind my wife through every single isle! She orders and pays for online, and I just go and collect! So flippen easy!

Dunelem is a excellent place to shop we found every thing we needed. There is a small cafe that is very nice for a snack.

We visited this store today,looking for blackout curtains for the bedroom. I asked a member of staff for some help, she was called Caitlyn. She was brilliant, nothing too much trouble. Thanks to her we got sorted out.

Went with my wife for some blackout curtains for the bedroom. Young girl called Caitlyn went out of her way to find the size we needed looking in the storeroom a nd various places throughout the store. Couldn't have asked for a more helpful girl - absolutely fantastic. Managed to find us a set of curtains of the right size and colour. Wish every store had a girl like her.

Went for new curtains. Good choice of eyelet type. Wanted pintuck not as big a choice or design.

Excellent homeware shop and bedding fantastic. Lots of choices in so many shades. Reasonable prices, also artifical flower range excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly

What a shabby looking place this is, would gladly of turned away if it wasn’t for the fact we’d travelled over from North Lincolnshire

It was OK but compared to some other places it seemed expensive it may have been a little better quality but not enough to justify the price difference

Got a decent new bin at a good price and picture frame. Aisles are a little narrow which does make things awkward with Covid and people trying to avoid eachother but other than that fine.

Came to look at the foam for seating pads. It's bloody expensive everywhere!!

Some lovely things here but think some things are pricey and can get the same in the range cheaper.

Staff are always really polite.
