Good selection and service by obliging staff. Good car park

Actually not always as expensive as expected, especially with offers and sales now students are setting up. Good place to pop into and have a look, even if to just get ideas for what you want!

Don't mind a look round every now & then, sells everything you'd need for tge home.

Brilliant place to shop i would say its better than IKEA

Visited a few times and have what your looking for most times. Not really high end products but well within most folks price range.

Live this shop. Bought bedding and a large door mat.

Good stock and reasonable prices

If you're after soft furnishings, curtains or lamps, this is the place to go. The cafe is fab too, kids eat free so that's a lovely bonus.

As always such a pleasure to shope here. Store is bright and well organised with reasonable priced goods.

Been in today for a few things got 2 rolls of wallpaper that was reduced but then charged full price and also scanned a item twice which my purchase should have came to £50 and ended up paying £80. Really not happy it's not the first time this has happened on sale items. Please always check ure receipt stupidly I got Mine sent through email and have not received it yet.

The rug I bought had to be returned due to it being used and defective. No problems in exchange though which was positive.

No outdoor clocks in stock, staff recommend buying online so I will, but not from Dunelm

Excellent rang of products but you have to play” hunt the assistant” if you need help. Very helpful when you do manage to find one though.

Soup was tepid. Had to take it back to reheated. The lady that served us at the counter was very nice and very apologetic. But the lady that brought our food was a misery she banged the food on the table without speaking and stormed off

Stop going to Dunhelm a few years ago, thought they got a bit expensive. Shopping there again, prices seem to be competitive and a good range

Place has been redecorated recently,nice atmosphere and great service.

Shopping at the Hull store today, we was getting two bedside cabinets of the shelf and was approached by a lovely chap who asked us if we would like a trolley. Very good customer service from the guy who I went back to ask him name! He was called Shaun and a credit to Dunhelm

Nice clean cafe. Good Americano coffee. However, at 12.00pm lunchtime...no tuna mayo and cucumber sandwiches available even though advertised on their lunch board menu. ...

A large store with a wide range of products and easy parking.

Typical retail park store. Some isles are a bit narrow so it is difficult to pass other people. Some items are missing price tags.

Click and collect item l ordered was soon in store ready to collect and the collection was faultless, had a look around the store while I was there it was as usual full of everything you could possibly want for your home at really good prices

I bought some curtains, but got the wrong size, I was able to swap them, the staff were really helpful

I wish this shop was bigger love walking round the different areas from bedding kitchen ware and some high quality furniture

Always low prices to giving your home that uplift it may need or if your looking to swish things up in the bedroom these will have what your looking for.

Staff were unfriendly, rude, completely disinterested. Made us feel like he was doing us a favour ringing up our purchases. Worst service I've had in years.

Helpful and knowledgeable young man understood what I wanted, and within five minutes I had found what I was looking for - very long drop winter curtains. They are not kept in stock, but he ordered them for me, after showing me a shorter curtain so I could see and feel the fabric. No pressure to buy a more expensive one. Perfect service. Well done, Dunelm.

Display model of radiator is cheaper than boxed model. Attempted to ask staff member if this was because it had no box to be told it wasn't for sale, despite being labelled. Shouldn't have items labelled if they're not for sale

Great customer service couldn’t find what I was looking for a member of staff went into the warehouse and said there were out of stock he was very professional and I would definitely be shopping there again thank you

Click and collect order. Items were not bagged up or wrapped had to struggle to the car with arm fulls of product. No designated order collection point sadly had to que for best part of 30mins before being served. Standing in line with everybody else on a busy Sunday.. Delivery order next time

I was looking for some Teddy, Lily coloured double bedding. I asked Tommy who went in the back to have a look, he returned saying he couldn't find any. A lady called Emma scanned the shelf label and it stated there were two sets in stock. Emma went off and came back around 15 minutes later having found exactly what I wanted. These two cheerful people are the epitomy of great customer service. Thank you both for your help.

Lack of staff with customers waiting to ask questions and no one around at all. Had to wait while approval obtained to buy a potato peeler as young man serving was under 18. Everything had to be put through 3 times as he experienced a problem with the till! Although very apologetic the amount of time it took to pay was ridiculous . Will shop elsewhere in future unless they get their act together

Good range of stock to choose from, but rather overpriced compared to similar stores, and staff were slow at serving. When I finally got served, the assistant was abrupt and unfriendly which put me off from shopping there again.

Great place for house hold goods to buy.

Good store, the prices are not low , but the goods are of good quality , there is a large selection,it took my wife almost two hours to look and choose what we were looking for.I personally liked the store in Beverley better

me and my wife we’re just taking a lovely stroll to the toilet, when we opened the door of the cubicle and there was this monstrous noise to follow it which made my pregnant wife collapse face first onto the floor where a woman had bled and it smeared all over her face.

Always liked Dunelm but I've had to order online this time as they only had one of the curtains I needed and I needed two. None of the curtains I liked had more than one pack available to buy. Now having to wait up to two weeks for delivery.

Went for wipeable table cloth type material. Cheap and loads of patterns. Only negative is you cannot find staff when you need them and the shelves r too rammed full of stock which makes it hard moving around thw store with a pram or wheelchair

Thought the outside of the building looked unkempt . Staff pleasant but understaffed especially the café. Got what we needed.

Absolutely disgusting looking store from the outside!!!! The whole building looks like it has been derelict for 50 years, the sign is absolutely filthy the whole facia is dropping to pieces and black with grime and much. VILE.

I went in for a throw and got several items for the price of what I exoected to pay for the throw which was brilliant for Dumhelm cos they are not usually that reasonable!

Fab shop for home items and accessories.

Dunelem is a excellent place to shop we found every thing we needed. There is a small cafe that is very nice for a snack.
