Ordered a value box of chicken, doner and chips topped with loads of onion, garlic bread, cheesy rings (like onion rings but cheese! Yum) and smoky wings and Southern fried wings. Also a portion of chcken tikka cheesy fries. Food came piping hot, well presented and tasted great. Plenty left for the next day.

Since I went in there I have been bombarded daily with spam messages about deals and I can’t block the number as it hasn’t come via message more like IP address hack to bombard inbox with spam

We always love eating here. The chips are the best ever. Their pizza is loaded with toppings and their side orders interesting and yummy. Our new favourite takeaway. We are always spoilt for choice and everything is always perfect. Can't rate it high enough!

the pizza tastes nice, the doner kebab was almost good, for me i think the doner was cooked, frozen and then reheated, with this it is losing its flavor. and then with the pizza you buy 2 and the third is free, the pizza becomes poor in content. for those who want to eat quantity it can be fine ... for the quality NOOOO

Order a takeaway looking forward to it and didn't order a certain thing due to allergy when arrived it had the food on it ive got an allergy to rang up to get it sorted and they had an bad attitude rude customer service and wouldn't replace there mistake! Rather disgusting behaviour

my family and I have been waiting 2 hours for our food and it still has not arrived despite calling 3 times asking for an update on the order, each time we’ve called we were told ‘it will be with you in ten mins’. order was placed at 6.30pm and it’s 8.30pm now - called the restaurant and they said ‘we have your order right in front of us - B25 isn’t it?’ which is the completely wrong postcode. Despicable service, don’t think the food will sway me around to ever ordering from this place again - if it ever turns up!!!!

Family order. Kebab, pizza, burgers, chips and calzone. Kebab, pizza and calzone were the best we’ve had locally. Chips and burgers were ok but we’ve had better. Will definitely be ordering again!

So much choice to choose from the menu! The website is very easy to use and you can book your order in advance for when you want to eat it. You can even get a free gift by ordering online! There isnt really much choice for vegans or gluten free allergies, but there is vegertarian options and the food is so tasty! I always go for a Hawaiin with a cheesy crust.You can customize your pizzas as much as you like and delivary is always on time. It has now become our monthly treat to have a Paccino's. Highly reccomend!

The title says it all. For a long time I have used an alternative take-away in Congleton for delivery but having now tried Paccino's there is no going back. The food always arrives piping hot and when promised. The app is easy to use and the whole end-to-end experience is great. Some of the portions are a lot larger than they need to be so it's difficult to control the calorie intake sometimes, but it's a great treat!

Despite they’re food hygiene rating on 5! It is shocking! We ordered 2 12’’ pizzas, a margarita and a smokey mania! And we have both got food possioning from it! Deffinatly gone down hill!

This place does amazing pizza cheap especially on a Tuesday as it's buy one get one free. Never had any late deliveries up to now. Staff very friendly when going in to collect. If your going to give it a try do it on a Tuesday!!!

2 and a half hours later, 2 drivers sent out with fresh food each time as they both fail to find my house. Still no delivery. Appalling. Will never use again.

In my opinion this is the best pizza place in town. We’ve ordered from here on many occasions and never been disappointed. They also offer discounts if you collect and 2 for 1 on a Tuesday so you can’t go wrong.

Ordered food online and was told it was a 45 minute wait . 45 minutes later food still hasn't arrived and on the online app it said it was still cooking :/ so we rang up the takeaway and they said the delivery guy was just leaving , they were very apologetic . 20 minutes later the food still hadn't arrived so we rang up again to see where our food was , man at the takeaway rang up the delivery driver and told him to hurry up , was told another ten minute wait. When food finally arrived delivery driver was very friendly and apologetic but that's about the only good thing about the experience . My pizza was luke warm, i asked for a barbecue base instead of tomato and there was the tiniest amount of barbecue so i wasted my money buying that as an alternative . my friend ordered another pizza and a portion of chips , the chips were hard and again luke warm. all in all my pizza just tasted disgusting and wasn't worth the wait , we were considering going to dominoes at first and i wish we did !!!

A regular pizza, burger, and fried chicken takeaway. That said, it was good value for the price. Everything seemed freshly prepared and cooked well. Staff appear friendly, but the wait for food was a little longer than expected.

Really pleased with the service received when ordering take-out pizza's for my young adults and their friends. We were on a tight timescale as my son works nights and they were BRILLIANT at having the pizza's delivered in the time needed.

I have eaten here for over a year at least twice a week however over the last month the service has dropped dramatically orders have been delivered late and cold and when complaing nothing is offered to make up for it orders are wrong and when you phone to tell them tgey say its your fault quality of food has gone downhill kebab meat is awful orders are akways late the timer on the online order is pointless as its never kept to it most of this seems to have happened over the last 4 weeks

Food arrived very late and cold also inedible phone to complain but told sorry they were busy and that's that

Good quality pizza and prices are good as well, and the two for one offer on tuesdays is fantastic, giving you two decent pizzas for less than 4 pounds each

Un excelente servicio de pizzas. He probado el servicio en línea en vez de sonar el restaurante, y el sitio web parece estar bien. Parecen ser ampliar el servicio que ya estaba genial. Yo siempre utilizar el servicio de entrega que puede ser bastante difícil debido a estar en un lugar remoto, pero nunca nos han decepcionado. Pruébalo!
