Great Fish n Chips, everything cooked to order, good service, excellent value gor money

Ordered cod and chips. Seemed to be ready immediately so not made to order. Could be the reason why the fish was soggy and tasteless, as were the chips. Soggy chips with no crunch to them whatsoever. Curry sauce was lukewarm. Asked for lots of salt and vinegar and received hardly any. Not a pleasant meal, one of the worst fish and chips I’ve had.

Avoid using their app as there’s a random service charge and some of the prices are higher on the app than on the menu board. E.g. the large cod is £9.50 on app and £9.20 in the shop. Aside that, fish was great. Super fresh, really tasty and piping hot.

Called in at lunch time yesterday and asked for a small cod and chips, was told we only do regular or large. Waited for my order to be cooked and noticed a sign on the window which said Lunchtime special. Small cod and chips with free side. Asked why I couldn't have that the chef said you have to ask for a special not small cod and chips. HOW RUDE. he then offered me a free side which I declined. The fish was a long skinny grey fish with not much flesh and the mountain of chips were pale and undercooked, with inedible small pieces of potato which were rock hard. Won't be visiting again. Used to be so good,

Great food, & love having a sit down to eat food in the outside cabin!! Like the new seafood basket too!!

If you want soggy mushy chips this is the place for you. It's a shame as the food used to be good.

Very good traditional fish and chips. Fish quality was good and the batter was not greasy. Chips were soft would have preferred crispier ones but tasted good. A lot better than the chippy in central Marlow.

Dreadful. Ordered precollection for 1756 collection. Still waiting to be cooked at 1834. Nothing complicated.

Today brought a large Cod and chips + drinks+ other . the fish & chips has ben good and consistence to-dat , however I was surprisely disappointed todays Cod fish was smelling and grey and brown colour (not at all fresh ) so had to throw them out , was not consumable. and the chips was vey oily and unpleasant too. Quiet disappointed. @ hrs later now- I have stomach pain caused by the bad Cod fish eaten.

Had a knockout take-away from Oysters in Marlow Bottom. Absolutely delicious good quality fresh cooked food at very reasonable prices. We'll worth a visit or you can use their on-line app. Yum!

So let's start with staff ..shocking or they need a job they like. I ordered cod and chips with haddock and chips, and was told it will be 10 mins and I bring it to outside. Great!! I thought until 8mins later the bag was waved at me by the front door but could of easily walk 7ft to my car window...but hey ho!!,I save your teenage legs . On returning home I opened the bag ,and did not no what was cod or haddock .But what I did no was... both fish had been raised on a slim fast diet. I've have had starters bigger SERIOUSLY. Bottom line it needs to up its game coz wasnt even close to being worth the ££ I paid.

Fish and batter is the best around

No large fish so got a regular… was about the size of a sausage roll albeit quite tasty. Chips were cold and mushy, much like the other recent review said on here. Price was a premium however the food was not, much better fish and chips in the area so will never return here. Final notes after charging for their expensive sub-par food we were asked to wait outside for the privilege. Avoid.

Used to be amazing. Fish n chips always cooked to perfection. Sadly everything is greasy and yuck now. A real shame as the last 2 orders have been so greasy they were inedible. Marked reduction in custom so I’m clearly not alone in experiencing the massive drop in quality. Wont be returning.

Really good service and you can preorder on they app then go and pick it up. Everything is cooked lovely and nothing is too much trouble, friendly staff and parking at the front. But on certain days it can be busy, so be careful, definitely recommend 👌

Fish and chips reasonable, not amazing. It is annoying when you specifically request salt and vinger and when you get home you discover they have ignored or forgotten.

It's pretty expensive BUT when it's just come out fresh, it's one of the best fish and chips I've had so definitely worth spending an extra couple £

Chips didn't taste great, also the burgers are microwaved meat in a bun nothing else.. I don't see me eating here again.

Very nice and usually fresh fish and chips. They offer a jumbo sausage but not a battered jumbo which has always confused me and been a little annoying. The staff are polite and the shop is clean.
