Always a great experience, Colin went out of his way to make sure we had a fantastic experience while celebrating and provided fantastic service with a smile. Always happy when we get seated in his area.

Went for my nieces birthday with other family members and it was bang on, our waitress was sound and she sang a funky birthday song with other members of staff and got the whole restaurant to join in. It was really good fun and would definitely recommend I shared the £40 grill platter and there was enough for 2 normal people sized meals. Food was good and service was excellent

Food is good but on the pricey side. Chicken burger and chips nearly £20. If you use the app you can get some freebies and deals, so worth signing up. Service is good and the staff are cheerful and friendly. Parking outside.

Ordered through Deliveroo. When the order finally arrived after 2 hours I was shocked to find a sad looking sausage in a bun and all the sides missing! Awful experience!

Ordered food from them on deliveroo. No sides for each dish, food cold - took 2 hours to be ready for Collection. This isn’t the first time!!! Ordered a pulled pork hot dog and it only came in a bun with a plain sausage, no sides, no toppings no pulled pork. Absoutely disgusting service.

Colin was absolutely amazing! This guy needs a raise. He is so enthusiastic and greeted us with such a warming atmosphere and seemed genuinely interested in our visit! We had such a fun night thanks to him!

19.95£ burger is defo not worth that price, found it insane to believe those prices. Nothing extraordinary or exclusive about them

We celebrated my Son’s 16th birthday which is always difficult when it’s a Monday . Like my four teenage children said if Colin serves us every Monday then we will book TGI each week. The best service we have ever had. Colin we thank you for making our Monday memorable. Food was fanatic, drinks flowing, staff amazing. TGI Friday you have some amazing staff.

The food is always amazing and I strongly recommend the Friday glazed burger, but most importantly the service was astonishing, our server Colin was phenomenal, extremely cheery and bubbly making the experience so much better. He’s such a likeable person and made us all laugh. So I strongly recommend coming here if you want top notch service and great food.

TGI Fridays are not once what they were. The food is very average by anyone's standard, and as for the price of the food, well it's much to high for the below par frozen food you're served. The atmosphere is where they always won. The staff in their red and white stripes and oversized braces making you laugh and give the diners a reason to excuse everything else. I mean it's not that it's bad, it's just so below average. I'm afraid for me it's the last visit I'll make to any TGI Fridays. Thanks for the memories TGI.

I went to have a nice meal in here as I was just passing through before we went to the cinema just a few yards up the road. Nice meal, great attention, good reception, quick service. And the nicest part, that we didn't know was that because we were going to the cinema close there we got 20% discount which was great. So next time we will finish with cocktails. Thank you.

Went to this restaurant on Saturday 27 July 24. On our arrival after booking a few days in advance we were informed that due to the grills breaking down we would be unable to order any grilled food!! We were a group of 8 adults and 3 children so to be told no grilled food would be available was a complete nightmare😫 The head waitress was very apologetic and we had to sympathise with her as this problem was not her fault. Basically the whole menu was unavailable so we asked what was available to order. The waitress explained in detail what we could have and that the meat would be fried and obviously not grilled. So the children chose fried burgers and one hotdog and the adults chose the Fajitas with fried chicken. We all had to wait around 45 minutes for our food to be served which isn’t pleasant with 3 children aged from 5 to 10 years old. Well the wait was more than compensated for as the food was piping hot and absolutely delicious!!! Well done to every member of staff including the chefs/cooks,for turning an expected nightmare into a very enjoyable evening with plenty of delicious hot food to eat. We were also given a sizeable discount without having to ask for one.👌 Will definitely return and would highly recommend tgi High Wycombe👏👏👏👏👏👏

Very slow service despite a relatively empty restaurant. Ignored and zero eye contact like we didn't exist. Disappointed by the experience. Food was OK but overall the experience was poor. We won't be returning.

Had a fantastic experience. Celebrating Last day of Paternity Leave with our new family, us 2 and our Little 2 week old. Colin our server was fantastic. We had been a Little apprehensive about our first family meal out but Colin made us feel so welcome and at ease about the whole situation. He brought us free refills without us even asking, being so attentive and making our first outing to a restaurant as a family so special .

A quick visit en-route to watching a Saturday evening dance performance at the nearby Cressex Community School. We only snacked on shared sesame chicken, kalamari dishes etc., all of which were quick to arrive, attractive to look at and each of which were very tasty. My companion availed herself of the 2-4-1 cocktail offer. I was however a little disappointed to be told that the coffee machine was broken and that no-one was able to rustle-up a cup of instant coffee, sachet coffee, a frappé or whatever....ironic for a wilfully American-styke diner. Otherwise the team were as attentive and as upbeat (and as depressingly young) as ever! 😂🤣

Very expensive for what is on offer. Struggled to find anything we fancied. Mexican dishes had disappeared from previous menu apart from fajitas. Poor choice. Food wasn't great. We won't be going again and will definitely not recommend TGIF to anyone. Real shame because we used to like this chain.

Always good for lunch at the weekend

Great deal with delicious unlimited wings on Wednesdays. The best thing is that the wings are not covered in a thick coating and u get dipping sauce with every plate. Spicy wings (not that spicy) with blue cheese dressing is to die for.

Awful food, burnt meat etc. Absolutely ridiculous prices for the portions served. Filthy ladies toilet and the place itself wasn't that clean either Not coming back for sure and not recommended at all

Showing its age, but OK for a quick meal. More expensive than I thought it would be.

Not the best tonight. Server was amazing and staff no problems but just found the food was really poor. Pasta was split due to too much oil and birthday cake in sunday was so stale you couldn't swallow it. Biggest problem is the crazy prices you charge. When you sit on a sticky seat with a sticky table you feel like you want to go somewhere else. Not happy with the amount charged even though the meal was taken off and we had nsh discount. Bad night and sadly its a corporate problem not the staffs. They do a great job. Someone above needs to sit in the restaurant and have a meal there to understand if its the best they can do.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Ordered 2 mocktails this evening. Couldn't really taste them as the glass was at least two thirds filled with ice chips😡😡 Waste of money Left and had a Mii shake at 5 Guys👍👍

Great service but incredibly overpriced for the quality of the food that was served. Very limited menu compared to what was once available, and unimpressive. TGI’s used to be my go to place and admittedly I have not been for quite a while. There are far far better places to go to now, and can’t see them lasting much longer based on what was offered on my visit this week.

Staff were wonderful but the place looks like they are running down the lease as it's very tired. It's very expensive for what it is

Jade was a great host, very attentive and friendly and even kindly did a balloon dog for our son.

Good size Car Park, Free Parking, easy online Booking System (if you need your table longer than your allocated time, just call and ask). Great Service from Kirsty. Menu could offer a few more Chicken Options (if you ask they are available). Our Food was excellent, there was a nice family atmosphere, the staff love to celebrate birthdays in TGi's unique way. If you are looking for a quiet night out bare this in mind.

Tahlia was fantastic. She was super accommodating and served us with an amazing smile! Plenty of veg choices and mocktails to make our family lunch a memorable one. The surprise treat to mark my husbands birthday was a really lovely gesture! Thank you TGI

Had a birthday meal for my sister today, it was amazing. We were served by scarlett. She was lovely and made us all feel comfortable. she made our day.

Service was ok, but was asked around 10 times about our food which got annoying... we just wanted to eat. Regarding the food tgi fridays what's happened? Food was tasteless and pretty mediocre at best. £70 for 2 people with 1 drink each. Seats were dirty, table was sticky so not great for cleanliness...Save your money wouldn't reccomend to anyone!

I'd just like to a say a big thank to TGI Friday High Wycombe for yesterday 20/3. We went there for a family celebration after burying some ashes. I explained we maybe a little late as I wasn't sure how long this would take and they were very understanding, the lady who served us (sorry I didnt get your name) was amazing just filled our drinks without us even asking, sorted out all our food including 2 babies, was so lovely. Then when we left she gave me some flowers as she saw why we were coming in - that made me cry - what a lovely person ❤️ just a very big thank you for making a sad day just a little more bareable

This is the best TGIs we've ever been to. The food was lovely, and the service was first class. Colin was the best waiter we've ever had. So warm, and friendly.

TGI has gone down hill since it was first launched. Menu isn't spectacular. Needs more improvements. Mac & Cheese was poor, the cheese was almost nonexistent. Burgers were dry. Coffee over priced for the small size.

The food was spot on, but the price of this place has just gone astronomical. So it'll be a while before we think about going here again, which is a shame as the food was great.

Heating broken ,everyone eating with coats on, food slow 🐌 . Apparently Heating has been broken for ages, we should have been told beforehand 😔

Excellent service & hospitality at the restaurant. I realized I am personally not a great fan of the Sticky Hoisin Sauce so I couldn’t enjoy the food much.

It was okay. Busy on a Sunday evening, service and food were okay. Doesn't match the price tag on either service or food. I wouldn't really recommend this TGI.

SOOO COLD IN HERE!! Had to keep coat on whole time in restaurant! Always cold in here, its not just this one night, but every time Ive been here on the last 4 visits... - never a nice atmosphere because its always cold! Such a shame, cos food is delish! Eat quick though! You're food goes cold VERY quickly!

Fantastic service, Kaitlyn was very helpful with our dietary requirements and the drinks were delicious.

Service was good, however I got bad food poisoning a day after and lasted a few days. Was gutted as havent been here in a few years and wanted to come more regular to visit.

The crown jewel of Cressex and the wider Wycombe area. Breathtaking views of Asda and neighbouring carparks. Absolutely outstanding service from Kaitlyn; patient, punctual, and polite. The bottled water was especially excellent. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful food and a great bar as well. Shout out to Kaitlyn for the amazing service.

Kaitlyn was great all throw the night, definitely the best waitress I’ve had and she made the night very enjoyable.

Yesterday was the first time in close to 12 months that we’ve visited TGI’s in High Wycombe. Everything was as it’s always been except for one thing - the price. TGI’s was never particularly great value for money but now it’s gone from being just about acceptable to ridiculously expensive. £17.50 for a messy burger - effectively a glorified cheese burger. Over £13 for a sundae - which they try to justify by saying it’s best shared amongst 3 people. Size wise it was barely sufficient to share between 2 people. We’ve been visitors to TGI’s for many years but sadly I feel that we won’t be returning again.

Jade was amazing. Very bubbly, great service. Smile all night. Great banter. Made the night a good laugh! Will look forward to having her again for our next meal hopefully!

Went with friends for 2 birthday celebrations for bottomless brunch , served by Kirsty who was very attentive, food nice and lovely cocktails that came quickly :)))

First time I've been here in years. Wish I'd waited longer. The food was terrible. Fajitas were tasteless. Imagine boiling chicken strips with onions and peppers then straining them and putting them in a wrap. My friend had a pasta dish and said it wasn't great, so I'm glad it wasn't just me They really need to be much cheaper, or put someone that can cook in the kitchen. You can't be pricey and serve bad food

Arrived at 7.30pm and was seated very quickly. Service was very good. The food was average in quality , my burger meat was over cooked but still edable. Fries were very good.

Run by children. Slow service, orders not recorded correctly despite it being read back to check. Salad completely dried out, as well as the bread....not remotely fresh. Toilets disgusting, floor was sticky in the cubicles.... Gross. Table of 5, big gaps between each persons meal arriving. All in all a complete waste of money. Certainly won't be going back. A very disappointing 50th birthday celebration for my husband.
