OXBO Bankside in Southwark

We my wife and I have just had a fantastic time at the OXBO brunch. Food was great and the service was absolutely incredible. Raj was especially attentive.

WOW, my friend and I were blown away by the amazing value for money that Oxbo's brunch gave. Starters - the table of starters were a mixture of salads, little pots of great seafood (octopus/salmon/prawn cocktails), cheese board, tortilla, noodles. I literally could have just eaten that continuously, everything was delicious! Open kitchen - I have the eggs florentine and again, delicious and cooked by very pleasant chefs. Main course - we didnt realise you get ALL the main options, the fish and jack fruit curry were delicious. Dessert - so many options to suit all tastes. Bottomless - it was cava which I LOVE, top ups were regular and the staff were incredibly attentive Staff - we were lucky to have had Fardeen looking after us and he was 100% service with a smile, he was incredible attentive. Yordan, the Restaurant Manager was also great - regularly checked in with us to ensure everything was ok and it really was fab! Both staff members are an asset to the restaurant. We moved to the bar for a few drinks afterwards and my friend and I are already planning to return. By far the BEST bottomless brunch I have had in London.

Así que cuando nos invitaron a experimentar el Bottomless Sunday Brunch Roast en OXBO Bankside, ubicado en el elegante Hilton London Bankside, no pudimos decir que no. ¿Una generosa oferta de cuatro platos, postres sin fondo y una opción para comensales halal? ¡Cuéntanos! A partir de 12. 30 pm a 3 . 30 pm todos los domingos, los comensales son invitados a un banquete que es reconfortante e indulgente. Por £ 42, obtienes cuatro platos. Si te apetece libre - burbujas que fluyen, vino o refrescos durante dos horas, es solo £ 58. Optamos por la experiencia amigable de cuatro cursos halal y así fue como fue... Comencemos en la mesa del mercado La mesa del mercado era un plato acogedor lleno de ensaladas frescas, vibrantes verduras asadas, quesos y charcutería (opciones no halal disponibles). Un calor perfecto - hasta lo que estaba por delante. Me encantó la ensalada de remolacha asada y cuscús, mientras mi esposa disfrutaba de los quesos cremosos maridados con pan artesanal. ¿Mi hijo? Directo a las aceitunas y el hummus, por supuesto! Aspectos destacados de la cocina abierta: huevos, gofres y tortitas Desde la cocina abierta, pedimos unos clásicos del brunch y no defraudaron: Huevos reales Huevos perfectamente escalfados descansan encima de un muffin inglés tostado, en capas con salmón ahumado y generosamente cubierto con una aterciopelada salsa bearnesa. Rico, robusto y totalmente satisfactorio – esto fue la felicidad del brunch en cada bocado. Tortitas malteadas Esponjosas, doradas y ligeramente dulces: estas tortitas se servían con una deliciosa compota de bayas, jarabe de arce y crema batida. Las tortitas tenían un bocado delicioso, no demasiado suave, no demasiado denso. Gofres Crujiente por fuera, tierno por dentro y bellamente complementado con la misma compota de bayas y jarabe. No podíamos decidir cuál era mejor – las tortitas o los gofres – así que teníamos ambos. No me arrepiento. El evento principal – Sunday Roast Pollo asado Mi esposa optó por el pollo asado, servido con patatas asadas crujientes y un pudín clásico de Yorkshire. El pollo estaba tierno, jugoso y bien condimentado, mientras que las papas estaban gloriosamente doradas y crujientes por fuera. Estaba más que satisfecha con su elección. Carne asada Mi hijo y yo fuimos por la carne asada. El mío llegó bien - cocinado y sabroso, acompañado de las mismas deliciosas patatas asadas y pudín Yorkshire. Sin embargo, la carne de mi hijo era desafortunadamente bastante dura, y su budín de Yorkshire llegó frío y duro. Mencionamos esto al personal, y debo dar todo el crédito a Urvesh, Ana y el gerente (cuyo nombre lamentablemente no capté) – fueron increíblemente disculpados, respondieron rápidamente y reemplazaron la carne de res y el pudín con amabilidad y eficiencia. Las nuevas porciones eran una bolsa mixta – tres de los pudines todavía estaban fríos, pero los otros tres estaban calientes y esponjosos. Este era un patio de recreo azucarado lleno de coloridos mini pasteles, mousses, tartas de frutas, brownies, pasteles de queso y más. Puedes subir tantas veces como quieras, ¡y definitivamente lo aprovechamos al máximo! Pensamientos finales ¿Fue perfecto? No del todo. ¿Pero volvería? Por supuesto. A pesar del hipo con el asado de mi hijo, la variedad de comida, la cálida hospitalidad y el ambiente relajado pero exclusivo hicieron que la tarde fuera fantástica para la familia. El personal realmente se preocupó, y eso va muy lejos. Si usted está después de una comida abundante, todos - usted - puede - comer la comida del domingo en Londres con opciones halal y un servicio amable, OXBO Bankside's Bottomless Sunday Roast definitivamente debería estar en su lista.

Tuvimos Sunday Brunch hoy y fue una experiencia increíble. Cada miembro del personal era increíble, no podían hacer lo suficiente por ti. Fueron muy serviciales con opciones de almuerzo de domingo sin gluten. La comida era absolutamente hermosa, uno de los mejores almuerzos de domingo que hemos comido. Recomiendo encarecidamente aquí para el almuerzo del domingo!

Fuimos a tomar un brunch sin fondo un sábado para un día de cumpleaños de chicas. El servicio fue espectacular, tranquilo, amable y profesional. La cocina abierta y las mesas de los chefs para el entrante y el postre eran tan variadas, sabrosas y recién hechas. Las burbujas eran de Cordiniu seco y generosamente vertido. Terminó con la tabla de quesos, una copa de vino tinto y un café. Sin duda volveremos!

We were guests at the Hotel so we had breakfast as well as dinner. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choices and options for all and for those with dietary restrictions. It was clean and the service excellent. We had dinner on New Year's Eve. It was a 3 course pre-set dinner menu. The food, the presentation, and the service all excellent. The menu included bottomless bubbles and they kept true to their words constantly replenishing our glasses. We were very impressed. Special mention to Yordan Ivanov for overlooking and making sure everything was perfect. It was top notch. 👌

After looking for somewhere central to meet a friend, I happened to come across Oxbo Bankside online. My friend and I met here for the bottomless brunch/lunch. We were so impressed with the service and the food. There were lots of options available on the buffet starter and dessert table, as well as a good choice from the open kitchen. The bottomless prosecco was very generous and they were always topping up our glasses! The staff were attentive and friendly. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and there was a guitarist playing in one part of the restaurant (i t was background music and not too loud). We had such a wonderful afternoon, made better by the food and service. We vowed to come back again - plus we will bring some other friends along too. Thank you.

Outstanding customer service right from the front door into the restaurant. Yordan is so amazing; he went above and beyond to make all guests especially our little ones feel so welcome. He made so much effort whilst remaining respectful and professional with all little and we the big guests. Anna (Supervisor) took care of our table and she gave her best service to us. It is such a shame she left before we had the chance to thank her- Anna, I'll be returning solely to say thank you - you looked after us so well and we truly appreciate. Ambiance, food, customer service and the cleanliness (attention to every detail) stood out for us. This is what we call brunch!!!! See you soon.

Wonderful birthday brunch with a wide range of family members from age 6 to 60! We were served by Sam Singh who was fabulous and looked after us all afternoon, 5* for him alone! Good time had by all.

So glad we came here after a recommendation. It was the most wonderful night. We did the bottomless Friday night with 3 courses. The atmosphere was superb. Fabulous Christmas decorations. So warm and inviting. The service was first class. The food was exceptional. Outstanding value for money. I honestly can't recommend this place enough. Incredible. Can't wait to go back! Magnifique hotel très propre, le personnel est très agréable, la piscine est super. Environment is tranquil. The food is amazing especially the salad bar. The staff are very professional and pleasant On the other side, the restaurant advertised bottomless prosecco but served cava.

What an absolutely fabulous brunch. We have been on many, many brunches in London. The food and service is impeccable, we never once had to ask for our drinks to be refilled or extra cutlery for our several helpings of food. Livia and Aethaf were so attentive, they couldn’t do enough for us, truly above and beyond hospitality. The food quality was on a par with top London restaurants and you can really fill your boots! We met some fantastic girls and the overall ambience was enjoyable and chilled. Lovely added touch with the live musician. I can’t wait to come back!

I got good services from two lovely ladies Ana and Cecilia at Oxbo Breakfast.The food was amazing,thank you to everyone involved to create a nice experience.

Firstly, let me say that the quality and variety of the food on offer was fantastic. We came for the "SUNDAY (BRUNCH) ROAST" and opted for teh bottomless option which allows you unlimited Bubbles, red or white wine (you don't have to stick to one, you can have different ones throughout). The starters were all cold buffet style but very different from what you would normally get in a bottomless deal, from fresh noodle or fennel salad to octopus with tapenade there was lots to choose from, but we had to pace ourselves since we still had the "brunch" AND main AND dessert to fit in! The Eggs benedict were standard fayre if honest, but they were not MEANT to be the star of the show, which was undoubtedly the Roast Beef Main. No scrimping on veg or indeed the portion of lovely medium rare roast beef, just a good sized, well cooked portion that has zero complaints from us! Let's not forget too, we were able to chop and change our drinks depending on what we wanted to drink with our course, so we took full advantage and never once needed to ask for a top up as the folks serving us (Marcia and Sam, shout out to you guys!) were always there to refill and and make sure we didnt want for ANYTHING. One other positive to note is that the bottomless option gives you a full 2 hours eating and drinking time so you never feel rushed either (though we did go a LITTLE over, they were never hovering to tell us to leave, super chilled!) Seriously cannot fault the food nor service either so would 100% recommend OXBO for a great Sunday treat out!

This eatery can not be given any less than 5 stars if I could I would give it 6! A luxurious experience from start to finish. Lovely and plentiful brunch, great variety and superb quality. All very generous including the prosecco which was a constant flow. Service was excellent Sylviane and Cambell were attentive an informative. I would highly recommend this venue for any type of occasion.

Sam was excellent, just wish the servers got the tip - they deserve it! All goes to hotel. Food very good - would recommend.

I had organised a birthday brunch on Sunday to celebrate my boyfriends' birthday with his friends. The food selection was brilliant from starters, open kitchen, the sunday roast and desserts. We were beyond full when we left. I would like to extend my gratitude to Raj for his good service, making sure my dietary requirements were met and for the kind gesture of a piece of cake for my boyfriend. It was a lovely surprise for us all and I appreciate his initiative. It made the day even more special. We will be back!

Served by Marcia who was excellent . She was really on top of everything and so helpful and friendly . We were there for a 60th birthday brunch and it was great . Foods ok but the Prosecco and wine were good quality .

Absolutely fab service from Raj. He was so good at replenishing our glasses which sometimes can not happen at a bottomless Prosecco. He was so good at making sure we had everything we needed/ fresh cutlery etc. plus the food was really good & the live music really good too. All round, definitely worth a visit! Thanks Raj!

Sylvane and Cambell were amazing. The food is fantastic and it is really free flowing fizz and wine for the two hours. After a couple sips they are back round to top you up. It was really busy when we went but the service is amazing and you leave stumbling out the door. 10/10 would recommend
