Ottolenghi Belgravia in City of London, Westminster

Preciosa visita al brunch, volverá Hermoso interior limpio y ventilado. Personal amable. Un sistema de espera muy eficaz - tomaron mis datos y me whstsapped cuando nuestra mesa estaba lista. Desayuno (disponible hasta las 11. 45 creo) que era delicioso y porciones generosas. El servicio fue rápido y amable La única desventaja fue que se quedaron sin pretzels de canela citando “estos siempre se agotan rápidamente” (así que haz/ pide más! ) Sin embargo, lo que teníamos era todavía precioso - salmón de Londres y huevos revueltos. Rose Harrisa tofu en masa madre. Tablas de pan y bollo de naranja (aunque esto sería mucho mejor servido con mermelada que mermelada) y delicioso dolor de almendras au chocolate Sin duda volveremos

Hay una gran selección de opciones de almuerzo salado y dulces para después. Nos refugiamos de la cena fría dentro y tuvimos un hermoso almuerzo aquí. Comimos pollo con 6 lados de ensalada. Todos eran lados variados y muy sabrosos.

He estado aquí para un bocado rápido, me chupo el puerro y queso danés y sabe bien. Bonito lugar cálido para el desayuno, me habría quedado si no tengo prisa! Muy recomendable

Questo bel ristorante dietro Sloane Square, si dipinge come ristorante italiano ma di italiano non c’è nulla. Ci hanno portato del pollo ghiacciato con verdure altrettanto fredde, ho chiesto se potevano scaldarle ma hanno detto che non era possibile per ragione di igiene, e che loro hanno tutto freddo. Poi le melanzane condite con la cannella non si potevano mangiare, i broccoli erano bruciati, non grigliati, insomma un disastro! Soprattutto non hanno fatto nulla per recuperare e per accontentarci, poi 90 sterline in 3 per mangiare quel cibo sono troppi!

Fui a Pavilion Road para encontrarme con una novia para tomar un café, un día soleado de amor, así que muchos lugares estaban ocupados, sin embargo, todas las mesas exteriores en Ottolenghi estaban libres. Entré y pedí dos cafés a una chica bastante hosca e indiferente y me dijo que estaríamos afuera, entonces se nos acercó una camarera algo oficiosa que dijo que tenías que pagar un cargo por servicio para sentarte en las mesas de afuera, teniendo en cuenta que eran las 10 h 30 y no quería comer, además de que todas las mesas estaban vacías. No tenía sentido en absoluto para cuando llegaron nuestros cafés. Para entonces había desaparecido, así que tomamos nuestros cafés insípidos y tibios y nos fuimos unas cuantas puertas hacia el más acogedor Pan por delante. ¿Vamos Ottolonghi, tratando a los lugareños con desprecio? No eres un restaurante con estrella Michelin, sino un delicatessen, ¡deja de sentarte en los laureles y ordena a tu espantoso personal!

Achat à emporter d’un mix de salades et de 2 gâteaux. Rien à redire sur la qualité et sur les saveurs. En revanche le service laisse à désirer. On ne vous laisse pas le temps de choisir, on vous écoute à peine et le service est expéditif. L’atmosphère est très bruyante, il est difficile d’entendre ce que dit la serveuse. Je ne parle pas très bien l’anglais et comme je n’avais pas bien compris elle a choisi pour moi!!L’encaissement est à peine plus aimable. Dans d’autres boutiques Ottolenghi de Londres l’expérience été similaire. C’est très regrettable, la qualité est attirante mais il se pourrait que le service n’invite pas à revenir.

Comida encantadora como se esperaba, servicio trágico de principio a fin. Hermoso día hacer fuera de la mesa todo ocupado, en el interior, sin embargo, estaba sentado dentro de 5 minutos. Luego esperé 20 minutos para hacer un pedido y luego otros 15 para recibir este pedido. La guinda del pastel fue un 12. 5% de servicio, que le dije al tipo que no se merecía. Ambas mesas a ambos lados ordenaron, se quejaron, grabaron y pagaron antes de que tuviera mi almuerzo algo delicioso. No hay mgr a la vista para quejarse a ... Msr’ Ottolenghi & Tamimi no estarían encantados

Fuimos en grupo a almorzar y después de una corta espera nos dieron una mesa. La comida era deliciosa y fresca y el servicio era profesional y eficiente. Un lugar muy agradable para el almuerzo.

He utilizado este restaurante con bastante frecuencia y ha sido bueno, pero no el 15 de julio. No había nada malo en el servicio que era profesional y amable, pero la comida no era genial. La quiche sabía viejo, y las ensaladas estaban bien, pero no muy bien dado el precio. No dije nada hasta que nos fuimos cuando mi acompañante comentó que el restaurante no era tan bueno como de costumbre. Estuve de acuerdo. ¿Esto se está convirtiendo en un efectivo... una vaca de una marca menguante?

Went at 8 am with family on a weekend day morning and the service was excellent as was food quality. Best yoghurt and granola fruit bowl of a month long trip!

It was a pleasure to eat here as always .We always return as we are local residents and Ellie always welcomes us with a great big smile! Nothing is ever too much and she’s always recommending us new food to try ! As always it’s consistent and delicious! Lovely to return and be remembered by your names, thank you to Ellie .

This time I went for a late lunch and had the Mint and Pea soup that was delicious and for dessert Ginger and Rhubarb Cheesecake. On the way out I bought some Malted Milk Oaties …everything superb as you would expect from him.

Unacceptably bad service. Very rude staff. I was a regular customer, but having encountered rudeness more than once recently, I will not go to this place again.

We had lunch at this very busy restaurant. The food was delicious, very flavourful-highly recommend if you are looking for something different for lunch. Service was so-so due to volume of customers but fun busy atmosphere. Would eat there often if I lived in the area.

Food had nice flavours, service very poor as the food order was already taken and already cooked had yo wait 40 minutes before it arrived after having brought it to the attention of the manager! Will not hurry back!

Il posto è situato in una strada deliziosa, è molto curato e l’esposizione food di notevole bellezza. Il personale è gentile e preparato. Abbiamo preso caffè, il latte speziato ( vicino al chailatte che io adoro) cinnamon brioche pretzel e pain au chocolat. Nell’insieme è stata una buona esperienza, il dolce alla cannella godurioso, ma il pain au chocolat gelido ( che a colazione proprio toglie ogni caldo conforto !), il latte speziato gradevole, anche se lo avrei preferito più caldo, ma è un gusto personale.

Highly disappointing. The reputation of the brand led me to think this would be an exquisite experience. What I got was expensive, unappetizing food. The first problem is the food is served cold. That’s right- cooked ahead of time and it sits around all day and then you come in and you get a cold piece of chicken and a cold piece of fish for well over the price of anywhere else where I could have purchased a fresh hot meal. You get two or three salads with your entree that were not memorable at all. The next problem is that none of the food has any flavor or seasoning. None. I have made much more exciting and delicious chicken on a random weekday than what I ate here. The only plus is all of the baked goods in the window- truly delicious! Regret coming here for dinner and spending so much money on it. Would have been so much happier going somewhere else for dinner and coming here to get dessert.

Used to like Ottolenghi but it is now so disappointing. Only 2 waitresses to serve the take away, not smiling, annoyed if yiu asked questions about the dishes , serving you with long hair badly attached. I even found one in my box, noisy you can barely hear their answers and they do not hear you . You have to repeat 3 times. The only thing said loudly is the price . What a shame!

I got a takeaway lunch from here. It was utterly delicious, incredible flavours, I absolutely loved it. It was a bit on the expensive side, but lovely as a treat.

This restaurant was round the corner from Sloane Square and very convenient. We have visit some other of their establishments and my wife has a few cook books so we knew it would be good. Scrambled eggs and salmon and mushrooms and eggs were polished off with relish and we all thoroughly enjoyed breakfast. Highly recommend and maybe a good choice if you cannot get into Colbert.

The Dutch pancakes were fantastic! I had a cheese straw and it was really nice too. Only disappointment was garlic on the parmigiano pretzel which really has no place in it. Pleasant service and overall good experience.

Really poor service. Just wanted to buy a large box of pastries. I stood and waited and none of the many staff even looked my way. At least 2 sets of people pushed in front, as they do in London since everyone's time is more important than yours. They got served and then they proceeded to ignore me. After 20 mins, I left. Too many other bakeries in the neighborhood to be bothered about this one. Sadly, it's the closest to my home, but never again.

Very disappointing. Bench at the back is dirty, they have only got one toilet(if you need to wash your hands whilst someone is changing their kid’s nappy you could be waiting a while) and one of the staff is extremely rude. Avoid.

I went here with my wife and son for breakfast. We queued for 10 mins to get a seat, but the member of staff who organised was very friendly and this was not a problem. After 10 mins, she directed us to a seat and offered us water. From that moment, everything went downhill. The water itself took 10 mins to come and only at that point were we asked what we wanted. Already fearing that service would be slow, we decided to not order hot food. All we requested were 3 hot drinks, a croissant and 2 brioches. These took 20 mins to come, so all in all a 30 min wait for coffee and already cooked pastries. I suggest you avoid, we won't go back. Other things to note are as follows. There were 8 members of staff, so there were plenty of people, just no direction. A manager took our order. She didn't smile or engage in any way. Other customers were so disgruntled that we all started complaining to each other. My wife saw one of the managers cleaning the toilet without gloves or any other PPE. To cap it all, the brioche weren't even that good, cold and dry. I honestly cannot understand how this establishment rates so highly. It's so poor.

Exceeded our very high expectations! We were served by the most charming waitress called Felicia (known as Ellie) who couldn’t have been nicer and made our day.

I usually stop here to buy something to take home and usually they are sweets. Love their Hazelnut Brownie, Cranberry and Oats Cookies, Salt Caramel and Chocolate Brittle and their Lavosh. The ingredients you can buy there are very good but overpriced.
