Otto in Bromley

I’ve been there 3-4 times me and my friends, unfortunately we been too busy to enjoy the atmosphere from that place and the food and we haven’t take any food picture or place, but … place and atmosphere is lovely and the staff is nice and professional . Next time i will still no take picture , food taste too good to waste time taking picture and not to enjoy it 😀

Every time I've eaten from Otto, the food has been amazing, and that's either takeaway or eating in with them. The service is really quick and they are also super friendly aswell. It definitely gets busy, so I'd book a table, but the food is totally worth it and 100% authentic Italian and cooked to perfection no matter the dish. Highly recommend will definitely be comming back again.

Helpful and friendly staff, together with delicious pizzas! Kids loved the food and so did the adults!

Excellent location with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Really good and attentive service by the staff. For starters the pawns were impressive, fresh and full of favour. A fantastic range of pizzas, the usual fare but well worth trying other options which we did. We ordered 2 pizzas between three adults, more than enough and very good quality in particular the pizza base. We rarely take deserts but on this occasion it was fantastic, large portions, definitely for sharing. Recommended.

Great tasting pizzas, friendly staff highly recommend

Booked a table, cancelled as no buses and then arrived half an hour late. Thank you for finding us a table. Great service, great atmosphere and even better food. If we could give more than five stars we would. Best garlic bread (with rosemary) had in a long time and both pizzas were delicious. Will definitely return.

An update: One of my favourite place in the area now. Visit as often as we can and absolutely LoVe it every time. Food, service and atmosphere always amazing and makes me feel welcome and appreciated as customer. Recommend it all of our customers and whoever have visted come back with same impressions. Visited for dinner today with no reservation. Cheeky, I know and we're given the best table in my opinion, next to the pizza oven. Specially came to try the pizza as per recommendation. And must say they delivered and above. Had Otto and Vegetariana- both great. The highlight for me was the Banoffee pie- the best I've eaten so far ever. Partner had chocolate mouse. Will be back for more soon,need to try some vegetarian pasta next time Got back and had the pleasure of eating again in Otto. I have to admin is one of my favourite places now

Very accommodating if you are on a special diet. The food was excellent and all prepared when you order it. The service was brilliant too all the staff are so friendly and helpful.

What a great pizzeria in the heart of Chislehurst.

Food really tasty portion size both pizza and pasta very large and reasonably priced! Super-friendly service and buzzy atmosphere. Parking in the area is a bit of challenge but we will definitely return. Recommended...👍👍

Great wood fired pizza's and amazing pasta dishes, eat here all the time and never been disappointed. Also on deliveroo for when you need primo pizza but have couchlock.

Visited late on friday and the service was excellent and the pizza was fantastic. Extremely fresh and you can tell quality ingredients are used. Would highly recomend and I will be going back again soon!

Had some great pizzas and staff were very helpful, polite. But unfortunately the garlic bread didn’t taste of garlic, but really salty. The Melanzane Parmigiana wasn’t great unfortunately. Or would have given 5 stars. Also owners don’t respond to any reviews!! Which personally makes me think they don’t care.

Eat here a few weeks back with some friends from NY had a mix of pizza and pasta which were excellent with a very attentive waiter, more authentic Italian than your standard pizza chain, good specials too

Very noisy and service is extremely slow. Waited over half hour for my main! The place is quite small to accommodate the busy seatings.

We came to otto for a family lunch on Sunday the restaurant was really busy even that they just opened . I'm not surprised as the food is really good all fresh ingredients, including the pizza dough . There is not many authentic Italian pizza places in the area but this one is definitely on top of my list . Very Friendly staff ,great atmosphere. Even they vere really busy with the inside and outside dinning , staff paid attention to details and looked after us really well. Best place to visit for a family lunch or diner . Kids Friendly.

Food can be a little hit and miss. Some dishes are great and others can be below average. Service is impeccable, and price is very reasonable. Great Primitivo red wine, and best tiramisu ever.

That’s the place for a real Italian pizza in Chislehurst. From sauce and dough to cheese and other ingredients, it’s got everything you look for in a traditional Italian pizza. You have to look no further, that’s your place to go for a frustration free dinner if you truly appreciate good food.

Great restaurant, managed to squeeze us in last minute for a Mother’s Day meal. Food was perfect, lovely pizzas and lasagne, excellent service and reasonably priced. Will visit again.

Excellent Pizzeria replacing the now defunct site of Pizza Express! It’s great to see this place has evolved in a positive direction. The food was excellent as was the service from start to finish and let’s be quite damn honest Francesco did his utmost best! It was a Monday night and my Wife’s birthday, the place wasn’t too busy which we did like as the peace and quiet always makes a diffidence but wow did they put the stops out to make us feel comfortable and welcome!!! Excellent food, great service and impeccable all round from start to finish?!? (I might buy the restaurant myself!?)) 🤪🤪😊😊

First visit and we were absolutely blown away about how fantastic the service, food and wine was! Staff were brilliant, wine was delicious and the food was phenomenal! Best that myself and family have had in a very long time! We shall be back very soon! We are very lucky to have such a gem so close to us! Highly recommended!

Lovely pizza and pasta. We tried one of the specials pizza and starter both of which were delicious. Staff were kind and attentive, the place got very busy after 7.30 so we are glad we booked. Too full for desserts so we will have to come back again!

Outstanding Pizza. Authentic neopolitan ingredients (San Marzano tomatoes etc) and cooked to perfection. I’ve had two takeouts from here and really impressed. Looking forward to eating in the restaurant next time.

Absolutely stunning Italian restaurant with great pizza and Italian classics made very well! Clean toilets, parking available outside on the road but sometimes difficult to find but usually you'll be okay. Service is next to none and the Calabrese pizza is really awesome! A must visit!

We booked a table at Otto on a whim after noticing it on a walk. We struggled to choose what to eat because everything that was being served looked so good. Opted to have a pizza and pasta and loved both. The pizza in particular was delicious and toppings nicely different to what you might get in chain/takeout restaurants. We'll definitely be back.

Ate there on Sunday. Truly fantastic proper Spaghetti Carbonara. Best Italian Pizza I've had for ages. Great addition to Royal Parade. If they maintain these standards they will be a huge success.

The best pizza in and around London. Been here a few times now and the food is unreal. The staff are more than accommodating and we still are the journey here even though I have moved out of the area.

The best pizza I've had in this country. Authentically Italian, I honestly could have been in Italy. The staff are all Italian and couldn't have been more friendly and efficient. Will be recommending this restaurant to anyone in need of a dose of la dolce vita!

Excellent Pizzas. Great quality ingredients used from the Caputo Flour to the Fiori di Latte Mozzarella. Dough is light stretchy and most importantly covered with a lovely napoli sauce which keeps the pizza nice and soggy. A proper Neapolitan Pizza taste. Not the over semolina basted pizza's you may have been accustomed to in some more well known chains. Less is more. The Pizzaolo is from Sardegna where you fall over amazing produce and outstanding food so rest assured. You should be in safe hands. Defo worth a visit some owners are from Quartodici the parent restaurant a few doors up and this has a great reputation and I know they use good ingredients They only lack some social media presence but trust me the Pizza is good.

Good decor although food wasn’t great. Order arrived incorrect once with mushrooms (asked for without) and once with chicken bones in the chicken. Apparently this is okay because it’s “commercial chicken”?! No apology or refund or complimentary offered for this. Prawns inside the Calzone were charged extra although not told and were in their shells, making it a nightmare to eat. Wine was tasteless and expensive for a small glass (£8). Claimed to not take American Express although it had an AMEX logo on the card reader. Overall pretty disappointing and wouldn’t return. Staff were polite and I understand this is a new business but justifying chicken bones being normal (twice!) in a pasta dish is ridiculous.
