My kids have eaten everything and said how good it is my burger and chips wore cooked to perfection salad was very fresh and tasty, Iv never eaten a kebab like it before im never going anywhere else Iv also left you very good feedback on Deliveroo I’ll be back 5********

Kebab shop is a joke. always forgetting food or cans of drinks every time you order, but they take the money, then your waiting half hour or longer to get the right food you ordered and drinks, it’s Ridiculous just always problems, got to keep ringing them back up cuz they can never just take a order get it right and deliver it without problems. just seems to be so difficult. Always get the order wrong Won’t be ordering no more now.

I can't really fault them honestly. Every time we've either ordered online or did take-away from there, the food was very good and plentiful. I suppose different people with different experiences. We are happy and will keep ordering.

This kebab shop is very friendly the staff are professional and the food is of high quality very at affordable prices I would recommend this shop to anyone

On Monday at 6 o'clock, I ordered doner kebab. The quality of the food is very bad. Very very uneducated staff. The staff were very rude and did not respect the customer at all. I will never order food there،And I advise you not to go there because they do not treat you with respect at all

Visited Mon, 20th, 8pm, ordered large Lamb Doner Kebab w salad. The meat was taken from a container that held pre-cut strips meat which were very dark and crispy! I didn't know this until I got home. The salad mix was placed in separate box. It's taste was spoilt because they added some red cabbage to it, that was about a day past fresh! It contaminated the freshness of the other salads (a good selection) and ruined everything. This shop can't be trusted by me, to provide quality and fresh, edible food. There was no crowd, so why serve pre-cut slice's of dried up meat? Why isn't ALL the salads freshly prepared? I would ask for taste samples beforehand before placing an order, if I ever go back!

Now called orpington kebab and pizza AVOID its disgusting, chips were from a sainsburys frozen bad, chicken shish HA HA it was not charged 12 pound and it was a soggy mess and small, garlic mushrooms POURED with what I say is water but it was oil. AVOID NEVER AGAIN

Wow !! I have had many kebabs in my time and hand on heart….. this was the best !!!! Great and cheerful service to go with it. If you are in area you MUST try this place. Thank you lads ❤️

Where do I start. Adana kebab wrap was full of grease literally dripping out the bottom also hard pieces of fat inside, not edible so had to throw it. Also tried to charge me £2.50 extra for salad, what an absolute joke. You think I'm coming here again?

Basically the worst place now I have had food from this place before but tonight I phoned and ordered food at 21:18pm and man said 45mins-1hour I said ok perfect and it’s not turned up and now the shop is shut. Poor customer service in my eyes

Ordered two chicken shish kebabs today, got to payment and it said payment failed?. Really ? Because the money came out of my account. Rang them, the man pretended he couldn’t understand me then couldn’t hear me, then told me no order was made and put the phone down on me. Bloody rude and I will never use this place again..btw been reported for fraud 🤬🤬

Fantastic kebab house. I am dairy, egg and peanut free and it’s so difficult to eat out as restaurants can’t advise adequately or aren’t very confident when telling you what’s in there food. This is the best kebab I’ve had & such great customer service. Would highly recommend for anyone with allergies.

Never too busy, good burgers and nuggets and kebabs. Their chilli sauce is properly nice too, not too hot but quite sweet almost 👍 Staff are friendly and it's clean and service is pretty swift. Card machine never seems to work though so take cash 😉

I am a kebab connoisseur and rate this kebab place as one of the best. Not only is the chilli sauce homemade it is lovely and not at all greasy. They fill the kebab with meat and are not tight with their portions which is a plus as well as the kebab is not dripping with grease, and the people are warm and friendly. Its my second time and both times I have been satisfied definitely good value for money.

I’m a great lover of kebabs and I have to say that this is the best kebab place, the chilli sauce is homemade, tasty and excellent and the mixed kebab (lamb doner, shish & kofte) for £12.50 in my opinion is very good value for money they aren’t tight with their meat portions which is another bonus and their kebabs aren’t heavily loaded with fat and grease. Love it and will be going back for more 😍

Ok so i wanted to like this place i really did however Wraps are overpriced and tiny but delivery was speedy and food was hot so i was left disappointed with an empty stomach. I always like to give second chances so on a busy day after alot of work i was hungry and wanted something at the drop of a hat so i decided to give it another chance, food came so quick however part of my order was missing and was hard to communicate with them in the end it was resolved but the burgers had alot of gristle and wasn't very pleasant to eat the only good thing was the chips nice and crispy just right it's hard to find decent chips today. Overall i just wouldn't order again need to put in alot of work and up portion size and quality of food.

Meat was lovely , shame about the salad it was a slice of 🍅 a slice cucumber 🥒 a bit of lettuce no white cabbage no red cabbage , a sliver of 🧅 and the portion size over all rubbish ..new customer who won’t be back !

If I could give 0 stars I would.Ordered for delivery at 19:10 for food that cost £19.10 on JUSTEAT it was supposed to arrive at 19:50 but then said it would come at 20.30. However when the food came it was completely cold and stale. Ordered for new food but came at 22:26 when the shop shuts at 22:30 and was warm but stale and horrible. It tasted like it had been microwaved. Had to ring up the shop multiple times to complain and they still took hours to give us new food. Complained to JUSTEAT and is now getting our money back. Overall DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME COMING/ORDERING HERE!

Paid nearly £14 for a single meal takeaway via ubereats which cost me £3.50 for delivery but no napkins or plastic forks and knife which should not cost 10-20 pence but reflects good manners and service. Very disappointing experience for the price I paid.

Have never had a problem with this place until today , ordered two wraps that had hardly any meat in , took a bite and it smelt and tasted mouldy. Had to take it away from my child who has already swallowed a bite . Seriously hoping she doesn't get food poisoning. Disgusting- won't be returning !!

The only thing more disgusting than the food is their customer service. Ordered food through a delivery Service. The order was wrong and the food sent was cold, under or over cooked and very sparse. Three tiny pieces of chicken in a pitta bread for £7.60 is very poor value. When we called the store to complain they said it was “our fault” they took no responsibility what so ever and basically hung up the phone. Do not order from this place it’s gross!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. There was a mistake on the order and the the rudest manager tried to claimed I had made the mistake when the menu clearly says Chicken Kebab and Shish Kebab as separate items. Also basically got none of the order right. These guys are an absolute joke. Stay well clear of these jokers. Worst kebab shop I've ever bought food from. I shall be making sure everybody I know stays well clear. I will be doing my best to get the place closed down. Food was disgusting and undercooked and very overpriced. Vile food and vile people.

I had some friends over and we ordered a variety of different foods and we kept arguing as to whose was better. The food was warm and very tasty. The delivery guy was very polite and pleasent

Food turned up late and the pittas were covered in mould and were outside of the box.. completely disgusting. Called the kebab shop and they just wasn't bothered

I should start this review by saying we first went 3 weeks after opening, and it was poor. However, we wanted to give the place time to "bed in" and so tonight, gave it a second chance. We arrived and placed our order (2 lamb doners and 2 portions of chips. As we ordered, we could hear a gentleman behind the counter apologising profusely to a "take out/delivery"order about the delay. We then waited 10 mins before they managed to complete this order. Finally, our food was being prepared and we were given two small lamb doners and asked "is that everything?". We reminded him about the chips and he nodded - and put the chips on to cook. Long story short, our kebabs were cold (after being left to wait for the chips), and the chips were under-cooked. Back to The Best Kebab Ye. A further walk from our home, but significantly better quality food!
