Zana Turkish Restaurant in Bromley

I tried to visit the venue this evening. All the outdoor and indoor lights were on. The door open sign was said open. The place was empty bar three chumps eating leftovers by the front door. Before I had the chance to order drinks, one guy said to leave. No explanation, just go. I pointed out the lights were on, door sign said open but he said leave. No explanation, no apology, just leave. Simply the worst. There’s a reason it’s ranked as the second worst Turkish in West Wickham. Don’t bother going to find out for yourself. Take your money elsewhere.

The restaurant has nice decor and staff are friendly but the food is below average. Vegetables tasted frozen. Seabass was nothing special. Rice was cold and the drinks were overpriced. Overall very disappointed.

Absolutely great food and the customer service is excellent. When they found out it was my son’s 13th birthday, they gave us a cake and sang happy birthday to him…just brilliant!!!

The best Baklava that you have ever tasted in the area. Next time I come here, I will be definitely trying the mains, I am sure I will not be disappointment. Nice restaurant very friendly staff good food . Family friendly with a outside Shisha bar area. Big enough to host birthday parties.

Booked bottomless brunch here. It was clear as soon as we entered that they didn’t want us to have bottomless brunch. Anyway we eventually got our menu. Ordered our food and after a long wait got a bottle of prosseco. Food was very nice. It was clear they didn’t want to give us another bottle of prosseco but after asking a couple of times and a 20 minute wait we did get another one. We had an hour left of our bottomless time but we’re only allowed another half glass each. Four of us! We spoke to the owner about this who was extremely rude and was not interested in our comments. Another table of ten walked out as they would not serve them anymore drinks! Big loss of business as I’m sure they won’t be returning and neither will we. It is a shame as the food is ok and the waiting staff were very pleasant but the owner is clearly in the wrong profession!

We visited for a bottomless brunch ,unlimited Prosecco for 2 hours apparently !! It was not to be ,after 1 hr 30 mins and 3 bottles we were told that was it ? .we were the only people in this large venue ,now I know why . Don’t advertise if you can’t come up with the goods . 2 hrs is 120 mins Not 90 mins. Food ok Service mediocre we won’t be back

We were having a meal in the local area and were a bit early so we popped in here for a drink beforehand. It was such a lovely experience we all came back afterwards for cocktails. The staff are attentive and very welcoming and the drinks were reasonably priced. The atmosphere in here is lovely and we had a quick look at a food menu so will definitely be returning to eat here at some point.

What started off with promise was sadly lacking. The service, a bit haphazard, nice starters, then a wait of over half an hour, to be served with cold food. Worse than this, when we pointed out that even the bulgar wheat was cold, the waiter became very argumentative! We suggested he feel the chicken himself, so that he would know it was cold and were shocked when he refused and became offended! He then continued to argue that he had seen the food come out of the kitchen!!! Eventually he begrudgingly took the dishes away. We then had to find someone to pay. The manager smiled a lot and bizarrely congratulated us on our choice of dishes, made excuses about staffing issues, apologised for the cold food, yet made no PR gesture, such as comping one of the overpriced drinks or starters. The staff seemed to be nice kids, although a bit nervous looking and would benefit from proper training in serving customers. Very, very disappointing experience. We definitely wont go there again.

I was in This Saturday with my friends the place. Look amazing Staff was friendly and They have a Live music which is was amazing Turkish Signer the price is Normal It’s worth for everything Also they do shisha was smooth Thank u Zana team

I was in zana sunday night .mothers day . Everything was really good staf was friendly And professional It was amazing night.

Walk in early evening, so quiet. Service was attentive and quick, meal was delicious. Deserves to succeed. Well worth a visit
