Best Chinese and fish and chips around

Ordered online for pick up. But they only make food when you get there 20 minutes later. Worst chips I have ever had, over salted, mushy and greasy. Ribs tasted like they been cooked twice before and once in microwave. With honey water poured as after thought. Chicken satey skewers were terrible, rubber chicken with no flavor with sauce in tub.

Very friendly staff and always consistently good food.

Had a home delivery absolutely delicious flavour amazing and young man who delivered our meal so polite will definitely recommend and go there again 👍👍

We ordered food from here last night and although delivery was quick, the food was pretty dire and most of it ended up in the bin. Partner had Chicken Curry, it was bland and tasteless. I had House Special Fried Rice with Sauce also bland and tasteless with huge chunks of beef, chicken, prawn etc - not as a House Special Fried Rice should be. The Chicken Curry was anaemic in colour.

The Singapore chow mien was pretty dire, tastless and over cooked. But the salt and pepper chips are awesome. Would recommend as a chip shop, not as a Chinese.

It's people behind that are always smiling to you. Great food. Big variety good value.

Been our fave Chinese for years... Like over 10. The place and staff are lovely and the Chinese food is gorgeous and tasty... We have moved a few times but always end up going bk to this Chinese

I went to this lovely take away and the food was exquisite. You could see the chefs preparing it in front of you which gave reassurance that this food would be nice. The service was absolutely incredible the boy who served me was polite and welcoming. I will defiantly be coming back.

Seems to have gone downhill, second time now I've had food missing from my order [battered sausage this time] takes me half hour to get there, so cant go back. Food didn't seem to be cooked properly 😕.

Food: 1 star (rice white overcooked, meat like 100 years old). It was takeaway- order to eat! They cooked in front of us. Staff: overcharged £1.50 however I did not wish to complain. Old, dated, plastic cutlery and plastic boxes. The worst I have eaten. Very low quality and not good Chinese at all. Thank you

Appalling service! Waited half an hour for order...to be given the wrong order and then our £7 beef dish was cremated and tasted burnt with sauce chucked over it!

Excellent surprise, Chinese was gorgeous - we did the takeaway pickup ourselves - so little to no wait and avoided any delivery delay and coldness that way! Even our picky eater that is our teenage daughter loved it. Nicely priced too considering the portions and veg/meat ratio. Recommended!!!

Ordered some food.. waited an hour for delivery.. when food arrived it was cold and not edible. The food was ruined , because the driver couldn't find me . Such a shame. Won't be using them again. It puts you off. Very expensive for what I had. Not good in my eyes. Sorry .

As a family we have been here many times but it has slacked of late. I know it's a Chinese but now and again we get the fish which is swimming in grease. Twice we were given the wrong order and have had many items missing when delivered. This time I ordered online to save waiting was told it would be half hour so we arrived on time and was made to wait 45 minutes before being told the chicken balls hadn'teven been cooked yet.

Good value and tasty. The one mistake we had in an order they corrected straight away.

Delivery seems to take bloody ages lately. On last 2 occasions I have gotten my food nearly an hour after suppose delivery time. I mean, come on! Don't offer delivery if you can't meet the requirements. And I paid for delivery too. The food wasn't hot anymore

The fish and chips are excellent, beautifully cooked, massive portions, good value, friendly staff. Ironically, the Chinese food is without doubt the worst I’ve ever tasted. Doesn’t actually resemble chow mien or crispy beef in anyway and the soup has so much chilli it is inedible.

Staff are always friendly and polite. Food is of a good standard. Reasonably priced. Service is quick.

Delivery yet again a good hour late!!

Very expensive for poor quality overcooked food. There were loads to random people in the back where food was being cooked, helping themselves to drinks and this is not adhering to food hygiene whatsoever. I really wished we hadn't bothered! Worst fish and chips we've ever had. Save your money and go somewhere else

Basically my meal landed in the bin. I had the Singapore style noodles, which was a tasteless pile of gloop and totally unappetising. First time that I ordered here and won't be returning.

Delivery took over an hour on a Wednesday evening. Was left on the doorstep and the driver just drove off. Was luke warm so needed heating before serving. Not impressed.

food is great but 1 hour delivery over due , come on you could score a 100% just deliver when you say, job done

phoned when 20mins after the delivery time to find out if the delivery guy was lost and turned out the food had not even been cook yet and would be another 45mins, cancelled it and wont be using this takeaway again, I think they are too busy to cope

Flavourless slop. Maybe having a bad day, I don't know but they seemed tired, uninterested and fed up. Meat was flavourless chunks in wet goop, minimal use of trad ingredients. I could cook better at home or spend less buying ready-meal version at supermarket. First visit, never going back there again.

cheap complimentary of prawn crackers are more taste than food that we ordered discusting :(

Food is delicious can be a bit busy some times but its definitely my favourite place to get a take out !! Both Chinese and chippy are the best I've ever had 👌 Its clean and friendly staff there work hard would like to say thankyou to all that works there and puts there effort and time in

Very busy but top quality it was my fiftieth and though there are take aways close Oriental express is worth the miles, good service and the vegetables are cooked to perfection I cant fault the place I would recommend to anyone

Right up there in the top 3 Chinese takeaway aways I've had.. and I travel alot! Pancake roll.. BBq ribs .. salt and pepper ribs.. salt and pepper chips are all amazing! Also do really good chip shop dishes.
