Family Kebab & Pizza House in North Dorset

First few orders was delivered quickly and the food was hot and amazing, ordered tonight and it was completely opposite took 2 hours,the food was cold and not in boxes just wrapped in paper that had gone all soggy and ripped and stuck to the food, then found some of the order missing ! Slightly put of ordering again.

For the price the food is good, probs best kebab shop in Shaftesbury.

Always have good food at a fair price. Never have to wait too long either. Occasionally have a communication problem due to accents and my hearing.

i just got some food from.here and good lord. this is the most toe curling gorgeous chicken I've had in my LIFE. if gordon Ramsay was to come to this shop hed drop dead of a heart attack by being within a meter radius of this GORGEOUS FOOD. hed be so shocked by how good it is. i know that once i finish this chicken i will be left craving more so i am taking my sweet time and every bite is a pure feeling of BLISS, of GLEE and of PURE HEAVEN. i feel as though a god came down and blessed these chicken strips and by god are they good. £6 for a priceless eating experience? YES PLEASE! i never like vinegar on my chips but these chips were PERFECT. they went straight down the hatch shortly followed by my gorgeous chicken. literally just typing about them I feel my hand intrinsically reaching to grab another. its INSTINCT. its IN MY BLOOD to NEED this, to CRAVE IT. this is the best kebab shop ever. this is the best food place in Shaftesbury. god im literally ascending... keep cooking such gorgeous gorgeous food.

Got a delivery took a little longer than expected but was got tasty and exactly what I asked for ..third time I'm happy so worth a shout out ..nice one family kebab great job ..great food happy days

Friendly guys, handy website, fire food that is a great price and made super quick. Always hard to pick just one thing, we have ordered 10+ times no issues.

Started using them when they first opened and was great now always late running in fat poorly presented expensive soggy bread and always late delivering

Was pnly passing through for work, decided on here for something to eat, had a chicken sandwich meal deal which is basically a chicken burger, chips and drink. Nevertheless it's got to of been one of the tastiest chicken burgers I've had in a long while, very yummy, will defo go again when passing through. 👍

When ordering, it needs to be stated spicy. Brought chicken today. Went to eat it and my mouth is on fire from the spices. If I wanted hot spicy chicken I would of asked for it. Not happy and wont be ordering anything again. Not happy now as got to order from somewhere else. And the chips were no better.

Great food but I ordered online and turned up 5 minutes after the time it said it would be ready and still had to wait for it to be made

My family often use this Kebab House, the food is reasonably priced and i tend to find they deliver much quicker than others in the local area.

Ordered online doner and chicken kebabs for delivery. Arrived when they said and these were great. Not sure if I missed selecting something as they were all meat in pitta bread. Really tasty. I will definitely use these people again.

Quality is always on and off- mostly off and poor service too. Had food poisoning second time and finally decided not to order from here again. I would recommend to spend a bit more on Marmaris for far better quality of food.

Very clean and well organized kebab shop. I've not tried the pizza or anything apart from kofte and chicken kebabs but those are really good ... well cooked meat, fresh salad, nice sauces. The prices are reasonable and the staff are helpful.

Cold food. Waited over an hour even when ordered online. 1 star is generous

I used to own a kebab shop and I have to admit these boy's lamb shish beats mine! Had it twice now and everything about it was spot on! Fresh and crisp salad, chilli sauce that's not over the top and I could still taste everything in there, pita bread just right, and the lamb...Oh that lamb! Don't know what they use to marinate it with but it's working magic on it! And each time I asked for it medium cooked, I got exactly that. Try this place guys, it's really good. ☺️ And just for comparison, I was selling my large lamb shish for £12.50.... They're selling theirs for £8! How good is that? 😁

Charlie and the boys run the best kebab House in Shaftesbury. And their pizza? well they are next door to Domino's and sell far superior and cheaper pizza 🍕

Recently really bad delivery times. This is the second time we have waited almost 2 hours for our food! First time the food was luke warm so obviously been sitting around for a while. Haven't even had the second delivery yet and it was ordered almost 2 hours ago! We will not be using anymore!

Best kebab shop in shaftesbury I love the chicken doner

First of all, I am from Germany and moved to Shaftesbury recently. I’ve tried plenty of kebabs from different places in Germany, as well as in the Dorset are and have to admit that the Kebabs from Family Kebab aren’t just cheap (price wise)... they also taste amazing! It is by far one of the best ones I’ve ever had! I am absolutely in love with the online service they provide. You can select bit by bit what Sauce you want to have, what kind of salad you want and much more! It is just great :)! (Of course you can get your food in store as well) Apart from that, you always get plenty off food :P Thank you so much for the great service guys :) Ps. The staff is always super friendly :)! 5 Stars *****

really good selection of food, I ordered a mixed kebab, chips and popcorn chicken and nuggets. our family have really enjoyed the food from here. I definitely will go again, I think the kebab meat especially is better than other establishments in the area. the only 2 downsides is that its currently cash only and no delivery at the moment. other than that it's great food and good value!
