Domino's Pizza - Shaftesbury in North Dorset

I give 1 star because you can't give less, rude, unprofessional staff, my order on just eat never arrived because apparently they couldn't find the correct path. The moment I ask to cancel the order they invite me to go to the restaurant and then hang up on me. I was ordering Domino's pizza because there is nothing better in Shaftsbury, even the poor place, mediocre/low quality food. Even when the person with me on the phone (who I had to contact several times to answer) finally agreed to cancel my order, he did so in a rude and rude manner. I don't recommend it even to my worst enemy

Friendly service, nice food and quick preparation!

Guy was extremely friendly and well mannered, but the large Italian crust pizza had hardly any topping and about 2 inched of just crust around the outside

Had visited fairly late on Sunday and the bloke there was really good. Literally a one man show. Took the orders and started making our pizzas. He even recommended we order via the app for better savings. The app did have more vouchers to be fair. Would definitely visit again.

Friendly staff who took time to explain the pricing in a unbiased manner! 4+/5 Taste 3+/5 Value for money with offers 3.5/5 Location 4/5 Packing 4.5/5 Pricing structure is tricky, especially the offers! Overall, a good pizza option when you are craving for one.

Good food, lovely staff, quick service

Been to this dominoes 3 times now as it is the closest, every time I have been somthing has been wrong. Do not waste your order on the double decadence ever time it is been none exsistant. Today I ordered the collection deal any size pizza BOGOF a large chicken supreme and mediam veg. I drove home without checking the large pizza was a mediam the same as the veg and got chartered for a large. Would not recommend this dominoes and from now on will drive further out for a dominoes just to make sure the order is correct

Booked pizza for certain time and paid. Only started cooking when I arrived to pick up.

Bro I can’t lie LJ is a legend. He gave us amazing customer service and made us all laugh while he made the pizzas. He’s a good man and deserves a raise . Gowan little Jason what a legend and he gave us a fist bump 👊🏼

I've just finished my 2nd 12hr shift for NHS & no one will pick up the phone at 19:30 I shattered & hungry - drive past & it's empty 🙈 Sorry but if you run a food business surely you provide some sort of service????

Yesterday we decided to treat ourselves after we received a text where you could get a large pizza, a side and cookies for ONLY £9.99! :) Great deal. The food was hot and delicious and we received great and quick service :) A great Dominos! 👍🏻👍🏻

Food was excellent. There was a long wait as they were short staffed but hats off to the 2 workers for doing a fab job!

Mark and his team are efficient, polite and have great customer service. Having allergies is not a problem for these guys and girls.

Not the best. They must be under strict instructions to put minimal toppings on And we ended up with 2 inch crusts before any toppings on all pizzas. The last pizzas had little taste (watering down the sauces maybe). But that’s 100% it now. Never again am I eating dominos which I only ate in sheer desperation due to not being able to get a proper pizza!

The staff are fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The Pizza is typical Dominoes fare. I just wish they would go back to the original way. The cost cutting has gone to far.

Very fast service, 2 pizzas in 10 minutes, and they had tables so you can eat in! Very nice staff.

It's brand new so very clean and tidy, I was in early so service was quick and efficient. Remember to check for offers as you could save money, the staff are very friendly and helpful which makes you want to return.

Was surprised by how good the pizza was

Asked for two same pizzas. Got one plain, with nothing on it...? Another time didn't get the purchased crust - specifically paid extra and selected it on the app. Not to mention a rude member of staff that had the guts to tell my little cousin that he needs to wash, when he had a bit of healing cream on his chin. Definitely not buying again. Disgusting.

Quick served. ..great pizzas. ..clean kitchen. .In general a very good experience and have been back many times because of this.

Amusing and helpful staff and decent pizza

Coming home from Tisbury when going round the royal chase roundabout a Black Audi (with dominos sign on top) flys out Infront of me causing me to break heavy! 5 minutes after that coming down tout hill turning left onto enmore green we seen a silver car with a dominos member of staff sat inside on her phone blocking the road, and after she realised I was waiting she pulled away (whilst still on her phone)!! After calling up to inform the manager he claimed that they do not have a black Audi driver working for them neither do they have someone with a silver Ford Fiesta so it's not the branches fault (but the next closest dominos would be Salisbury or Yeovil???). He didn't seem to care whatsoever, was very rude and didn't apologise once. Gutted because I love dominos and it's put me off ordered from them!

Cleanest place I have ever eaten and the Italian base pizza was delicious. A definite win for my two fussy boys as well. Very friendly and helpful staff too.

Always very busy and orders are often delayed or late, several times I have ordered online and picked a specific pick up time only to then have to wait more than 45 minutes when I get in store!
