Food was all spicy even though it says the food had no spice my twins who both have autism and both can’t eat spice noodles were spicy egg fried rice was spicy the crispy chicken was soft no well cooked and spicy and sweet and sour chicken was more like a curry had no crunch and was covered in chilli seeds neither of my kids would touch there’s as would meek them ill as can’t tolerate spice mine was only half eaten as spice was unbearable chicken was rant and all I could taste was chilli seeds. My daughters had mild spice supposedly but again she hardly ate any of hers as eyes were watering eyes were stinging and mouth was on fire and cost me £36.00 with delivery. Tried to report to Uber eats where I made purchase and was told I couldn’t have some sort of refund also tried ringing shop itself but no answer. Absolutely disgusted with this place no wonder why they don’t have any reviews because the food is shocking do not eat here !!!

I enjoyed my takeaway from Oodles in the Foodcourt. I always walk by, so I decided it was about time I gave it a go. The Foodcourt is an off-putting sort of place, because the info outside is difficult to decode. I had to look it up online to get a fix on the nature of the businesses it contains. Oodles occupies one counter. The menus are laid out in a way that was difficult to get a grasp of, which put me under pressure being the only customer. For the box I came out with, I had to select two bases, a main, and a dry. (I think.) The food was dug out of various containers like at a school dinners canteen, and then all squashed together into a waxed cardboard box. But to be fair it cost only £8.45, so it's not going to be Michelin Star. Yes, it was lukewarm; but it was surprisingly tasty for a box of stodge. The contents I'd chosen were black bean sauce chicken, crispy veg, chips, and rice. Plenty of flavour from the sauce. (Of course, chips and rice don't go together, but that was my fault: I sort of panicked when I was choosing.)

The flavours and spice, added with the variety and choices, make Oodles and must-go place. So underrated. More people need to try this out and I am certain you will be returning.

Nice lunch with the girls. Used the half price coupon that was sent via email. They really need to label the dishes on the carvery (been saying this in all my reviews, but no luck so far). Good parking (remember to input registration number inside).

**Honest Review** I have been using Kings Chef for some time now. I can tell you is this, when they get it right the food is very good. I recommend the Sweet n Sour Chicken HK style & Sauteed Spare Ribs with Pepper & Spicy Salt. They give you free prawn crackers which is a nice touch. A member of staff there is very decent, has high standards.. if there is any problems with the order just ring them straight away. They only accept cash (front desk) which must have impacted profits over the years. The egg fried rice has to be the priority of the owners putting everything into being the freshest healthiest taste to compliment whichever the customer chooses to add with it- this is an area they should look at for improvement. The outside overall look of this takeaway needs a fresh lick of paint to make it stand out more. It is important to get the basics right to attract new customers. Best wishes Karl

We have used regularly for the last couple of years. Tonight the crispy duck was very soggy and the hosin sauce was like water with a smell like vinegar not the thick sauce is should be. I complained and asked for a refund considering is not cheap at £12.60 for quarter duck. The refund was refused. I will not be using again. Avoid. Edit: the refund was issued by Just Eat

Somehow, i was confused in punjabi and vegetable samosa that made the wrong order😕. I wanted typical Indian samosa, which should be punjabi according to the menu. But I ordered vegetable samosa. So, on the basis of that, it was good ( more oily than expected)but not very good. Vegetables were in good quantities.
