Maria was so kind and attentive! I am a regular customer at this branch and it was my friends first time at this location. Maria helped us through choosing our base to our saucy mains, she was lovely and really helpful, we had an amazing experience and to top it off the food was 10/10 AS ALWAYS! we will be returning very soon, thank you for having us :)

I can't belive the size of the large box!!! , it seems it has shrunk because the box size was outrageously small to be called "LARGE BOX"...

Delivery was 30mins late, ordered for kids but unfortunately the food arrived too late for them to eat.

We’ve been eating here since the beginning of this store. But recently the followings are observed: 1. One day it’s too spicy and another day it’s too sweet with same dishes. 2. Quantity is getting lesser. 3. Box sizes are getting smaller day by day. Large box seems like regular box. 4. Consistency is lost. very less rice was provided today. 5. The main chef should train other chefs to make sure his holidays are covered and customers are still satisfied. Overall, not sure if I’ll come back again. Would require convincing.

🤔Mineral water is missing. Such a shame. Would have been perfect for this delicious food.

The rice isn’t very “egg fried rice” it’s more plain with no flavour… for £10 per person we expected more flavour from the rice. The chicken was perfectly cooked but again not a lot of flavour but still nice.

Kept away from this place but thought I’d give it another try after nearly 5 years. Still taste is nasty. Very oily. Spring roll an absolute abomination and those chicken dumplings, what atrocious filling. No chicken in there at all! Will check back again if you guys are around in 5 years.

Ordered a regular Rice box. Portion Is not at all enough, very small box, rice grains were big and lumpy. Chicken was not enough only few pieces were there.

Ice cream wasn't as nice as I thought, unfortunately. The food was alright but didn't match up to the portion size i thought the box would be bigger hence why I got large as I can eat a lot of food I would have said that was a small/regular box so what I paid didn't justify that at all. If I've ordered a large portion I want a large box to justify the price.

Amazing Food, great staff , always coming here and then as it is so good!! And it’s the best Chinese place especially in Birmingham and Leicester and the staff are both good so I definitely recommend it and I think you should try it. If you haven’t you are definitely missing out.

After asking to use the washroom, I was told I had to be a customer in order to access the facility. Fair enough, I thought—so I offered to buy something small. They insisted I purchase a £1 bottle of water before they would allow me to use the washroom. In an effort to remind them that basic human decency shouldn't come at a cost, I paid the £1 but refused to take the water. The staff seemed indifferent to the gesture, and the whole situation left a bad taste. Charging for a washroom is one thing, but enforcing a transaction for a simple necessity like this feels cold and disconnected from the values a restaurant should uphold. Disappointing experience—I'll think twice before coming back here.

I would definitely not recommend this place. The staff were extremely rude. The food took very long to come and was cold. Not good quality as noodles seemed like they were from the day before. Portion sizes were also very small and definitely not worth the money. Never coming back here again.

Whatever was delivered looked and tasted nothing like chicken in black bean sauce. Absolutely awful. Never again.

Today me and my husband and friend ordered some food from oodles . Mistakenly my husband didn't put his order in basket and checkout .In just one minute we try to cancel our order through delieveroo and they said that they will talk to the owner later on they replied the owner is not cancelling the order and informed us that the food is prepared already in just 3 minutes.Very poor customer service Actually we dont wanted to cancel our order but to upgrade. That was very rude .Also the quantity of food was too low . Vegetable noodles were out of sauce and was too dry because prepared in no time. Not recommended.

Been ordering from Oodles a few times now from Uber Eats and I enjoy the food, comes hit and tasty. I been to the store once when I was in the area.

I recently visited Oodles Noodle Shop and had the pleasure of being assisted by Nabeel at the cashier. His service was nothing short of exceptional! Nabeel greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly friendly throughout the entire transaction. He was efficient, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality these days, and Nabeel truly made my experience delightful. I left the shop feeling extremely happy and satisfied. I'm a returning customer. I used to enjoy my vegetable noodles with paneer or fries, but they started filling more than half box with fries and noodles were probably from the day before as they were too soggy, tasteless like they were over boiled.

The udon noodles, spicy chips, and crispy chicken times 2 was the best box there is you can make. Also go with the medium box should be the perfect size.

Firstly the food was delicious and usually the spice level is perfect but today it was soooo spicy 🌶️, it has never been this spicy before. We eat here a lot. Usually the spice level is ok. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone who likes spicy 🥵 and mild food. All the food is made fresh in front of me. One thing I disliked was the music was really loud in the seating area💺. Toilets are very clean 🧼. The new management is so much better. Previous management was incredibly rude. Thanks to the lady at the desk, my experience here has become much better, she is really helpful and kind.
