The restaurant is a basic fadt food restaurant with a small amount of seating inside. Not quite the place to bring a date but the food was decent take away food. They really pack the boxes up so it's definately value for money. The spring rolls made a lot of sense also.

Incredible as always, especially for being so late at night. Food was delivered by Andy and as much as I love Oodles, the food being delivered by him made it 10x better, exceptional guy.

Okay food but slow service as they had a lot of online orders and seemed to prioritise that over me physically waiting at the place. For fast food and specifically noodles I wasn't expecting to have to wait 25min.

They have many franchises around the UK, including in Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester and London. In Nottingham, this halal Chinese restaurant is located on Mansfield Road, just a short walk.

I don't usually write reviews but first off, the delivery driver Andy was so lovely. My place is difficult to reach and most drivers go to the wrong place but Andy got here early, with a smile and the food was still hot. In addition, I have never ordered from oodles but this was really delightful. Food was great and bless them, they packaged as much as they could into the boxes. Thank you Andy and oodles :) (Plus I hope that is how their name is spelt!)

I ordered three different dishes: chicken, beef, rice and pasta, and they were all not good. All the dishes had the same taste even though they were ordered differently. It was as if they were sweetened with sugar.

My order never arrived. I spoke with the restaurant and their driver on numerous occasions and they seemed to think I'd given them a fake address simply because they couldn't find it. They were extremely rude and simply wouldn't accept responsibility for their incompetence.

Terrible. Completely wrong order. Staff can’t be arsed with the job so you get hostile responses from them too. Business is a joke. Dont waste your money here

Terrible! Chips tasted hard like the cardboard box they came in. “Crispy” prawns….it was just soggy coating on a soggy prawn. Oh….and the lady serving touched her nose with her hands one to many times. Thumbs down

I was craving a really good noodle stir-fry. It was terrible!!!! I got the combo box with black bean and salt and pepper chicken. The noodles were tasteless and watery and the chicken flavouring was subpar. Absolutely astonished that they have 4.2/5 on their reviews. The shop was empty on a busy Saturday night! That tells you everything. Definitely wont order again.

Firstly very quick delivery accompanied with friendly delivery drivers (thank you Andy!). Food is awesome, love being able to tweak it to my fancy and the spicy chips are my recommended must have.

I have ordered from Oodles on several occasions and have never been disappointed. The food is always hot, fresh, and of a generous portion! (And MUCH tastier than Wok'n'Go) Tonight I ordered for delivery - the delivery driver, Andy, was so lovely; full of energy, and definitely brought a smile to my face after a long day. My drink wasn't in the bag, and he noticed before I did, running right back to make sure I had it whilst my food was still hot. Great guy! Great food, great service, 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Ordered two “ make it your self “ boxes off Uber eats! One had chips, sweet and sour chicken, and rice- this one was for my 4 year old son, after being in hospital all day! Second one- had chips, sweet and sour chicken, salt and pepper chicken (some spice) and rice. Both came… didn’t think anything of it handed my 4 year old his. Not been aloud to eaten all day he was starving. He screamed the spice in this was beyond a joke, so I tried mine I couldn’t taste the food. I called them to ask why it was so spicy, they kept saying I’ll send one of them again with the salt and pepper chicken. Lack of communication, lady on phone eventually said that the sweet and sour sauce contains chilli’s! Why this wasn’t on the menu it’s a joke! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!

I placed an order for oodles less than a week ago, but unfortunately, the food was inedible, with a strong odor and taste resembling natural gas. The noodles were unpleasant, and the chicken was overcooked. When I called the establishment, the lady's response was unprofessional—she laughed and said, "I don't know how to respond to that." The disappointing food quality was compounded by a shockingly low level of professionalism.

First time ordering from here. I usually order from derby but found myself in notts. I ordered 2 of the blackbean chicken noodles. I called up 45 mins before arriving. They told me it would be ready within 20 mins I get there and had to wait an additional 20 mins. The food was really sweet and so much more different compared to derby's branch. Service was poor. The lady would not talk to me like I was a customer but almost like I was in the line of the queue in a school canteen where they just give you something and get rid of you.

well I order from oodles nottingham all the time online and this occasion when placing my order which was on the 19th October when going through the process of paying there site froze so my order didn't go through but they were quite happy to take my money of £15.40 but no delivery has been ringing to speak with manager but never there always busy ,language barrier very poor so I got in touch with my bank instead and they are going investigate such a shame as there food is nice but when your trying to explain to someone on the phone and there telling u to call back when manager there but they don't know when there in how does this help me .

Worst Chinese I've ever eaten and I usually love Asian food including Korean, Thai and Chinese, the noodles were pale, bland and weird tasting, like they had been frozen, part of the order was missing a chicken topping and the food was very spicy but not in a good way, the quality was abysmal like there was no effort put into the food

My girlfriend ordered a regular create your own box from here which clearly came without Katsu curry that I included in the order. I poured out the box onto a plate to eat and before eating I noticed no Katsu curry was included. I called the store to ask why no Katsu curry was included , and was given rude customer service even when I offered to pay extra for my missing food. She was told that I had eaten the food when all she had done was place it on a plate. Even when she asked to pay extra she was refused and told to speak with the manager the next morning. Don’t eat here if you want to avoid atrocious customer service for paying customers.
