Oodles Chinese Nottingham in Nottingham

Probably the worst tasting food in Nottingham. Ordered through UberEats, food had no flavour loads of colouring and was not tasty at all. Kids box was dreadful with solid pieces of chicken probably been sitting there for a day or two. Wouldn’t be eating from here again. Not acceptable for any business by far

Didn’t have high hopes when we opened the boxes but you expect what you pay for. Ended up with food poisoning and a £3 voucher instead of a genuine apology

Ordered online and after 1.5 hours k called to ask how long it would be. The lady on the phone was quite rude, I explained we had been waiting quite a while with no communication to which she replied “yeah well we’ve been busy”. She said it had left the shop, 20 minutes later as I was just about to cancel it, it arrived. It was hot making me think it hadnt left the shop when she said it had. Food was nice but the long delivery and attitude has put me off ordering again

Got severe food poisoning from this place landed me in hospital. Whoever made the food at the time will pay for this and watch something bad will happen

The food is very good and I will always reorder good portions packed with flavour and delivery time is very good and delivery driver pinder always happy when dropping off food

Ordered on deliveroo, the food arrived and I was given someone else’s box. I rang to let them know and asked for the correct food to be sent to me, I was told they were “super busy” and I’d get it “next time”. Awful customer service! Requested a refund through deliveroo and won’t be ordering again, how can you expect someone to eat food they did not order?

The food arrived piping hot, which was a definite highlight. The flavors were bold and satisfying, and each box was generously filled to the brim, showing great attention to portion sizes - a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. However, one disappointment was the drink. We specifically ordered Coca-Cola™️, as shown in the product image, but were sent an off-brand alternative that tasted quite unpleasant. While the food was excellent, the drink substitution was a letdown.

Amazing food and good service by welcoming friendly staff, had egg fried rice and teriyaki chicken in Manchurian chicken sauce and it didn’t disappoint at all. Highly recommended

We had Teriyaki Chicken, Manchurian Chicken and egg fried rice. It was perfect and more than enough for a single meal and could be shared with someone else. Perfect place for dinner and has a great ambience to sit in and enjoy, Highly recommended.

We have just been to the oodles, the food was amazing absolutely loved it. 🫶We love the perfect spice and all the great flavours. We would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for some great food. ♥️Also, the price is worth , very affordable and fulfilling. The staff were very lovely🥰🥰🥰

Great place if youre ever craving noodles but are tired of the instant ones at home. Food was lovely, the vibe was laid-back and Sandra was especially very nice and helpful, as i was a little unsure of what to order and her reccomendation hit the nail on the head- Thank you!! Absolute garbage, mediocre food at best. Most of the people giving positive reviews must have either very low standards of food or don't know how chinese food should taste. No egg in the egg fried rice, just plain and tasteless. Ordered chicken katsu curry with my box, but none of it to be seen. It smells alot nicer than what it actually tastes so it's very misleading. Chicken over cooked aswell. I think the best thing about it was the spring rolls tbh. Be the first and last time I order from here.

Didn't know this place was halal. It doesn't mention that on just eat or even on the website at all! Something you should be letting people aware of in case it goes against their own religious beliefs or if they just dont agree with the practice of halal. Why do places like these always accommodate muslim's and their religion practices but completely disregard other people's? Like I said, if you certain people want halal food, then i have no problem with that whatsoever, but make it known that's the case so the people who don't can avoid it if they want too. The food is disgusting anyway so it'll be the last time I waste my money on this deceitful place.

Absolutely grim. Cold soggy food. No ‘crispyness’ about it. No veg in the veg noodles. No sauce on anything at all. Will never order again. Don’t know how this place has a good review.

Pretty poor tasting food bought a large box and prices don't match menu was told the beef option is £2 extra, service not good noodle taste disgusting my mistake for going to this places I would recommend going to a better Chinese restaurant

Hangout with friends here was fun . 3 starts for food I can't tell you food is worst but I can tell food is okay . Prices are good enough .

The food was much better before, not to mention the service and waiting, I sat for over 45 minutes where I also ordered a slush and did not receive it, the woman serving was terrible, zero approach to the customer, this place is getting worse and worse because of the ladies from Service.

Had my food ordered by Andy his name was if I remember correctly, still really nice and patient even though my dog got too excited and ran at him, feel really bad about that but he was really forgiving.

The food tastes good, but the rice is undercooked and the chicken was not cooked well. Got the malaysian curry and szechuan rice which tasted fine but was not spicy enough . Good service and they do student discounts on large boxes.

Terrible service and rude staff, specially called and requested chopsticks however the order still came with out!!

Not great, rice was somehow dry and seemed to be undercooked, I couldn't tell the difference between the Barbecue chicken and the salt and pepper chicken, the katsu curry was also underwhelming. Quite disappointed in the overall quality. The portion size for the price wasn't worth it either in my opinion. How do you mess up rice?? 🙃

Driver was 30 minutes late my house is a 2 minute car drive away from the store (according to google maps) I felt this was a bit unacceptable, my food was cold, the cod was complete wet mush and the package was leaking, not worth £20

The food was awful it was stone cold all of from the chicken to the noodles to the rice, i don’t believe it was the delivery drivers fault as it took him all of 8 minuets to get here the food most of been already cold. £20 order just thrown in the bin. Top it off ice cream was just liquid it’s hot evening but surely in 8 minuets it wouldn’t of been completely liquid. Won’t be ordering agian

I had money off this order as I'd saved x amount of stamps. I noticed hardly any chicken in my meal. So my advice don't have the stamp system if is all you going to do is reduce the amount of chicken in the meal. Pretty obvious that was the reason! So ZERO stars 🌟
