Food is reasonably priced and tastes good. Good range of drinks on offer and the staff are friendly and attentive even when it's quite busy.

Just been for lunch with my sister wasn’t expecting a lot as it’s very reasonable for the price but when the food came out the burger was cremated and completely inedible from the grill either being too high of a heat or not clean it tasted like pure charcoal (only knowing this because I’m a chef myself) I politely and as nicely as I could just asked if it could be replaced (not mentioning any of this) for something else, everything else on the plate was lovely and my sisters food was fine so I didn’t want a refund to which I had a very condescending reply about the fact it was cooked on a char grill that’s why it tasted like that and a very impolite waitress who then refused to come over to us at all for absolutely no reason we were nothing but lovely! working in catering myself I was completely shocked by the poor service and definitely won’t be returning which is a shame because the gent behind the bar was lovely and the drinks were quite nice. I don’t understand why they took it so personally these things happen and I just initially put it down to a mistake. Maybe she was having a bad day 🤷‍♀️ either way not a nice experience.

It's not often I venture into the town with my wife (we don't like crowds and she is disabled) but we were impressed with the service and the general care for people who have disabilities. The beer (Punk IPA and Madri and Guinness and Coors) wasn't bad either for a city centre pub

Polite friendly staff, front of house and kitchen. Took time to discuss menue relating to food allergies and communicated well with the kitchen. Chef came out to speak with us to check everything and informed us food would take longer due to preparing kitchen to prevent cross contamination. Table service was also excellent as they kept a check we were happy whilst waiting for food, making light conversations and drinks flowing.

The staff are great, the food is good quality & very reasonably priced. The atmosphere is friendly & welcoming. Highly recommend!

After my partner and his friends ran a half marathon today, we really wanted somewhere to eat, have a drink and watch the F1. O’Neill’s had it all! The customer service was lovely and efficient. The food was really good; I was tempted to buy more. Drinks were spot on, just what we all needed. Every seat was near enough occupied and it’s children friendly too. Calm atmosphere. Thank you O’Neills!!

Food was great, staff lovely especially Jude who made our visit even better. Mega mix grill was to die for!

Decided to take advantage of the three plates for £15.75. Took ages to arrive and everything was cold, the halloumi fries were lukewarm at best, the Guinness dirty fries were not covered in sauce and didn’t have crispy onions and the bbq pulled oumph! Tacos were colder still. Very disappointing.

I had a beef burger and upgraded to curly fries. Both were very nice. Ordered via the app for table service which was efficient. I was disappointed with the portion size for my dessert though. I ordered the Vienetta which was nice, but it was only a very small portion, a bit of a rip off for the price! I expected a bigger portion for £5.25.

Fantastic pub. Really friendly staff. Great choice of drinks. The Guinness is absolutely superb. I have eaten here a few times and the food is always very good. The atmosphere and the staff really make this pub so friendly. Probably my favourite pub in Worcester and I definitely recommend it.

We have had a great lunch, the service from the very lovely bar person was excellent, she was extremely polite, very helpful, and pleasant chatting with her, overall was a good experience and will come back more often.

I normally visit O'Neill's probably once a month very pleasant staff door staff great I have a lovely conversation with the bar staff and they always polite show me the right direction of other pubs I would recommend this to everyone under the food is absolutely wonderful

First time of trying out the menu in here, I was pleasantly surprised, and will definetly be back. Lots to choose from but ended up ordering the mix grill. The steak was was so tender and cooked to perfection. Chicken gammon & sausages were or so really nice accompanied by sides of skin on chips mushroom n peas. I look forward to trying out more things from their menu including cheese burger spring rolls and mac n cheese with bbq pulled pork!

The food and service all depends on who is working when you arrive. The last two visits have been very good to be fair. Food has been very good.

Absolutely brilliant food in a good location easy to find in Worcester. Food was good ordered the steak and a good selection of beers in tap. This pub is good for sports that are shown on the big screens Starff were friendly and I would definitely go back. Food and drinks were served quickly Not too pricey either

Came in for a quick bite and went for a steak. Cooked to perfection and had the macaroni cheese as a side which was delicious.😋 There was a tall lad with a moustache on the bar who was really helpful and approachable. Thank you all- I'll be visiting again soon!

had a lovey meal with my family everything looked delicious and tasted even better, the staff were welcoming and funny.

i went here on the 10th of may for lunch with friends and family, i had a gammon doubled up wich was very good value for money and was incredibly tasty 9/10. The bar staff were immensely helpful and quick at bringing our food to us. Overall really fun experience would recommend. Would like to thank dan on the bar for helping and being so funny.

Dinner date with my friend couldn’t have been better! We had gone in with a voucher for 2 4 1 burgers and to be honest, I would’ve happily paid money for both of the burgers. The beef was juicy, the presentation was great and the food was hot. I assumed it was just normal pub grub and didn’t expect anything spectacular but I was honestly blown away. Our server was lovely, she ensured our drinks were topped up and our food was at its best standard. Didn’t get her name but I believe she was the duty manager on shift as she seemed to be training the other staff member who was on shift with her. Hats off to both of them for a a great experience.

My husband and I have had burgers all over the World and we can honestly say O’Neils in Worcester is the best! The staff are so friendly we always feel welcome.

Visited on a Wednesday evening. Relatively quiet - plenty of tables all clean and ready to sit at. Staff friendly and were served very quickly. Was lucky enough to stumble in during happy hour so got a couple of cheap pints of Madri! Food was lovely - I had the veggie burger and my partner the mixed grill. Food was hot and delicious and was brought out within 15minutes of ordering. Great value, great atmosphere, will definitely return

Drinks are reasonably priced and food is good too. Come in quite regularly with friends and the pints are really good. Mel is a good chat and does her job really well. Definitely returning

Visited O'neils yesterday for a spot of lunch and I was greeted and made welcome by Jude. Her fantastic customer service and calm nature made it a great visit. Would highly recommend.

Myself and my partner, went here for food and a few drinks. I ordered the Mac and Cheese, and what I was served was a Portion barely big enough for a 3 mth old baby….!!! I must have had 7 pieces of macaroni in a bit of cheese. The chicken was supposed to be grilled, it was barely cooked I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. It was severed in a dish no bigger than a thimble..!! We also shared a potion of chips which were in edible as they must have been salted with all the salt that they had in the pub…. In fact there is less salt in the sea! And after my partner had complained we got a grunt from the server… no sorry, no offer of a refund or even a complimentary drink . So if you want a quick meal I’d highly recommend here as two mouthfuls and the food will be eaten… but if you have the chips order about 1000 litres of water because you will need it…

Food was excellent. Service was great too. Everyone was happy to serve you, and greet you with a smile .only 1 thing it was cold inside no heating , on a very cold day.

Fantastic lunch again! The pizza was amazing. My youngest LOVES this place . He says the burger is the best hes ever tasted! The service was fab! The tea was lovely too. Pg tips yes! A nice place to have a few drinks with friends. We were there when it was race day at the very close Worcester Race Track, so it was super busy! So much so I cleared two tables of all the empty glasses that some nutcase had stacked 5 & 6 high, so we could sit and use the tables. Yes, it saves space, however, pint glasses are heavier than you think so it is insane to stack them that high as they often get stuck. It is someone else that is given the job of separating them, very often it ends up with multiple stitches at A&E. Stack one or two, that is fine, if you have finished your drink and are leaving you could just put your empties onto the end of the bar, saving everyone trouble.

Dan was extremely helpful and always give exceptional customer service. The bar manager want as happy as usual and was quite off with some people.

We visited o neills on the Friday and sat in October to watch the rugby World Cup the service we received was nothing short of fantastic Dan the manager really went that extra mile . We had a table reserved both evenings and food was lush

Great place, good atmosphere in nicely presented place (football was on and was calmer once match finished about 2.30). Food was fantastic, and far better than a certain other food including a drink establishment. And a bonus was that the Guinness seemed nicer than other places, but guess it should.

Nice pub great place to go to watch the sport,beers are reasonably priced and the food is really good here, nice sports bar and somewhere I will vist again the next time a big match is on
