We called in here one Saturday afternoon to eat. The place was busy and there seemed a good atmosphere. We ordered two pints whilst we looked at the menu. The lager didn’t taste right so I didn’t finish it and chose a different lager to have with my meal. We moved inside to eat, the table was extremely sticky and the menu needed wiping down. We both ordered pies. The food was served quickly and we both really enjoyed it. Unfortunately the change in lager brand did not help and still tasted off so we left both didn’t drink them.

What a brilliant night we had at arrow smiths, kira was such a brilliant host she served our drink on time we no problems, I love darts at this place!

I haven’t been out for a while. After the amazing service I received from Tom tonight, I will be back again. The bar was super busy but Tom was so helpful and polite and coped well under pressure! Thanks Tom.

Went out for drinks but ended up having food as well. The darts looked good but we didn't end up playing. Staff were friendly and the lad serving food was super helpful - his name was Jack and he couldn't have been more accommodating. Will go again.

I went to O’Neils for the first time with my business partner and we ordered food/drinks on arrival the staff was very polite and very professional I was served by a bartender called Luke he was very talkative and friendly and made sure our stay was right for us we found a calm quiet area suitable for business needs definitely recommended.

Visited O'Neil's with some friends from work to celebrate a birthday. originally just went to play darts and go elsewhere but ended up staying because the vibes were just fantastic and so were the drinks! the staff were also really friendly and polite. 100% will be coming back !!

Absolutely love this place. The service is speedy and excellent and always a great atmosphere. Just popped in with my daughter for a quick snack from the tapas menu which is a fantastic deal if you're getting a few bits! The food came out promptly and was so hot and tasty. We ended up staying for hours 🙂 Thank you O'Neills for always being a safe bet for a great experience!

Came on Monday lunchtime and it was very busy! Food came out at a good time considering how busy it was, the girl running the food was really friendly and chatty and even popped back up to see if we wanted another drink so we didn’t have to go to the bar! Great service for a pub and delicious food

Visited today shocked to see it was very cold, told by a female staff hearing is broken. Shame it’s normally warm and friendly in here. Beer is always fresh tasty and as a whole friendly great welcoming environment

Came in earlier today to try out Arrowsmiths for a friend's birthday. What and experience! The lovely team who looked after us made sure we never had to leave our Oche as they came up to us to take our orders and bring our drinks and food. The pizzas were AMAZING and they have such a wide variety you wouldn't expect it from a pub! Plus their cocktails are to die for. I loved the Electric Mai Tai and the Zombie they were strong and sweet and definitely hit the spot. I wish we could've extended our time slot to play for longer but they were all booked out for the day, and I can totally understand why; the place was buzzing and it was only early afternoon too! I'll definitely be bringing my mates here again and again we had so much fun and again a big BIG thank you to the team who looked after us today you guys are THE BEST 💖
