We always enjoy our visit here at O’Neill’s. Lovely food and great service. A big shout out to Dot who always goes above and beyond, she’s a brilliant hostess, a credit to the team.

Second time here. Same rude staff. Lot of hype about the place but it's nothing special. Guinness is crap (dunno how most of you say it's good) That's all I have to say, just continuing to write to reach 100 characters, cos I've better things to be doing.

It was a match day the pub was fairly full but not crowded, we ordered online and got the meal 50 minutes later! The waiter - who was actually nice - just said - sorry we are but busy tonight! Well he was the only one there serving everyone. Onvioulsy you were busy beacuse you were understaffed ;) the food was actually nice.

Me and my partner absolutely love O'Neils Liverpool. There's a great selection of drink and food. The food is 5*** and the staff are absolutely amazing very friendly and helpful. The entertainment is as always fabulous and the music always gets you in the mood to dance. If you do anything take a trip down to O'Neils you won't be disappointed.

We had a fantastic experience at O’Neills at Hanover Street Liverpool. The staff were so attentive, pointing out all the deals and money saving opportunities for us. We were looked after brilliantly by Kelsey and the food cooked by Caleb and Jacko was excellent. Thanks to all.

Didn't have food but did look amazing. We where on a bus tour and popped in for a drink. Big shout out to Dot who was working behind the bar. Took the time and effort to come and chat, asked where we enjoying ourselves, adviced us on where some of the attractions where and was just generally a lovely lady. Our accents must of gave it away that we where visiting lol. She's definitely a credit to your team. Look forward to visiting again.

Visited oneils in liverpool on Feb 9th 2025 few drinks and food with my wife for my birthday. Food was great, A lovely lady by the name of Dorothy looked after us, she was fantastic, lovely woman , nothing was too much effort, a credit to the company, Alf liverpool

Fantastic place lovely relaxing there. Beautiful seating and lovely staff. Beer is very good return again soon.

The best bar in town especially Dorothy (the evertonian) she made us feel so welcome and was extremely helpful. Kept us all in the craic

Had a short city break in Liverpool, and visited O'Neills on both evenings. Paul runs a very good bar, the beer is well kept and the atmosphere great. Great music too!!

Highly recommended. Staff wonderful. Vicky in particular, very attentive, made sure my glass was full. A gem in the city centre.

Great place for a drink. Had sharing nachos. Could have more hot cheese, meat could have been hotter too. But would try again asking for extra hot cheese on side. Drinks reasonably priced. Good place to watch sport. Staff friendly. Especially PAUL. Would visit again

Needed some proper Guinness and food for Mrs and kids popped in had a few of the best pints of Guinness food was perfect and server Paul the wizard looked after us perfect meal an drinks to finish a couple of of nights in Liverpool, keep up the good work

Went in to see the City game and thought we would have a couple of snacks. The staff were lovely, the vibe was really welcoming and it was a really nice set up.

Gandalf provided exceptional service tonight when the Liverpool game was on. He went above and beyond and table service was on the ball. I said to my friend I was so appreciative of his work ethic as a hospitality worker myself it’s so lovely to see I never had an empty drink in hand. Thank you “Gandalf” haha will be returning just for you!

We had a voucher for the BOGOF offer on burgers. Food was very good and a fair size portion . The food came quickly and the staff were very helpful. The pub was very clean and a good atmosphere. Only one small criticism was the price of Guinness we felt was slightly on the high side when comparing to other local establishments. All in all good meal and we would come back again.

Dunno why my comments weren't added 🤔. Anyway, I'm not a regular, but I've been coming here over the years when visiting from home. I'm resident now in Sheffield, and as well as Anfield, I love coming here. Always a great buzz even when it's not matchdays. Haven't had food here, only the booze (typical Irishman) but I'll be back up on St Stephens Day (Boxing Day) for the Leicester game. I'll see you before and after my trip to the greatest stadium in the world. As for non footie visitors to Liverpool, O'Neills is a must for anyone who hasn't been here. Lively, fun, friendly and great craic. Highly recommended. 5star establishment. See you soon 💚💚 YNWA

Came for lunch today and received a meal and a glass of wine for under £10. The food was lovely, the 2 girls on shift couldn’t do enough for us and the atmosphere was lovely and cosy. We will be back xx

Visited today for some food we were greeted by Kelsey, she was very friendly and professional. Nothing was too much for her! We spoke about the new decor and order d our food and drinks with Kelsey. Food and drinks arrived everything was exceptional! The Guinness dirty fries a little sweet but still lovely! Thank you for a lovely experience we will be back ☺️

I had their breakfast, food was well cooked, just that little bits were missing no black pudding and that not important but no white pudding.

Food was lovely we had mac and cheese ,scampi and chips and steak and cheese sandwich all was beautiful fresh hot but the star of the show was our server kelsea she was so attentive to detail always asking if we needed anything and the chef jacko lovely food thank you so much we will be back

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to be, to meet up with friends. All nicely revamped and a great atmosphere loved it and will definitely come again.

An absolutely brilliant pub. If you're looking for somewhere to watch the NFL and RedZone on a Sunday night you're in luck. A gem of a place with friendly staff and a great choice of drinks.

It's in the middle of town, Saturday night. Very busy as expected. Served quickly though. Beers average as expected for a location like that it's pretty good

Great spot to watch a variety of sports. Plenty of families in and a very welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely go again. Drinks and food were priced as expected.

Not the place to if you want a quiet drink and chat the music is loud and couldn't hear the conversation. But the food was good and cheap.

Great place, even better happy hour until 8pm. Service is fast and live music is great. Not that busy during the week which was perfect to just sit and chill.

I received unbelievable service here when with my team but the assistant manager did nothing but flirt with a customer at a table while the staff member did not stop. She could not do enough she had such a great way with the customers and deserves to be in a training position. Asset to your company. The girl who served us had really long brown hair, slim on the 18th June at around 1pm.
