Bouncer was very racist as I apeoached in Newcastle United he says no groups, now not that im a group phycologist but in don't think 3s a group. A horrendous experience by this venu.

Decided to go out for the rugby and the atmosphere in O’Neill’s was great. Friendly staff and we ended up eating because the food on the table next to us looked so good. Amy and Brogan were really helpful with recommendations and service. Had a great afternoon as we always do here.

Fine for football Good beer selection

I come here for quiz every Monday and the staff are always super nice, this week in particular I came in with my winning card from quiz that gives you a bar tab and the guy at the bar (Bernard? I’m sorry if this isn’t your name!!!) was super accommodating and patient with me as I was asking different things and seeing what I could actually do with the tab, seemed like quite the hassle but they did it and were really nice :3 thank you!

Just wanted to say that we came on Monday night for a Christmas party and our server James was great, the whole team was great food was fabulous we will definitely be back again thank you for making it a great night.

Empezó a ir semanalmente y cada vez que la comida estaba fría, la salchicha vegetal asquerosa como goma masticable Estaban disculpados y recalentados, etc, pero en visitas posteriores exactamente lo mismo sucedió Es un lugar que creo que se niegan a encontrar personal de cocina decente o a resolver sus problemas, te quitan el dinero y no les importa nada lo que te dan obviamente tan totalmente molesto Horrible

El personal era fantástico y amable. Los entrantes y postres eran geniales, el plato principal no estaba lo suficientemente caliente, pero esto se rectificó rápidamente y el gerente también nos dio a todos una bebida gratis. Estuvimos contentos con el ambiente y nos alojamos toda la noche en O'Neills hasta el cierre.

We came on Saturday for a birthday bottomless brunch and darts. “Aaaamy” … in her northern accent, Which became more northern with our northern mate Steven. Was BRILLIANT! Constantly checking if we was ok and needed more drinks, then sorted out the VIP room for our darts. Honestly brilliant and well worth it’s money Thanks!

No podrían haber sido más útiles. Tuvimos un almuerzo encantador, solo comida del pub pero agradable y el desayuno irlandés mega era increíble! Buena relación calidad-precio. Personal muy agradable y atento y lo recomendaría encarecidamente.

Food and drink great value for money, and service was excellent

Visited early evening with work colleagues and played the Arrowsmith's digital darts. This was my first visit and first time playing digital darts... it was quite good and became quite competitive. The place could do with a bit of a refurbishment and does become quite rowdy... walking by later in the evening there was a fight outside!

This has been one of my regular's for many years now and it fantastic place to go to. The food excellent, The service excellent, The music excellent and the whole venue is superb. One of the best places to go to in Leicester.

Decided to visit before going to the football. Great price for a pint. We had a few small plates, and they were all delicious and great value for money.

Spent Saturday afternoon watching the football. Wow what an atmosphere. Great service from staff , quick drink orders. Great people

Decent O'Neills in the centre of Leicester. Large range of beers spirits etc and relatively big food menu. Found the atmosphere a bit flat for an England game (but may have been the performance !)with some awkward screen/ table placement (obstructed views etc). Become slightly expensive food/ drink wise given the quality and offer but still fairly solid. Darts offer looks great so will have to try in future.

Of all the oneils bars I've been to over the years. This one definitely needs a refurb.

O Neil’s is a decent place for pub grub, but the reason I’m reviewing today is to thank the staff, who went over and above to provide a meal that my Neurodiverse 9 year old q could eat, processed the order so as to spare us expense and kindly engaged with her when she wanted to discuss the finer details of Coke Vs Pepsi and which one ants prefer. The ND brain is a complex place, the simple kindness of the staff meant we all had a nice meal. The food was good, but the service was extraordinary. Thank you.

10 of us came to play darts, lovely warm welcome by Khalil who set the games up for us and explained it all. Very easy to follow and play. We were pleasantly surprised to find game options for non dart players. Fun games that required no skill, you can make it harder for real dart players too so great options all round. We had the gold buffet option and it was an absolutely delicious selection of food and so much of it. We spend the whole 90 minutes laughing it was really good fun. I’ll definitely be booking again with family and be great on date days just me and my husband too. It’s a great price for what you get And you get looked after well, there’s a service button so drinks brought to you quickly not that we needed to use it though because Ian, Khalil and Neil were close by always checking if we needed anything Highly recommended

Amazing drinks and I got an energy boost

All the staff in O’Neill’s Leicester are great and give excellent service, especially the clean shaven manager with the grey hair who’s very enthusiastic and attentive. The food is always spot on, especially the breakfast’s. The only improvement I’d suggest is to have a better draught cider, but overall a great experience!

Khalifa best bar staff but all staff helpful friendly

First time I had been to O'Neill's in Leicester.Visted on a Saturday afternoon and the pub was quite lively. Food was good ,but it wouldn't be too much to expect cutlery with the food would it?,instead has to queue at the bar whilst the food was getting cold.Overall nice enough pub and would visit again

Highly recommend arrowsmiths darts, we played for an hour and a half (£22) and got great value drinks and chips. Even had a whole room to ourselves and the staff were really lovely, funny and attentive! 10/10

They do the best Guinness here, so if you love Guinness this is definitely the place for you. They also have a great atmosphere and are welcoming.

I've had many experiences of ONeils over the years and found it to offer a diverse array of entertainment all of which have been very positive. It's a decent place to visit in the day time and given it's size always offers a quiet corner if you want to get away from it all. At night,the bar area can be heaving on a weekend yet the rest of the pub is still quite spacious. Often been a place to go for big sporting events where they've put on a big screen, also seen many live bands here. Never a dull night.

Had a wonderful evening here watching the football. The manager, Ian, is an absolute gentleman and the food, cooked by Kymm and her team, was excellent 👌 would recommend 100%

We went for the arrowsmiths darts, abit dissapointed you cant split the board per hourly cost rather than per person, as it makes alot of difference with the more people you take, service was good and food was very nice 👌🏻

Their Guinness and Steak pie was delicious and they also had a good beer selection. It was very busy and good vibes when I was there. Their selection of games is also fun. My only complaint would be that their ordering process was a bit complicated. This is not really a restaurant but more of a pub.

We called in on Monday with the grandchildren for lunch, we were served by a lovely gentleman called maz. The food was lovely

Went to watch the rugby with a few friend food especially the mix grill and drinks were great. Mat served us and was delightful we will be back again!

Enjoyed a lovely quiet working lunch in the pub. Great value lunch menu, and calm music in the background is a great change to sitting in the office at lunch time.

Went here last night and had an absolute fantastic time, just meeting up with some old friends. We booked in to the darts and have also had a few drinks. The worker there, who I think was call Matt was great, as were the entire staff. I would definitely recommend this for an entertaining and enjoyable night out.

Came in the other day for some food and drinks. Matt took good care of us all. Was so grateful and will definitely be coming back.

Very nice place with extremely fast service. Crowded on Friday but atmosphere is brilliant and nobody leaves. At my age (74) I felt like I was 25. Refreshing evening .

Love it in here for a peaceful lunch. The P.I.G burger is my absolute fave! It's never too busy in the daytime, so always easy to find somewhere to sit. Staff are always friendly & approachable.

Attended the arrowsmiths darts with the football team. The activity was great fun and worth the money drinks and food were reasonably priced. Service was spot on with regular checks being made to ensure we had everything we needed.

Music,Karaoke The best is Arrows with mega big pizza and more food. The best family or with friends time.

We went after shopping in the city centre and i ordered the dirty fries and chicken wing platter absolutely delicious and served by mat he was fantastic clearly knows his job bubbly will definitely visit again 😃

Been coning here years and never disappoints, however yesterday lunchtime wanted a seat for a meal, none available, why because they've cut half the dining area off for darts game attraction. The music was so loud I couldn't hear what the bar staff was saying. I asked for a large red, didn't get offered a choice I asked but couldn't hear reply. We we stood next to the bar as no seats available but we was in the corner. Staff seemed abrupt telling us to move to one side when clearly there was plenty of room for others to get served. Maybe it was just a bad day. Normally very good in here. I think the fact they've cut half the dining area away didn't help. Was looking forward to grab a bite to eat as even on a busy day there's space. Maybe next time.

Always enjoyed this place Firefly staff and lively atmosphere Untill today Came to celebrate my granddaughters 30th birthday Table dirty had to remove previous food on to another table Granddaughter ordered pizza drink and two cocktails Waited an hour for pizza While we was waiting offered someone else's meal After waiting for another 20 mins went tothe bar Completely ignored and attracted attention of the lady who waved her hand and so no and walked off and carried on cleaning behind the bar Got her attention mentioned I wanted to know where our meal was Gave table number and walked off Staff member came over and spoke to grand daughter and offered two drinks for waiting and then brought over the pizza which was burnt on the bottom and crispy. On this experience I would not be back as it has been such as good experience before hand.

Too keep it short the foods were tremendous, I wish there was more fruit of the sea presence like some buttered salmon or salmon splinters. My mate Manji ordered the chicken BBQ style and I had the steak. He tore up the chicken mighty fast we will definitely be back soon.

We enjoy visiting Leicester for a day out and often have the special lunchtime menu in O’Neiil’s. £15.90 for two of us each having the excellent Irish sausages with mash & green veg + a pint of Guinness! Bargain.

A friend showed me this place and it was lovely, good beer selection however food was a bit pricey. The atmosphere of this pub was great and it has a lot of character.

Went to play the darts rooms.Loved it first week I went and came back the week after for more. Price is very much on the nose, own area for drinking to get yourself out the hustle and bustle of the main bar. Nice addition too having the assistant button for drinks ect. Good drink selection too

Great venue, darts area is really fun, Karaoke on Fridays and Happy hour Monday - Friday so well worth it. Food is decent as well! Great to watch live sport!

We came to watch the six nations and then play some darts. Couldn’t recommend O’Neils/Arrowsmiths any higher! We had an exceptional experience!! Booked a table for 2 for my friend and I to watch England Vs Wales. Cannot praise the team enough….. especially Mat who looked after us brilliantly all afternoon/evening. Food was great, drinks were even better. Thanks team!

Visited twice on Saturday 27th Jan. Up for a football game. I was with family looking for a less rowdy bar for something to eat and drink. Saw O'Neills and walked in. Large selection of drinks and a good food selection. There's a darts room, large and spacious. We managed to grab a table for 4. We ordered from the table. We shared a large pizza and chips. Just enough for three. The bar was a mix of shoppers and football fans with a really pleasant atmosphere. After the game we returned and by chance sat at the same table. We ordered a number of sharers and drinks at the table. The food was spot on and very nice. When I visit Leicester again, I will definitely head for here
