Visited O’Neills last night and was stopped at the door abruptly. The doorman said “you’re not coming in with that” I asked with what and he touched the strap on my cross-body bag and said “with that!”. I was really shocked and felt embarrassed. It was OK for my female friend to go in though despite her having the same bag. Why are there different rules for men and women? 🤷‍♂️

Amazing vibe and superb DJ, we had fun all night. It's a great place to dance and have fun with friends. The interior vibe gives you more feel to stay all night.

This is the best place in bromley to be.. you would have to try it out for you to believe me. mostly the weekend vibes are the best friday and saturday nights with live music.

This spot is great for a night out but is also a great place to come if you just want a casual dinner get away, food is lovely and the vibe is amazing all the bar staff and management are so kind and happy to help out with anything you need, the doorstaff are so lovely and are always there to help. They have an amazing DJ who plays from half 9 till 2 every Friday and Saturday and some Saturdays they even have a live band playing. Live sports are played here too! Make sure you pop along, I promise you won't regret it! Family and dog friendly too!

Had our works Christmas do here last night. We opted for the gold buffet. The food was delicious and plentiful and came out when we asked for it to be. The area was set up nicely and a good amount of space for us all. Very impressed with the staff, in particular Josh, who was on hand and very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend for parties. Thank you all

Terrible pub! Went there with a friend and for no reason the management refused to serve us despite showing ID. Made horrible remarks at us and told us we weren’t going to be served here. This put a real downer on a day that we were celebrating. I would highly recommend going elsewhere if you don’t want your day ruined.

Had an amazing night, such a great atmosphere too. Staff were fantastic particularly Chris and Lin & of course the lovely manager Rose. Had food too which was so good. Was lovely meeting the famous Zeus, overcome my fear of dogs which was very much a major thing for me so thank you Zeus and to all working.

I used to drink here regularly back in the day. Getting older so , my tastes change. Venue too large for my tastes. Feels more like a Warehouse. Good range of drinks , but put off also by a 22:00 closure on 23/7/2023. Not really up my East Street !

Love this venue, it's big and spacious, the cocktails are absolutely delish! Got served immediately, the staff are all super friendly. I'd definitely return! The manager even came over and asked how our evening was going, what a lovely touch! I believe her name was Rose. Really shows they care about their customers. Last time I was here was January, and wow what an improvement! I will now be a new regular! :)

Great service from the very beginning! Bar man was great and advised me on menu choices as I'm vegan. Falafel were absolutely beautiful. Not sure of guys name but he had curly dark hair. Thank you.

I came to O'Neils with a friend for drinner and birthday drinks. Was served by somebody called Neil. Found him really professional, funny and service was very quick from him!

I've been going to the pub for years. Food and music is really good. The bar staff are super friendly too. I'm not too keen on the door charge but I understand as oneils Is like a club on Friday and Saturdays. I really like the security team especially the lady on the door. I've seen people swear and all sorts at her but she remains professional. The team ate friendly and as soon as there's any trouble they sort it!!!!

Had an absolute hoot playing pool and drinking cocktails. Wonderful relaxed atmosphere, attentive staff and food that we had was delicious.

Bouncers took full advantage of their power by picking on a male for no reason. When presenting a question of why he had been Thrown out; was immediately grabbed by the neck and thrown out with no relation being questioned before hand. When asked to check CCTV for any Malicious activity the response presented was that of “f*** off” Overall, disgusted by the service of the front of house.

This is a fantastic venue for big sport. Food and drink very reasonable too. A great venue for a big weekend with friends.

Very nice food, the chicken was very tender. The pubs very well done with nice interior design, lots of tv’s for all the football. Overall gives a very good atmosphere. Would recommend.

Me and my sister popped in here after a days shopping in Bromley. What a nice place. We didn’t expect to stay as long as we did but staff were so lovely and recommended some good local shops etc. Spoke to Sam at the bar who was really friendly and knowledgable about local stuff. We will defo come back. Keep up the good work guys.

I called in today and the place looked great. The service was very good and the place was spotlessly clean and very covid safe. I didn't eat but the food on the next table looked delicious. I will be back doon. Can't wait for the champions league final!

It feels so amazing to be back in the pub again to see all the friendly faces and to see all the wonderful staff Sam has done a fantastic job after the lockdown and it is amazing seeing everyone sticking by the rules. Big hi five to Sam and her team.

Great service and atmosphere. The staff were really welcoming and accommodating. Didn't have to wait long to be served. Have booked in again for a birthday in a few weeks time and looking forward to it. Please be kind to the staff they are amazing !!!

Karl looked after us and we had a great lunch, he was able to tell us what was available and what wasn’t. Service was great, he really made us feel welcome. Will miss this place for the next few weeks whilst lockdown (Part 2) commences. Look forward to seeing Karl and the team on our return.

Visited today for lunch. Great value but above all fantastic food. Had a delicious burger one of the best. Lovely staff who made us feel very welcome . Will be attending more often .

Came here for the Man City game last night and had a great time. Massive screen at the front of the pub, cold beer that's not too pricey and fab food that came out well quick(we got an ultimate sharing platter, worth it!)Will be coming back for the rugby this weekend!

Recently visited oneils with friends for some food and drinks. Really great atmosphere and good vibes. Great food, and didn't have to wait long for our orders either. Great staff. Really massive tv screen. Great night had by all. Will definitely come again and reccomend to others.

Tenía una hamburguesa para main. La comida de mis amigos estaba muy bien preparada y deliciosa también. Estábamos todos muy llenos. Sin embargo, se las arregló para obtener más Gin de lo que deberíamos. Fue encantador ver a dos del mismo personal del bar de nuestra última visita, la pequeña dama rubia y la que tenía tatuajes y una maravillosa banda para la cabeza. Ambos fueron tan encantadores la última vez que vinimos y eso se mantuvo igual. La mujer con tatuajes nos reconoció y preguntó cómo estábamos, lo cual fue fabuloso. . . Debo dar crédito a donde merecía, la rubia es literalmente como un pulpo y es increíble ver el trabajo, una sonrisa encantadora también. Mis amigos y yo no podemos pelear en este lugar, siempre terminamos quedándonos demasiado tarde y, a nuestra edad, deberíamos habernos ido a los 11 años, sin embargo, ¡fueron hechos para encajar perfectamente y pasar un tiempo increíble! Great sports pub, massive screen that takes centre stage and an amazing atmosphere for big games, food and service excellent

Fantastic pub, friendly staff and great food! Has a number of screens to show all the sport and different games at the same time. Fairly priced and a late night venue on Friday and Saturday nights! Would recommend a visit!

This is a great venue for sport, large screen and lots of tvs really give this a edge over other sports bars. The food is good too with pizzas very popular.

Vine a tomar unas copas con amigos, presencié a los porteros pesados arrastrando a un cliente inocente fuera del pub y tuve que llamar a la policía, no volveré y lo haré. Él está dando una declaración policial mañana. Comportamiento absolutamente desagradable en O'Neils y no regresaré. ¡Sugiero que la gerencia mire las cámaras de CCTV!

My husband and I have been visiting this location for years and generally always have a great time (although really can't remember some nights hahaha). Food is alright, can't really complain with the low prices, though. The crowd is decent and anyone causing a negative fuss usually gets thrown out pretty quickly. With the new renovation, it's got a much cleaner aesthetic and a second billiards table is a great addition (it's covered up on busy weekend nights). Overall, great easy local for drinks with friends.

My daughter and I have an annual event for the 6 nations rugby. We have been here twice before and it was amazing. We ordered our usual 20 chicken wings with sides we were told no chicken wings. So we ordered ribs guess what no ribs. Decided to settle for the brisket which arrived cold and short of onion rings. The staff were very apologetic about it but it did spoil the evening. Will we go back for next 6 Nations Mmmmmm.

So we come here all the time staff a lovely but today was different manger was so miserable and rude and I had such a poor service as my self I’m in the hospitality industry and I know what to give I personal didn’t receive that

Since refurb it does look much better and doesn’t smell like it needs fumigating. Toilets have finally been upgraded and the seating area looks much nicer. Tables and menus hadn’t been cleaned properly either.

Love this place, its really friendly & we always have a good night. They have great live bands on Friday & Saturday nights. It's just had a massive re-furb which looks amazing but still feels like O'Neills. 100% recommend.

Been a frequent vistor to this pub! Management and staff very friendly apart from the horrid manageress of recent weeks! Likely, she wasn't there Friday gone ( 09/11/18).The young manageress ( affectionately known as the tatto girl) was back. Friendly person who is not afraid to muck in. Keep her, O'Neill, as she is worth her weight in gold. If she is reading this, she will know by weak lime/soda and Guinness with a bowl of chips! ☺

My friends and i visted this place on word of suggestion from a friend... A group of us had got together as we do every 6 months to catch up! This time it was my friend hosting who lived in bromley town center... We were looking for a pub with food so thought we'd give it a try. Firstly the staff were very polite and the service at the bar was good. We were told they had just had a referb and to be honest it still smelt very new ( which i personally loved).. We ordered a variety of food, starters, pizza and burgers, i also had a cheeky pudding. The food came out in great time, the staff took time to check everything was good and overall our experience was lovely.

I came here for lunch with my family as soon as they opened, no one in the restaurant.

I've just had a sneaky look at O'Neill's Bromley which opens tomorrow aftera major refurbishment. The bar is now much more contemporary but still has the O'Neill's charm. Craft beers, new menu and a super big screen have been added. The upstairs bar now is brighter and very cool. Will be back in this Friday to see it buzzing I'm sure

They serve a nice Guinness here, the staff a nice and friendly (except the dragon of a manageress) Friday nights are really good with a good standard of live bands.

I've only come over to O'Neils in Bromley on Friday/Saturday nights, so can't comment on weekdays but the bands they have perform live are always great to listen/dance to when having a drink - Will be back soon!

We really enjoy our local O'Neill's and we ordered, last Friday, the Ultimate Sharer and 2 drinks. For some reason, an item was added to our bill, "HTL RTV Pricing Fri - Sat= 3.40"

I went in to meet some friends to watch the French game on Friday evening. At around 8:15 ordered the bangers and mash and knew once I tried it something was not right but was so hungry ate a few of the sausages but left the rest. I started to feel ill and could not even finish my drink. I have been ill since and still not right.

It is extortionate to be charging 1.25 for soda water .

Unfortunately our company only gives us £15 per person for our Christmas do that doesn’t go far as you can imagine for the £25pp I wasn’t expecting the kind of meal that would be served in a council run old people’s home! Disgusting is all I can say

Left the karaoke bar to go here as we were bored! It was certainly a lot livelier, the Irish band were great, people dancing and having a great time, us included once we got through the stringent door security! My sister is almost 33 and was asked for ID! If you do happen to look extremely good for your age, remember your ID! It's. Very large pub with ample of space - there's seated areas too and n upstairs! Lots of security around watching everyone like Hawks! Not a bad thing I 'spose, you certainly felt safe! Drinks & shots were cheap and not watered down, hence we drank & danced the night away til gone midnight. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and live music. We will look forward to returning here another time.

Él era amable, servicial y bien informado acerca de la comida y la bebida, la comida era de buena calidad y cantidad. Las cervezas estaban muy bien. Cuando había un problema con nuestra orden, el barman, vino a nuestra mesa y se disculpó, con una alternativa sugerida por la cocina. Lo mejor era el servicio ofrecido por todo el personal, desde el camarero, la mujer que trajo la comida a la mesa y el personal de la cocina. sin duda volveremos pronto. recomendaremos este lugar a familiares y amigos.

Este es un gran pub, con personal amable y muy bien formado. No soy un local, pero hemos estado aquí muchas veces, normalmente para ver rugby internacional en su cine de tamaño medio. Hay un montón de asientos, muchas pantallas, casi como bar de deportes....

Metimos en una copa antes de la reserva. Agradable pub. Un montón de espacio en dos niveles con mesas de billar por las escaleras si está interesado pedimos una botella en Nueva Zelanda, que sav bay oyster fue menos que £15, que tenía un precio...

Lugar muy concurrido, un montón de espacio y una barra larga para evitar colas de profundidad. Buena variedad de cervezas y los precios razonables. Un montón de diferentes grupos de personas en aquí, pero todos lo suficientemente amable. Bonito lugar para reunirse en una noche.

7 of us went for lunch here today. Hardly anyone in there. Asked for a table for 7 and was told we would have to sit upstairs as no tables for 7 downstairs, not a problem. No Menus so had to go downstairs again to get them. Ordered 7 meals, only to be told no fish and chips and only 1 Halloumi, then a waitress came up to say no Halloumi either. I wouldn't mind but this was 12 in the afternoon, they had only been open a short time.45 mins later dinner arrived only to find out they had only put 6 through the till. Also no cutlery or sauces you have to do downstairs again and get them yourself. Should tell you this when you order food at the bar. Couldn't have the Christmas menu as we didn't order or book in advance!!!! Wetherspoons dont seem to have that problem! Told the server when he came up about the missing dinner and we had to reorder downstairs at the bar. Dont think he was charged for his dinner. 30 minutes later while us 6 had finished our dinner the other one still hadn't arrived, Told the server who said the table downstairs were booked in for xmas dinner had priority over us, even though they arrived after. We said the guy whose dinner they forgot should have had priority as we were supposed to all eat together. The server didn't give 2 hoots not even a sorry. The poor lad only wanted steak and chips. Complete shambles with no customer service at all. Also while i am on a rant no soap in the toilets all empty!!!! Poor poor poor, feel sorry if you wanted food and they were busy!!!!

Popped in for some drinks before going on for a meal elsewhere. The place was pretty busy but it didn't take long to get served. I ordered two cocktails (2-4-1 5pm-8pm) and a coffee. The lovely guy behind the bar offered to bring them over to me once he had made them, which was really nice. Good atmosphere in here and live music at the weekends. Plus reasonably priced food.

Went today with my 2 year old and my mum as a nice treat to have some good food, ordered the food and then took 30 mins for my burger and extra fries come out then had to wait a extra 15 mins for my mums Mac and cheese to come out as they decided to serve a table who orders after us then finish off cooking the food I order, asked to speak to the manager who we was told wasn't in at the time the server youngish chap said that he try to get out the mess up as fast as possible and that its wasn't his issue. When the Mac and cheese finally come out it was luk warm not fully cooked or look at all as nice as it normally dose at other o'neals. Tbh it was the worst thing I ever had to put up with and would tell every one not to even go near the place get better service at mc Donald's.Waist of £21 as I was not allowed a refund or anything.

Went for a football evening with my girlfriend. We've been to this chain before and really enjoyed it. This one just is the low end of the market on this street. The food itself was nice, the drinks standard but service and other things were miserable. We had a main course each, sat down and were told we would get the food delivered to our table. This happened promptly although we didn't see any condiments, nor any cutlery. We thought the server might come back and bring it. These things happen. After 5 minutes I walked up to the till and was informed we would have to get our cutlery and condiments ourselves. This isn't a problem at all. If we would have been informed either whilst paying or whilst receiving the food.

Cheap and cheerful spot, nice food and atmosphere, tends to ebb and flow over months of how busy it can be.Food is always served well and Friday/Saturday nights are always good, but hard to chat when the bands are playing.

Well as you do popped in lovely time do love a life band on a sat nyt and a good bogie all the great songs on The bar dose get bizzy and their is a little wait but the staff are very friendly and door staff are welcoming They have a massive screen in their when big events are on you can see it no matter where you stand Love the place it's a shame they never open the top bar but hey ho If you smoke be prepared to wait sometimes and a little cramped Toilets do need a bit of doing up maybe some more air fresh need to be placed top marks on food too lovely to eat their and price are very reasonable Do recommend this place And you can book tables for free if needed but advice you to book a good few days to your avent for big party's

Called in today, I had the battered Halloiumi and chips which was lovely. Big venue and excellent for big screen sport. Will be back during the Euro's.

I love this pub. Apart from the toilets needling a bit of work as they always have done as far as I remember this pub is brilliant. The staff are great and are always smiling. The food is great, especially they honeycomb explosion dessert it is a definite favourite of mine!If you want a good night out then I'd definitely reccomend popping down for the bandioke nights, you will not be disappointed it is always a laugh.

O'neills is the best pub in South London and treat this as my second home. They have great fruit machines.

I went here with my husband for Sunday lunch. The place was freezing cold and quiet. We saw on the web site they did Sunday roasts, but when we got there we were told that they didn't do them anymore, so we thought we would try something else. My husband had gammon which was very small with very few chips, I had a meat pie which was mainly pastry and didn't have much meat content, although the pastry was very nice. Overall we didn't find the food value for money and won't be returning.

Love this spacious bar and not too expensive. The food is a bit average, but I usually pop in just for a Guinness.Unless you are looking to watch a game.avoid Rugby times as it gets rammed.

I love coming to O'Neils on Fridays and Saturdays - live bands are the best refreshment in Bromley area. It's always great fun and everyone is enjoying themselves. Didn't have food there for a while but it was always pleasant. Drinks are decent price but service slow most of the time. Shame they don't have bigger outside area, would be much better in the summer but still very nice place to go

Whilst packing to go on holiday we ate out every day for a couple of weeks. We ate at O'Neill's two days running, the first time was pretty much of a disaster as we were told that virtually everything that we ordered was not available.Finally, after about four attempts, we finished up with, I believe, fish and chips, adequate, but not what we really wanted, but with a very reasonably bottle of Merlot, it filled the gap.We complained to the manager, who was very considerate and, over a complimentary couple of Jack Daniels and coffees, explained the problems of a changing menu, ordering problems and staffing problems, at which time we promised to return, which we did the next day.We ordered the gammon steaks, pineapple, fried eggs, chips etc, which were so enormous that we were able to take away a doggie bag with enough food for an ample supper.All this said, it does not improve the general ambiance which is unfortunately dark and not very clean.I would have rated this lower but the manager really did do everything in his power to please us.

I used to visit this place regularly and am gutted to have to say it has really deteriorated. Firstly the place smells very musty and like it needs a good clean, the food is good but I was put off by the number of large flies that were inside the premises, I know this cannot always be helped but it's off putting if you have to keep swatting them away whilst eating. Also the toilets are awful, very few have loo roll, toilet seats and locks on the door, plus they get absolutely filthy in there when there is a crowd and the floor becomes saturated. I really hope this place picks up because the staff are great and you can have a wonderful time here.

Cant go into all the details - but fair to say went to watch the rugby and two customers were harassed out of the pub by some rowdy lads, bumped into the in Sainsburys later and they were very scared and left because of the behaviour directed at them by a few punters. More football than Rugby as the lads explained their behavior. Says it all. Staff were friendly - but didnt do anything until three of the lads gathered round me after I asked for them to be respectful. Staff were nice - but security knows theses guys and was a bit "oh yeah, them" about it. So I wont go back and would suggest that anyone be ware. If youre a regular, you get preference. Was not the sort of thing I would have expected on a Saturday afternoon rugby game - but will not be enjoying the Craic there again

Been shopping today and it just passed lunch time so we popped in for a quick bite to eat. It was near empty so no worries getting somewhere to sit.I only wanted something small to eat so I had Monterey Jack cheese and relish sandwich on wholemeal. Basically grated cheese and pickle! No salad the bread was from a cheap cut loaf not even fresh or doorstop type and hardly any cheese. Did get a bowl of chips thankfully.My husband had chicken Caesar sandwich and it again had the smallest amount of chicken in it.The bill with a soft drink was £11.98.No wonder it was near empty nearly a fiver for a limp sandwich and no va voom.

Only popped in for a quick drink before a meal and only one member of staff serving so not a very quick one! Drink was nice once we got. Pub is massive and catered well for sports fans with several tvs on with different sports.

Met a friend for lunch. No problem getting a table. Wimbledon was on but the volume was no distraction. Very friendly staff. We just had chips. Hot and tasty and served quickly . The pub itself is nice and clean. However the same cannot be said for the ladies toilets. In desperate need of a refit. Dirty unkempt an absolute disgrace .

O'neils is good for beers and music on a friday or saturday night. People are a bit young though. Never tried the food there before so I thought I'd give it a try.We shared the meat fest (sort of medley of different sizzling meats), a big chicken pie, some nachos and a starter platter.The food is kinda similar to Wetherspoon, cheap but average. The sharing platter is not bas when you drink beers, onion rings, chicken wings etc. the meat and the chicken pie were not really good. O'neils in china town is worth a visit, but for drinks and music

Returned to this wonderful bar again today with my family to start off our St Patrick's day celebrations. Paul and the team where wonderful and guinness for £1.99 a pint can't go wrong!!!! Will be back again this evening to sample some more guinness (rude not too) and enjoy the live music and irish dancing they will have on later

nice pub and good food at a reasonable price so cannot go wrong. Good open space pub with a small seated upstairs area and and few tv screens in the pub to watch the football. Worth a lunchtime visit.

I honestly cannot believe the beer in this place is not just water with a touch of lager It is truly awful.Food is average pub chain fayre.wont be back anytime soon

Have been here a good few times since we moved to Bromley and the food is always really good, staff are friendly and there's good drink options. The prices are very reasonable too and they show matches on a big screen. Toilets are in need of desperate attention, locks missing, lack of toilet paper, dirty mirrors etc. but generally a good place.

Friendly staff and amazing food and drinks. Lovely new outdoor seating area. Amazing live music the chaps are awesome!!!!

several glasses are placed over the various pumps indicating the draught is not available. for such a large place always looks empty and food takes so long to arrive, the manager spends more time this side of the bar and goes to his post when customers arrives- we know he was the manager because he told us!!!!!!!!!!!l
