Lovely service, lovely vibes, very attentive staff & gorgeous food.

The food was really nice and the price was good, the customer service was not the best the waitress with the long hair looked like she couldn’t be bothered to work and was miserable and at times came across as rude, we where not asked about allergies which I would have thought to be one of the first questions you ask I had forgot to mention it since I do have allergies luckily I was fine on this occasion the place itself seems really nice.

Based on all the great reviews, we decided to book Bottomless Brunch for our weekend trip. Entering, we were quite disappointed with the interior. The walls were nicely decorated but the floors were sticky, the glasses (one chipped) and tables dirty and everything seemed run down around the bar, with messy storage being visible and open biscuit packets and empty drink bottles lying around. The bathrooms were even worse in terms of cleanliness and the toilet seat was broken in the bathroom I used. We heard that service was very quick with bringing drinks and so our friend drank his first two quite fast, which was obviously silly but the waitress came and embarrassed him by saying he'll be paced if he continues to act that way. We are obviously older and were being very polite but it was awkward to be talked too like children. We then just slowly drank our drinks and when she asked for our final drinks orders when the 90 mins was up (which would have brought us to 5 drinks each) we said we were okay and left. Food was fine but cocktails were very sickeningly sweet/heartburn inducing and we didn't feel at all drunk after. Not sure if it was because it was late in the day we had this experience, but would not recommend.

Was really good could tell staff were ran of their feet but we still got plenty drinks and the food was really good, bar had amazing decor and the cocktails were really nice would definitely come again

We went for a bottomless brunch to celebrate my 21st birthday and had an amazing experience. Service was amazing, lovely food and drinks. The waiters/waitresses always made sure we had drinks and were getting asked if we wanted more regularly. The venue and music were amazing and we all had a really fun time. I was made to feel extra special as a free shot with a sparkler was bought over for my birthday!

It’s been an amazing experience from the start till the end . Nice big table for a family of 5, lovely decorations , that kept kids busy a bit by exploring the details of it and the most important thing the food was unreal. We loved the burgers , the chicken burger was delicious and was so crispy and tender in the same time . Kids all had pancakes and waffles and I can say we were all very happy with our choices. We will return !

we were celebrating a 21st as a group, we were served drinks in disgusting glasses, and had to ask for a glass of water multiple times over 20 minutes before receiving it. the drinks service was relatively fast and the female staff were a lot more welcoming than the others and made our experience slightly better. the food was really good and we didnt mind waiting longer as there was a slightly larger party. the drinks selection for the bottomless brunch was awful and we had a bit of difficulty after being charged full price for a bottomless brunch for a member of our party who didn't consume any food or drink other than the tap water which was served in a dirty glass. would recommend this place for just the food but not the bottomless brunch.

I visited with my friends for a bottomless brunch. Beautiful venue and really friendly staff - cannot fault the service whatsoever. The food was also really nice and piping hot which is always appreciated. Great music, slightly quiet night so cant comment on the atmosphere. The drinks however, were a major letdown. All of the drinks we sampled were overly sweet and syrupy making it almost impossible to finish them - even a vodka and coke tasted really sickly. Disappointed as we'd travelled due to online recommendations, and probably won't visit again.

I went for my birthday and to start with the cocktails tasted like pure syrup, so much so alcohol couldn’t be tasted and it sat on our bellies. This made me be sick afterwards yet I was completely sober walking out of there. They started our table at 6.10pm and finished us at 7.20, but if you start us at 6.10 they should finish us at 7.40pm. The food was good but the pasta wasn’t a bottomless brunch type of food as it was too heavy to say you were drinking. The service was alright, some awkward moments from the service. The music was really quiet, was a very chilled bottomless. When it came to payment, there was a £15 service charge which was expected as it is on the menu but in very small print. My friends also paid in cash and they owed her £8 back in change as she paid £50 yet gave her £6 and when she mentioned it as we was completely sober at the end a lady said “Oh, I think we’ve ran out of £1 coins” so therefore we think they did that and hoped she wouldn’t notice. After that, gave her £2 in 5p coins which I think is just petty because as a business you should have change spare in money bags even if it’s not in the till if you accept cash. I personally wouldn’t recommend, and wouldn’t say it is worth £41.95.

Amazing spot for bottomless brunch! Good quality drinks and also were kept flowing recommend the rhubarb aperol spritz was so so good! Food sensational so tasty and service couldn’t have been any better. Massive thanks to Maddie for her service she is a real asset to the place such a happy friendly girl and deserves praise. Described to me as "quirky but fun" that is very accurate but in fact it was lots of fun, the décor is zany, colourful, varied, fun (and great for Insta), the cocktails were excellent and by Manchester standards were, I thought, very good value. As always, our little party cross-tasted and I would happily have drunk any of them, though my choice of the spicy Margarita was, I thought, a good one. Small plates off the menu were ordered too and my truffle chips were fabulous and just what was needed. Service was quick, pleasant and attentive without being OTT. No downsides, decent bill and for those that have the Canal Street card, there's a nice discount too.

I visited on the hush to celebrate my friends birthday over a few weeks ago. The food was delicious no complaints what so ever about the food, was a really high standard. The place itself is really nice and the toilets were very clean. The drinks were a huge letdown, when I order a cocktail I expect it to be nicely done not just looking like juice in a very average glass, if I was paying £8+ for a cocktail I would be very underwhelmed. The service wasn’t the best, we asked someone for some help, he spoke to his colleague in a rude manner and said im busy can someone else sort this. The staff weren’t very polite and made us feel unwanted for the first half but then seemed to lighten up towards the end. I would recommend maybe during the week the weekend was a bit too busy for them I think.

I was dubious walking in as it’s set up for photos etc, but the staff and the music really put me in the right frame of mind. We came for the bottomless brunch and it was amazing! Great food, lovely cocktails and excellent service. Will definitely go again!

Did the bottomless brunch here for a Hen party. There was 8 of us and the service, particularly by Jamie was FANTASTIC. There wasn't a second we were without a drink and it felt like good value for money. Other staff members who served us were also super friendly. Food was great, too and the atmosphere/deco was lovely. Would recommend ☺️

Came for bottomless brunch, food and service was 10/10 no complaints there but the drinks were really disappointing, the cocktails are pre-made and don’t taste great, the prosecco was too warm to drink and the cranberry juice was so cheap and watery. A lot more effort goes into the cocktails that are ordered and paid for separate. I overheard the bar man saying “are they for a bottomless order or normal” like they were deciding how much effort to put in to making them. I would have left a tip because the food was delicious but there was an £8.99 service charge added to the bill which they did point out and ask if we wanted removing, would rather just have the option of adding my own tip. You can go to Dirty Martini for bottomless brunch where the cocktails are all made to order and a lot nicer. Unfortunately the only bottomless brunch I’ve left sober.

I beefed up my main off Smoked Salmon Scrambled Eggs with avocado, mushroom and sweet potato fries as sides. Altogether, this made for a substantial (and scrumptious!) lunch. There was more or less enough for a dessert, too, so I got a Hush Brownie. On the Hush ALWAYS have offers/vouchers going, so have a browse before you book. * I came here with a friend as I had a Planet Offers voucher (£15 for a £30 spend). I got the Chick Chick Waffles with a side of sweet potato fries. My food was nice: nothing to rave about, but tasty. The bowl of berries it came with was a little out of place, though. It seems that this is the sort of place people who prioritise taking pics over food quality come to. There are ‘photo opportunities’ scattered around the restaurant. Some would call it “Instagrammable”. I’m glad I got to try On the Hush at a discounted price, but I wouldn’t rush back.

Warm bottled beer. Nothing on tap. No reason to come back tbh. Quick service though.

Visit for the first time. Drinks wasn't great especially the cocktails it was either too sweet or non existence. The rum punch is the worse have seen and taste. Didn't feel welcome due to members of staffs watch and whispering. One particular staff was rude and had attitude. It was when we got the bill and was complaining that two members of staff became friendly. Food was mediocre. I spent 42.00 which wasn't worth it

Have been here a few times. The food is super. it's always super busy, which just shows how good it is there. However, the service can be lacking at times. They drop the food off and go, its hard to get someones attention again to get some sauce etc, usually come when your drink is finished.

Me and my friend came for bottomless brunch on a Saturday for her birthday. As soon as we were seated we were asked what we would like to drink, which was great. The cocktail selection was great, we both really enjoyed the Cinderella cocktail. I had the chick chick waffles and my friend had eggs benedict with salmon and we both really enjoyed our dishes. The staff were on it with taking our drink orders, we didn't even have to ask for their attention, they were there before we had finished our current drink. We went through all the cocktails on the menu and I also had prosecco. The atmosphere was great and we had fun playing some of the card games on the shelf next to our table. The atmosphere was also fab. All in all we had a great time and the staff were perfect. We were allowed to keep our table after the allocated time to have more drinks, so we ordered the Cinderella sharing cocktail which came in a glass shoe and some shots of rose tequila. Shout out to Ruby for looking after us. I'm sure we will definitely be back 😊

The man serving us was extremely rude when we told him we wanted to change a booking but couldn’t because the website wouldn’t allow. So we made a new one and there was no number online to ring to let them know we were changing it. So we came in half an hour early to let them know we changed it and the man was rude and told us we will get charged if we did that again next time and told us to just text them . As I explained there was no number online he started walking away from me . When he next came over he then want on to tell us how we cannot do that as we’ll be charged once again . After seeing some other reviews I have seen other people have the same issue and the restaurant are blaming the customers. Safe to say there won’t be a next time . When we messaged them they basically told us we could have changed the booking. But said the reason he had walked away while I was talking is because of his hearing which is understandable, however he was looking directly at me while I was talking and then turned away. From a customers point of view the attitude when speaking just rubs you the wrong way. The whole thing made us uncomfortable and we debated leaving , but decided to stay because we had wanted to try this place for a while now .However the food was decent and the waitress with the long hair was lovely and made us feel very welcome .

Came here for my 20th birthday, the interior and food was great but staff weren’t friendly at all unless with eachother at the bar. Waiter didn’t even check if everything was good with the service but would come to tell us that we need to leave at 4 because they needed the table back. Which was understandable because we were late due to traffic but it was just weighing on our heads the entire time and didn’t allow me to enjoy my birthday. He even interrupted a birthday video being taken of me to say we have 10 minutes and they need the table back😭. There was only 5 of us and it wasn’t super busy they could’ve moved us somewhere else in my opinion but it’s fair enough. Quite upsetting with how excited I was to spend my birthday here but I’ve genuinely had way better and amazing service at somewhere like Turtle Bay. :( On the plus side there was one lady with brown curly hair i think and she was lovely, shoutout to her!

First visit to this establishment and it was great, I loved the themed cocktails and everything about them tasted great. The food was also quite delicious. The staff were very friendly and quick to serve which is also amazing to see. Only note I could suggest is a seating arrangement change or something of the sort, as I was sat at my table and when the wait staff are waiting for a table to come in or serve, they will congregate near the bar which in the seat I was sat in made it so that at points there was 4 wait staff basically standing over my table whilst I was eating and drinking which seemed awkward but I understand that it’s a small venue and it can’t be helped so not a problem

Celebrated husband's birthday with around 20 people, staffs are super nice & accommodating, the cocktails and food were great, overall a really nice place to chill and hold events 💯

The interior design of this place is stunning. It's trendy and modern, with just the right amount of ambiance. Came for lunch on a Friday afternoon and liked it so much we went back for a cocktail that night, Dave and Jack were really helpful and recommended a few other places nearby too. We had bookings elsewhere for Saturday but called in for Sunday again for sunday lunch before catching our train.

The menu at this place is fantastic. They have a great selection of drinks and the food options are delicious and well-prepared. Brilliant service, especially from Charlie, can’t wait to go back next time we’re in manchester, especially loved the chicken waffles (crazy combination but it worked) and rum punch which was very boozy!

Been here a few times, came for my 21st birthday with friends and we only received our first drink within 20 minutes after having to flag one of the staff down. When I mentioned this to a male staff member he said that wasn’t true which is was. Other table next to us was constantly being asked if they wanted drinks. When drinks arrived they were dropped by staff which I get can happen but we were left with wet legs and the floor was wet through and we were not offered any tissue for this at all! When the guy I complained to brough drinks round he was very short and rude when putting drinks down. Did say on the notes it was my 21st birthday and has a huge badge. Other ladies on a table recived a shot and a slice of cake. Things like this make people return and it should be the same treatment for all customers which it definitely is not, Shouldn’t be at a restaurant and not be able to enjoy your night as you are constantly flagging staff down. Disappointed especially for £40 PP. When we left there was no apology.

Came here for brunch on a Sunday Morning while visiting the area. The vibe and look of the place was amazing and perfect for photo opportunities (which we definitely would have done if we were feeling slightly less hungover). The staff were all very attentive and were talking to us about the weekend. Cannot fault the service in any way, all food and drinks came in good time. The food was incredible, good value for money and there was lots of choice. We also had a sharer cocktail which was £20. We were surprised by the value and amount of this. We got two drinks each out of this making it £5 a cocktail. We had spent £14 for one the night before that didn’t taste as nice! I also had a coffee which was also nice. This place it a little out the way of Piccadilly Gardens (about a 4 minute walk) and is definitely worth it. Will definitely recommend it to friends and would make the effort to go back again, most likely in the evening for the bottomless brunch!

I hired On The Hush for a recent 30th Birthday and have nothing but praise to give the venue and staff. The bar team were attentive throughout the evening and manager David was fully supportive with communications before the event and was there on the night to make sure I and my guests had everything we needed to ensure the night ran smoothly. Really can’t recommend them enough.

Customer service was honestly amazing and the vibes and food was very good too. Really enjoyed myself. We had bottomless brunch and as soon as we had finished our drinks before we could even ask a staff member for another round they were already at our table to get us more drinks. Service was honestly spot on, very friendly staff. Good portion size and the food was very nice too. Will deffo be coming back

Fabulous place. Beautiful staff. Went to see about hiring it out for a birthday party. The boss could not be nicer, helpful and just fab. Got food envy walking in. The food looked amazing. People were all nice and happy.

Amazing spot with fabulous decor but sadly the service was so poor. Four of us went in for cocktails, there were 4 staff members working in there and we were totally ignored. The staff were happy just to chat with each other and also ignore another table too. We decided to just walk out and leave and one staff member looked dumbfounded that we were off. I’d recommend several other places in Manchester that do better service with cocktails and food that has wonderful and has friendly staff. This place won’t be recommend by us. Jesus man….you need to stop arguing with customers and start trying to be a decent host. The fact that every slightly negative review on here, has an aggressive response from you, tells anyone all they need to know about your establishment! I genuinely can’t wait to see what your response is to me!! Have you ever heard of customer service??? Do you want to actually be a successful business? Perhaps bang your head on the wall and knock some of that Basil Fawlty out of you!!

On the Hush bar is a gem of a place for a friends and family hangout. The ambiance is trendy yet cozy, and the friendly staff made us feel like regulars. The cocktails were creative and delicious, and the food was mouthwatering. The venue also had a spacious seating area, perfect for enjoying the evening breeze with loved ones. Highly recommended for a great night out!

I visited On The Hush for a bottomless birthday brunch and came away feeling both surprised and disappointed. At £35.99 per person, the service was great and you weren’t without a drink at any point. It’s unfortunate that the drinks however were incredibly sweet and had more syrup than alcohol - unless you got beer or prosecco! On a good note, the food was outstanding and I would go back for these dishes alone. Very well done to the chefs behind this menu. If I was to attend another brunch, I would need to see more drinks added or less sweet drinks on the menu!

Have visited a number of times now and to be honest that speaks for itself… cocktails, food, service and venue are all outstanding.

I went in on a Sunday and had the roast, honestly it was THE BEST roast I have ever tasted. Everything was cooked to perfection and the flavours were amazing. Absolutely would recommend this place. I would definitely go out of my way to come back again!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a fantastic bottomless brunch at "On the Hush," and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From start to finish, my dining experience was absolutely fantastic. The bottomless brunch options were great I went for the Steak and it was cooked perfectly. The variety of dishes available was really good and the cocktails were great and you can even get bottles of beer or a glass of prosecco The service from the staff was also excellent. They were not only attentive and professional but also incredibly friendly and made us feel relaxed. Overall, "On the Hush" has truly perfected the art of hosting a memorable bottomless brunch.

Very basic place, nothing to rave about. Food was just ok. I wanted a coffee but they closed the kitchen at 5pm on a Sunday and for some reason I wasn't able to get one, no apology or anything, the waiter was very keen on us leaving as soon as possible. Also had to ask for salt... twice! basic things like that should be kept on the table. Won't be returning

To start with entering on the hush was lovely and well designed, we came early and they let us sit down which was really good of them. We went for the unlimited brunch option and had a look at the menu, there were lots to choose from and I went for the hush burger and chips, I must say it wasn't good! Very dry and hard to swallow being so dry. The drinks option was limited but the drinks were nice I tried a variety of drinks and the rhubarb aperol spritz was the better of them. At times it was quite difficult to get eye contact from the staff to get another drink, there was one young lady that was friendly and come over but they looked short staffed and stressed out because of it. A few things that bothered me was that we had no idea when our time was up I think maybe they should introduce a timer on each table to avoid confusion. The other was me and my friend assumed it was over and left of which my friend had thought he had paid online and we got up and left, we then had a guy chase us down the street to pay which was imbarresing, it turned out we hadn't and that it was a deposit or something, this could have been avoided if it was to be paid in full at the beginning once sat down or paid in full online once again to avoid confusion.

Not the best bottomless brunch, drinks were nice, service was great. We didn't appreciate where we were sat it felt like we were crammed in, 2/3 of us had these garden seats far too low for the table height and the 1/3 of us was on a bench too high for the table. My friend said the burger was okay, and the eggs Benedict looked good too. However i had the chicken and waffle, and whilst the chicken was great the waffle was clearly just a toaster waffle out of a packet, it didn't taste right with the chicken as the waffle had those grains of sugar in and was just overly sweet with spicy chicken. It was also the most expensive bottomless brunch we’ve ever had yet had the least amount of cocktail options and not the best food. I’d go back for drinks on their main menu but wouldn’t do a bottomless brunch again

Such a cute vibe for bottomless brunch, service was great, we never had to ask/chase for another drink and food came really quickly, food was both tasty and a good size, drinks were very sweet but that’s our preference and the two male servers were really friendly

Went for bottomless brunch, it was advertised as £35.99 per person but this doesn't include the service charge or VAT that's added on at the end, I've been to numerous bottomless brunches and not seen this before. The cocktails available were far too sweet and they were hard to drink! However the food was delicious, I wouldn't go for bottomless brunch again but would probably go back for food.

Went with 4 others to bottomless brunch on a sunny Saturday. Beautiful interior and comfy placing to stay for an hour and a half. All of the staff were super friendly especially the gorgeous fay who was bubbly and kept ontop of things bringing us drink after drink super fast with a smile catering for all of us, she really gave her all to make sure we were getting what we paid for and happy with our food and drinks. We all had something different to eat and we were all stuffed afterwards with the delicious food. The drinks did not stop! Couldn’t rave about this place more.

Unfortunately not the best experience here, nearly every glass had lipstick on it, waiters would give us a straw to use instead of changing the glass hahah, drinks was way too sweet and hardly any alcohol in them, opted to just get Prosecco instead. Service was good once sat down but the waiting to go in was very unorganised. The only good part was the food which was tasty!

Went to bottomless brunch at 4:30pm and it was fantastic, the portion size of food for a bottomless was great, the drinks were good, the service was fantastic. The place was busy but was deffo vibing, the lady that was providing our table with drinks was so fast, literally as soon as we downed our drinks she was over again. Feel sorry for her as she was rushed off her feet with us haha but we was happy and did pay the service charge so hopefully it goes towards her for her hard work. Would recommend and will be going again! 5 starts from all of us 😜

Went for bottomless brunch service was 10/10 - very quick, food and drink also delicious. We were running late due to circumstances out of our control and unfortunately no phone number to let staff know - and as it is so busy (rightfully deserved) unfortunately do not have time to push back your booking if you are late however staff service speed makes sure you still get you’re moneys worth.

Me and my sister went for bottomless brunch what an amazing set of staff literally never went without a drink you get more than what you paying for. Definitely will be back food was amazing too

Been previously and left a review about the cocktails being overpriced . Have eaten a couple more times and food has been great . Come to book today and it’s as accepted via email and then they cancelled because they said I had left a review previously that was not positive . See message below . Unfortunately my colleague has just informed me last time you can with a Confidentials voucher you left a dubious review and ignored his response to it, so I’m afraid given this circumstance we wouldn’t be happy to accept your booking and I’d suggest contacting Planet Offers for a refund. So you can only go again if you leave a positive review . What an absolute joke turning business away . And I can see I am not the only one who has left a negative review .

What an amazing place. Went for my Niece’s 16th birthday. It was a Sunday so had the roast beef meal AMAZING. Staff really attentive. We never asked them to do any thing special but when they brought the desserts out they put sparklers in my nieces a really nice tough. This will be my new go to in Mcr give it a try.

I don’t know why this place has bad reviews, it’s literally the best bottomless brunch I’ve been to and really good for value for money. The staff were lovely and really quick to bring drinks over and the food was good as well!

i love this restaurant so much, i went for my birthday and not a single one of my friends disliked it. the food was great and the decoration is beautiful, it was one of my most memorable birthdays :)

Really pretty inside. Came for bottomless brunch, drinks way too sweet and hardly any alcohol- left feeling sober despite having 7/8 drinks. Food was nice though

Not usually one to write negative reviews because usually there is a reason as to why bad things have happened and it’s understandable. However, I booked the bottomless brunch for me and two of my friends and upon arrival they did not take my name or anything the waiter just showed us to a table which was not even cleaned yet. And I had to say that we booked on for the brunch as they seemed to have no idea. When we sat down they told us that they did not have three of the main meals in and also did not have two of the four drinks that they are known for, for the brunch. We were contemplating staying because we didn’t really want to pay the full price for barely anything, especially since the three main food courses that were not one were the ones we would have had. We respectfully stated that we were probably going to go somewhere else as we were not really happy to pay the full price for what was being provided. I understand that there are busy periods and sometimes there is nothing you can do. It was the attitude of the manager that rubbed me the wrong way as the waiter was very apologetic to the situation and even offered us a complementary glass of Prosecco. But when the manager came out he proceeded to say that I did not book the brunch and place blame upon us instead saying that they could of given this table to someone else. At the time I thought maybe I didn’t book it, so I went back onto the website to see if I did make a mistake, and I didn’t. The fact they didn’t even take my name when we came through the door was also a sign that be they didn’t check if it was booked or not anyway. The manager or the one who we assume was the manager and a female waiter were looking around the door at me and my friend clearly talking about us and it was an uncomfortable feeling, just a negative vibe from them. The male waiter who was the only one who was acting in a nice manner gave us the glass of Prosecco even though the manger clearly didn’t want us to have it and we drank it said thanks to the male waiter and left. Just poor service unfortunately, I’ve been wanting to go for a while as well, the interior set up everything is very nice. Just didn’t get a nice vibe from the manager.

Nice. Trendy little café in the NQ. I had the Vegan Breakfast, it was nice but I felt like it needed a poached egg 😉. My husband had the Chorizo Mash which he thoroughly enjoyed. See my first photo. On the wall there is a large, illuminated sign that reads, Che cazzo. This means something like "Who gives a damn" in Italian. Or words to that effect. If we were a generation younger, we'd think this was really cool.

Bottomless brunch was nice (used a voucher and it’s easy to arrange). Service was great, and the decor is interesting- we liked it. Added French toast at the end and this was tremendous. The regular menu looks great.

After purchasing two vouchers from Living Social, we went along to sample the cocktails (and indeed, the food). I've got to say we were most impressed. Friendly, helpful staff, unusual but pleasant decor, excellent cocktails and really tasty food. I would have no hesitation in visiting here again and would certainly recommend it to others.

First visit to the Hush , early Friday evening Decor is fun, food good on a simple menu and piping hot and cocktails are lush, our waitress was lovely The DJ came on and the volume was almost ear splitting, couldn’t have a conversation at all. We were moved to a table further away from the DJ 😊 and we could just about hear ourselves until the DJ turned the volume up TWICE. Another table of 6 girls were screaming at each other, trying to be heard and left after one drink We would have done the same but had ordered food DAN, was indifferent and to top it off, as my friend was taking a photo (took seconds) asked her to move as he wanted to sit someone on the table she was next too - we had our own table I believe he needs to remember he’s managing an eatery not a Rave and also take a course in customer care Such a shame, as this could have been an altogether different experience
