Excellent food - service and venue. Been a few times and the kitchen staff and chef are amazing!! Sunday dinner is ace too

Recently paid a visit to this restaurant and had an excellent experience. The food, the service and everything about this restaurant was first class. There was a very good selection of food, cooked to perfection. There is plenty of car parking space, but please ring ahead and book as there are only about 30 covers and they are not open every day. Well done and keep up the good work.

The food is always incredibly good at the Omega and very reasonably priced. We had Sunday lunch yesterday with our son and two of our grandchildren. As usual it was a wonderful experience and the food was of such a high standard, we’ve already booked again. The staff were friendly and attentive, ably organised by Jamie.

Great venue, it's a comparatively new location for a legendary Sheffield establishment and it lived up to it's great reputation. Lovely food and service, choice of real ales followed by Sheffields favourite party band, the Acoustic Angels. Thanks for a fantastic night

Went to a Summer Ball here on 30th July and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were all very pleasant and couldn't do enough for you; the food was lovely and served in a timely manner - never felt rushed but not kept waiting either. The entertainment was superb as ever - the Acoustic Angels. It was warm in the room but it was a very humid evening and it didn't stop us dancing!

Excellent night spent eating, drinking & dancing. A fabulous 3 course meal. Lovely salmon starter followed by melt in the mouth lamb, with seasonal vegetables, yorkshire pudding & a minted potato cake. Then strawberry cheesecake with fresh strawberries & cream. Finished off nicely with coffee/tea, homemade cookies, chocolates & brownies. All tastes and dietary requirements catered for in a professional but subtle way. Following the delicious food an opportunity to dance off a few calories with 2 sets from the fabulous Accoustic Angels. It was a warm evening but that didn’t stop everyone dancing & singing. A fabulous evening shared with good friends. The venue was warm but that didn't deter from the whole experience. The food was excellent, we opted for the vegetarian starter which was a mozzarella & tomato, salad, this was extremely tasty the main course was a lamb dish which everyone on our table of 8 thoroughly enjoyed. The meal finished with a strawberry cheesecake then coffee and cookies with hand made chocolates. A great raffle with the proceeds going to an extremely good cause. The live band entertainment was Sheffields premier band The Acoustic Angels anyone who has ever seen them will testify to how good they are you only had to look around the room and see people dancing everywhere. A wonderful night enjoyed by all (except 1 looking at the previous review)

There were 104 people on several tables but the conditions were very cramped and the waitress couldn't get behind some of the chairs on my by table, the temperature was very hot and humid. The starter of the meal was excellent consisting of smoked salmon but the lamb main course wasn't that thrilling with very few vegetables a strange potato dish and a soggy Yorkshire pudding, followed by a cheesecake which varied in portion size, at that point I decided to leave, not impressed so missed the entertainment. £45 for a mediocre meal. Wont be going back again.

Last night I attended a dinner and dance that I’d organised in partnership with Jamie at the Omega. There were 104 people who were served a 3 course meal followed by coffee and hand made chocolates and brownies. It was a resounding success! The food was tasty, plentiful and hot. The tables were beautifully decorated with fresh flowers and coloured serviettes. The music was fantastic. People were dancing in the aisles, by their tables as well as on the dance floor. Thank you to everyone involved!

Came to the Christmas party night on 11 Dec, party of 14. Everything absolutely spot on! Food was delicious,timing of courses perfect. Brilliant d.j to end the night! Thank you team! Had a fantastic evening!

Despite the change of location and the loss of its onlie begetter, the late David Baldwin, this place still shines brightly. The menu may be a little rickety but oh how well they do it - expertly judged scallops with a nut crust on a smear of potato puree, calves liver with ultra crisp pancetta, and an excellent, boozy orange and Cointreau panna cotta for our recent a la carte lunch. The only grouse - the water served is tepid. Ice and lemon please!

Just visited the Omega Restaurant. Fabulous meal. Well prepared, piping hot and very well presented. The atmosphere is great. The staff are extremely pleasant and couldn't do enough for you. The setting is lovely looking out over the cricket ground and sports area. Plenty of outdoor seating as well if you want it. I couldn't fault this place. Excellent. Will definitely be returning.

Covid friendly safe environment with amazing food, service and excellent price. Food service was excellent, patient, friendly and polite. Food quality was fantastic, quick, pipping hot, crunch tasty veg and juicy chicken and fish.
