We visited Ollie’s for a business lunch with our client and although we did not know it, there had been a problem with our meal. We were happy chatting with our client but the Manager was apologetic that there had been an issue with our meal and the food would be on him! We thanked him very much and when the food came out it was very tasty and the portions huge - incredible value for money. I was then asked if I would like another drink (passion fruit Bellini…delicious) and proceeded to have this and coffees all round. At the end of the meal the Manager again expressed his apologies and said there would be nothing to pay!! Omg what amazing service, above and beyond. Thank you, and as we work opposite all year round you will definitely be seeing us again. Service that you do not see often, but was greatly appreciated today.

The music is so loud that it is hard to hear your friends. It is not very relaxing as you have to shout. The waiter had a soft voice and we had to keep asking her to repeat herself. The toilets were not nice - the floors in the ladies were very wet so I used the disabled where I could feel my shoes sticking to the floor. When I mentioned this to the manager on the way out he said they’d been too busy to clean them!!

Great atmosphere and trendy. Piped house music sets the trend. Menu is simple accepting credit card for payment only no cash.

Horrible. Food had tuna bowl salad which tasted like old chicken, had stomach cramps afterwards, definitely never go back! Staff was nice!

I went here as part of a group for my friend's birthday, the waitress who I believe was called Maida was quite rude from the start, I thought maybe she's new, maybe that's just her way, or she's having a bad day, either way nothing worth ruining a nice occasion over. However when we had a breakdown in communication about our order (I asked to add a bit more halloumi instead of tomatoes, I thought she said this was possible, the halloumi came on a separate plate around 10 minutes after I finished my meal), she kept arguing her point even though I said I did not want an argument. She said she could not take the halloumi back to the kitchen for hygiene reasons and would knock it off the bill, I said it wasn't necessary to knock it off the bill as I was not looking for any monetary reimbursement, only to raise my point. She then proceeded to brashly grab the plate of halloumi from my table. I wondered who she was trying to spite by doing this, if she couldn't take it back for hygiene reasons then it's just going in the bin which is a loss for Ollie's house. It may seem small but suddenly and aggressively grabbing food from a customer (asking a question politely is every customer's right and no reason to act aggressively), I have never had such rude service in my life and I especially would not expect it in an area like Chelsea. I am not one for confrontation but my friend thought it was so rude that she asked for the manager for me to explain my situation. The manager (Fab) was so lovely and went over and above to make up for Maida's rudeness. He's a credit to the establishment, it's a shame he had go to such extra lengths to make up for Maida's behaviour, I am a doctor at the Chelwest hospital opposite and organise staff socials so she could have lost Ollie's House some regular customers had it not been for Fab.

OMG!!!! Have this place changed for the better!!!???!!!! ABSOLUTELY!!! Was here a few times around 4months or so, everything was all over the place! Service below any standard! Food ALWAYS BEEN GOOD, but service due to being understaffed was not great! Due to the food! And the location obviously as it is close to the hospital. I came back, HUGE IMPROVEMENTS!!! From night to day!! The energy in The place is calm loving and attentive! Staff is smiling and know what they are doing! Very attentive and on point. Upscale of a glass of wine before I got a chance to ask for it! Andres have sone an AMAZING JOB for the last months to get the place in the way it is now. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Fabulous food and a really great atmosphere; there was a private party with DJ so a little on the loud side for our ‘older’ ears (90yr old, 75 yr old and a 60 yr old - all young at heart!) but what a great find. Thoroughly recommend the Thai green curry and the peanut butter cheesecake was delicious beyond words. Staff were attentive and friendly; nothing was too much trouble. Definitely visit when we are in London again. Thoroughly recommend.

Last minute dinner here tonight, popped in to be greeted by the usual 'do you have a reservation? No? Hang on while I scan the empy restaurant then tell you I can seat you and try and make you feel you are so lucky to be here' greeting. I understand that you have bookings but an empty restaurant on a monday evening really doesn't need the role play...its a little embarrassing. We definitely won't return. Not sure what it's meant to be, turns out pan Asian?! Found the menu a little dull tbh (katsu chicken, noodles, green curry and poke bowls etc...) I had a poke bowl that was 70 percent rice -soggy very over cooked rice. My partner had salmon which was nice, again, massive amount of over cooked rice. It wasn't awful, just very..... forgettable. Didn't stay for dessert. Sorry to say our first visit was so underwhelming that we wont return. Plus sides, our waitress was lovely and the prices are very fair.

Ollie's House were incredible. When struggling to find an appropriate and affordable wedding reception venue in London, we came across Ollie's House. Unlike other restaurants in and around central London, Ollie's House allowed us to book their venue for a small family gathering. Most restaurants in London did not allow us to book a party dinner after saying it will be for a small wedding reception (they would always exponentially increase their prices after mentioning the word "wedding"). Ollie's House not only kept their prices regular for us, but they were genuinely excited to have us as their customers. They communicated with us throughout the planning process, met us face to face to arrange details, and from the bottom of their heart wanted to help us make our big day special. The venue has a calming atmosphere. They accommodated all our guests dietary needs very safely. Throughout our visit, staff were very attentive. The food was healthy, affordable, timely and delicious, and they allowed our guests to take leftovers home in their takeaway containers to reduce food waste. Their menu includes vegan and gluten free dishes, as well as mocktails for non-drinkers. They were very organised: they separated their restaurant in two sections, so that they could accommodate for their regular bookings and walk-ins whilst having a small wedding reception taking place. They have accessible toilets and step-free access. They also remembered us a year later after returning for a meal. Best restaurant we have found in London, and we will definitely be coming back.

Had a great lunch. A fabulous selection of Asian options and a fun and beautifully decorated interior. Loved the duck spring rolls and gyozas and I had a delicious poke bowl. My husband then had the chicken parmigiana, but it was a bit dry and tough, hence the 4/5. I would go back again though as everything rise was delicious.

I enjoyed a Friday night with 4 friends in the lively atmosphere at Ollie’s House. It was our first visit since it changed from Megan’s. The restaurant was full and the low ceiling made it quite noisy (my only slight gripe). Calden gave us excellent service taking the time to explain dishes, tell us his favourites, check with the chef over exact ingredients and generally being very welcoming - all whilst being rushed off his feet. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We’ll be back!

We went for brunch with a few friends and had a terrible experience. I dont believe that the sharing menu indicated how many people you would be sharing with (4 people) and so we were left feeling very hungry. The service was terrible, I’ve never experienced anything as bad as this. After waiting hours between dishes, it came to paying the bill and the waitress was sarcastic, aggressive and just out right rude. I’ve never been made to feel so uncomfortable at a restaurant. I will never go back to Ollie’s House and I will be telling all my friend and family what an awful experience we’ve had.
