Amazing food and very nice staff, can’t wait to come back

I celebrated my birthday here with family and friends and they were super accommodating. Our server was LenLen and she took care of use from start to finish. We ordered their “budol fight” and it was amazing. Lots of food and great value for money. My friends kept talking about how good it was after. Overall, a great restaurant! Would definitely recommend visiting and try Filipino food if you’re about Earls Court.

I love this vibrant place! Everything's freshly prepared, the portions are great and the prices are reasonable! The staff are very helpful and nice, and the wait time is not that long. This is a great resto for introducing Filipino food to friends.

My first experience ordering from Lutong Pinoy was a complete letdown. The sizzling beef steak arrived lukewarm, drenched in an overly salty sauce that overpowered everything else. The chicken adobo was disappointingly bland, lacking the rich, tangy depth it should have had. As for the bulalo, the broth was greasy and lacking in flavour, with tough, chewy meat. Definitely not a place I’d order from again.

Food was tasty and portion was decent. Patricia was very accomodating and made sure everything is fine. We love all the dishes that we order and even ordered takeways. The kakanins (puto, biko, sapin2x and leche flan) can be improved. The chicharon bulaklak is a must try!

We had a great time eating at this Filipino restaurant. The food was delicious and tasted authentic. Definitely felt that nostalgia! We also had a very pleasant lady (Patricia) serve our food. She was very friendly, polite, and accommodating. We will definitely come back here again when we’re in London!

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Had pork sinigang, beef kare kare, and fresh lumpia. Super yummy! Rice was a bit dry but still okay. Good prices and serving portions too. Patricia was very friendly. 10/10 would recommend. 👍👍👍

I eat here often, it's authentic, it's fresh and the menu is perfect for what it's like to experience Filipino culture! Fun fact for Brits- if you like Black Pudding you will LOVE Diniguan! It's similar in flavour profile except diniguan is a lovely gravy that you pour over rice or dip with bread! Take a look at the menu, take in the smells and eat like a king with all the taste and happy bellies! Filipino food pairs beautifully with Coke, Sprite, Calamansiade or beer!

I went here over 10 years ago and remember how good the food was so I decided to come back, yet I am disappointed since I can tell the quality has gone down. During my visit it wasn’t busy at all (one other table in the restaurant) yet the food took a very long time to come. In addition, the pork BBQ was so tough and it was incredibly hard to cut off the skewer, I would have used my hands but there was no space to put my fingers. Other than that, the other dishes we had (Sinigang, Sisig) were great.

Went on a quiet evening and got the food was good. Service was quick and speedy. Got the fried pork, fried rice and garlic hipon. All good with good portion sizes. Only took pics of the starters

After a disappointing experience at another restaurant, we decided to try Lutong Pinoy in Earlscourt—and we were pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and warmth of the staff. Upon arrival, the server welcomed us and let us know that our table would be ready shortly once the previous customers left. True to his word, he prepared the table immediately, handed us the menu, and returned after a few minutes to take our order. The food was not only delicious but also affordable. For the amount we paid, we received more than we expected in terms of quality and quantity. The server was attentive, checking in to ensure everything was to our liking and providing excellent service to all customers, both Filipinos and non-Filipinos alike. We ordered the bilao, which was filled with a variety of dishes—all of them flavorful and satisfying. The sago’t gulaman tasted just like home, which added a nostalgic touch to our meal. The ambiance of the restaurant also impressed us. The background music, a mix of Filipino and English songs, created a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Overall, despite being a small restaurant, Lutong Pinoy exceeded our expectations with its outstanding food and customer service. As Filipinos dining in a Filipino restaurant, we felt genuinely welcomed, and it was clear they extended the same warmth to all their guests. We will definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic and satisfying Filipino dining experience.

We found this place by chance looking at Google maps, we wanted to try an alternative cuisine and given the positive reviews we wanted to try it. Well what can I say!? Marvelous! We ate very well, we were very happy, we tried the meat-based sharing dish and the meat was excellent, very tender! We also tried the Philippine beer and the Ube ice cream which I recommend! Definitely coming back for our next trip to London!

My family and I went here on Saturday for lunch time to celebrate my mums birthday. There are so many options to choose from and they serve authentic Filipino food for such good prices, considering we’re in London. The interior inside is cozy and they have lots of decor paying homage to the Philippines. They also have a wall with photos of staff and famous customers that have visited the restaurant. At Lutong Pinoy, the staff are very friendly and attentive, making sure we knew the specials of the day and also refilling our water for the table. With our lunch experience, we ordered a variety of food. The special we selected was the Lechon Paksiw. Then we ordered the rest from the menu: Lumpia Shanghai, Pork BBQ, Beef Kare Kare, Lechon Kawali, Sizzling pork sisig, Bulalo and Leche flan for dessert. All the food was delicious, my main favourites were the Lechon Paksiw, Sizzling Pork Sisig and the Beef Kare Kare. When we were finished with everything the staff played birthday music and brought a slice of ube cake for my mum with a lit candle. This was so sweet and kind of them, we did not expect them to do this for her. So we really appreciate the service and attention they gave to us. Would highly recommend coming here! Would definitely go back here again. Thank you.

First time trying Filipino food and I was very impressed. The sisig is legendary. Super tender and crispy pork. And like with everyone in Philippines, the staff were smiling and super friendly. Can't go wrong.

Ordered a big dish to share amongst three from here, and upon opening the box all of us were in awe of not only the presentation of the food but also of the sheer amount of it. Excellent value for money and the sharing dishes have an amazing variety, all delicious. When we picked up the food from the restaurant it was very prompt, and the lady who handed it over was very polite. We didn’t eat inside the restaurant but the atmosphere seemed lovely too.

And the quality of food didn’t disappoint (even if its takeaway order). Each party tray were properly sealed and still hot. Our visitors were very happy with the food. Will definitely recommend! It was a small place but very cozy and tidy. Thdy play OPM music so it gives you a feeling if dining in a restaurant in tbe Philippines. Food was simple and really good. We ordered kare kare , sizzling sisig, halohalo and lecheflan - liked all of them. Serving was enough for 2-3 people.

Just finished a heavenly meal at this place that we just stumbled upon and it was busy/full even on a Monday evening, and so glad we stuck around for a table! Ordered 3 meals for 3 of us, but it was more than enough. Each portion can easily be for 2 people. We decided to try the goat curry, the sizzling sisig, and the beef Kare Kare... All delicious and highly recommended!

I was in London for an errand then I craved for Pinoy food. I googled nearby areas and this place caught my attention. I only ordered sisig and rice because I was alone and could not order me though I really wanted to. The Pork Sisig was delicious! Just how I wanted it. Service was rather slow as it was super busy but, the lovely ladies there reassured me about my order with a warm smile. The atmosphere was great. Typical Filipino friendly vibe where you feel truly "at home". I also ordered takeaway Kare-kare and Pares and it was really good! I definitely recommend this place.

The food is good, but expensive AND then they add a 10% service charge to your bill for a standard waitress service. Trying to get it removed ends up with an argument. Service charge is not mandatory in the UK.

Visited for dessert. Ate was extremely helpful and kind to us. The place was very aesthetic with beautiful paintings and a tasteful interior. Foodwise, dessert was a bit too sweet but still pretty good. We had the turon and ube ice cream, and the buko pie with ube ice cream.
