Excellent customer service, great choice for breakfast or lunch. Good portions, the rocky road is the size of a brick. I’ll be back.

The food and service here are second to none. My husband raves about their bacon sandwich - the quantity of filling and no fat - he resolves to go on a regular basis. I also love their sandwiches and I can see what is served to others is superb, both in quality and quantity. Definitely recommend them!

We are in a heat wave and I was refused a glass of water as I had not purchased a hot drink. My husband had purchased a hot drink and although he asked for water was just told no water unless you buy a hot drink. Very disappointed as I would expect in this hot weather an exception could have been made. Will not be returning.

Hottest day of the year and refused to give my wife a glass of water. I had purchased a coffee and still did not get water. Not very impressed with the attitude of staff. Lost my custom.

Lovely tasty food and coffee, reasonable prices and staff are always so friendly. The best rocky road and flapjacks I've ever had (try them if you haven't you won't be disappointed!)

I would highly recommend the Olive Tree. It have amazing food all cooked to order and the staff are all really polite.

Friendly cafe with great grub at reasonable prices. Their takeaway food is great too, paninis, sandwiches and salads all highly recommended.

When to Horsham for shopping and thought we would give it a try Staff very friendly and welcoming good choice of food from breakfast and light lunches to a three course lunch we had a lunch well presented great value for money would definitely recommend to our family and friends

Simple Cafe menu food with high quality! Small and clean with friendly/polite staff. We live in Croydon but love to eat at the Olive Tree when we are in the area. We wish that more restaurants would follow the Olive Tree’s example - small menu but high quality preparation and presentation. Not our first meal here and definitely not the last!

The Full English breakfast is plenty big enough, but you can supersize it if you feel brave. Cosy little cafe with a flexible menu and huge sandwich / baguette range.

Love this place have been going for years. Lovely family run cafe and the food is always well cooked and well presented. Highly recommend then Sausage bacon and egg butty hits the spot every time. Good coffee and a friendly smile. Homemade cakes are yummy so drop by and enjoy the warm welcome and food inside.

on arriving to the olive tree with my buggy, I was greeted with "can you push the buggy right under the table" this would have been fine had a Highchair have been provided for the one year old sitting in it. I ordered a hot chocolate and sat with my fiends, handing my children a rice cake and their beaker. Before we had finished our drinks our table was being cleared and my son (aged 2) was asked not to Play with a sugar sachet "due to hygien reasons" which I had already put back in the cup provided. It was at this point we could bare the hostile and unwelcoming atmosphere no longer and left. My children are always complimented on their beautiful behaviour when they visit cote, bills, giggling squid and other restaurants and cafes. I think this cafe is more suited to builders and truckers who received a warm welcome as they arrived for their morning tea breaks. I wouldn't recomended to families or friends meeting with children and will not be returning.

A small cafe that works to a restaurant standard! Freshly prepared food and served by pleasant and polite staff. Clean and pleasant surroundings with a lovely atmosphere. This is not the first time that we have eaten here and I hope it is not the last! As a fussy OAP I find many of the "chain" restaurants have an overpriced menu with low quality, so I am so grateful that I can count on "The Olive Tree" to provide a reasonable priced menu of high quality!

The food is always cooked to order and with your own requirements met with ease! They remember every detail (chips in a paper bag so they don’t go soggy in polystyrene) Such lovely friendly people too! Well done Costa’s and co! I’ve seen many try to make a go of this lot without success. Shows with true hard work and great food to offer it can be done 👏🏻😊 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We dropped in here for a breakfast / meeting, and had the basic bacon & eggs breakfast with a soft drink and Americano coffee. Lovely ! Polite, friendly and humble service. I really appreciate this quiet little gem in the neighbourhood !

This unassuming little cafe does the best lunch time sandwich in Sussex! They are really friendly & the food is fabulous. Great value for money & quality, home cooked ingredients.
