Pilau rice was tasty Tarka dal was awful- uncooked lentils, too much salt and way too many huge chunks of chilli Chicken masala was sickenly sweet Couldn't tell the difference between butter naan and roiti - there was no butter anywhere Onion bajhi was alright but because it was put on top of the salad; the underneath was soggy and so was the salad very disappointed

Awesome food, highly recommended save didn't disappoint. Everything freshly made and very tasty. My new favourite place for curries, cheese naan (best I've had), lamb chops and pakoras. Been again an again.

Tried vegetable pakora,fish pakora,palao rice,chicken achari,butter naan On different visit tried chicken karahi,everything was delicious especially vegetable and fish pakora and butter naan.

Olive of Senai offers a nicely decorated ambiance with generally good food. Standout dishes include the lamb curry, chicken dynamite, and mixed grill, though the prawn dynamite wasn't up to par. Fresh, hot chips were a plus. They also have a very convenient prayer room. Staff were very hospitable and accommodating. If i could suggest you change cutlery, the glasses appeared to be dirty (lots of scratches) and the plates had a weird design which made them seem dirty.

We ordered chiken tikka platter (three coloured chicken ) and lamb karahi with bone and tandoori roti as we are having festival. Platter was really worse and tasteless and even not properly packed. Very disappointed. I will never recomment. Worse experience. Lamb was okay.

Super high quality food and amazing staff. Always helpful and kind and never judgemental. Food is super delicious and I have been many times by myself or with family. Food portions are always great for the price and everything tastes fresh. Stir fry is amazing and so is the Prawn Biryani.

Slightly late delivery, that's not the issue - but a biryani delivered without a veg. sauce was a dry, dry dish. Disappointed.

This is by far one of best restaurants in Preston. We have dined here a few times now and have had a great experience each time. The chicken chargha karahi is a must try. Very happy with the level of service too. Thanks team Olive!

A little on the busy side, but it's excellent it's so delicious. They do burgers, mix grills and curries. Prices are reasonable too..

Just dissapointed again with this resturant ...i ordered a special biriyani ...no prawns in it ..and no veg sauce was sent ...the week before food was cold ...its a lot of money to pay out and you dont get what you paid for....lost a customer .

Quick service for food and amazing taste

Large table booked took nearly 1 and half hour for food to arrive...we wasn't told this would be the case..ordered drinks never arrived and when food arrived received chicken tikka when I specified l wanted vegetarian 😑 wouldn't visit again ruined the experience

Booked a table for my family of 5, arrived at the restaurant and didn't get seated till an hour later. We were given a few minutes to decide what we wanted and then the manager took our order. He didn't listen to half the things we said and when our food came our order wasn't complete. We ordered lamb chops, dynamite prawn and chicken, and lamb handi. We also ordered an Oblivion burger.Only nice thing was dynamite chicken and prawns and the oblivion burger.The lamb chops barely had any meat on and was really tough. The curry was not to my liking as it was a bit too bland and salty. The burger looked good and was meaty and a bit tough. The pattys were cooked until black and it was too crunchy. Not worth the hype everyone is giving the place

Went to olive this evening with my neighbour and birthday twin for a belated birthday meal. I chose prawn khari.. It was first class and one of the nicest khari I have eaten.. Will definatley go back.. The bonus is that it's quite close to home as well.. I would recommend this place to anyone that enjoys good food.

The curry I got was discoloured. I’ve ordered plenty of times from this place and this time the food was abysmal. Curry tastes stale, popadoms were soggy, naan bread was burnt. Only thing that was decent was the loaded fries. Not happy at all.

Visited with my wife on Fri 05/01/24. Lovely clean restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice tables, chairs and atmosphere. Food was a little late coming out, but it was very tasty. I would maybe go next time when they are less busy. We ordered Dynamite Chicken and Herbed Chicken. Both very nice and well presented. I met the owner, he is a lovely man and he looks after his customers. Would definitely recommend trying this place out if you are in Preston.

Had a lovely time dining here last week, sohail who looked after us was great, very friendly. The food was fresh and very tasty with generous portions. We had the dynamite prawns which were delicious. The lamb karahi with garlic and butter naans was very tasty and the burger was great too. The mocktails were a little too syrupy for my liking but all else was bang on and the interior is very nice too.

Non- veg:- Charsi kadhai and Malai boti was amazing. Veg:- Vegetable Biryani, Palak paneer was great too. Whole staff and owner, they all were very friendly too. Overall lovely experience and would love to go again.

Great food I had in my last 3 yrs. Malai Boti n Charsi Kadhai is must try. Don't forget to try mint n mustard sauce.... Kids Pizza n fries were good too n vegetarian biryani for vegetarians was amazing
