The coffee was weak, no proper bread (they use shop one), both barms came cold on top. The waitress was constantly mixing up the orders. We had to wait for 30 min for one of the items to arrive, then another 15 min for another one (ordered at the same time). I had indigestion afterwards. Will surely not return.

We have visited Olive a number of times and can’t say enough how lovely the whole experience is for us. We have visited with children, friends and family. One member of our party is a wheelchair user and Olive is completely accessible for them. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and volunteers. It is clean and tidy and all the hot food is made to order. Great choice of food available including a kids meal. We also love the pay it forward that Olive offers. The children each choice an item to pay for and Olive staff will give this to someone in need. Olive has activities available for children from toys and books to colouring sheets. They also have a great selection of books for adults to read whilst in the cafe. Overall we love a visit to Olive and will definitely be back soon. If you are near Olive it’s worth a visit.

Impromptu lunch out today: I had the daily special (chilli) which came with two generous home-made side salads and garlic bread. Add in a large pot of tea to make a bill of £7.50, representing superb value. All beautifully prepared and presented. Nothing not to like here, it's a gem.

Live visiting Olive for a lovely warm, relaxed and welcoming experience. They really have thought about everything from a small children's area to keep the little ones busy to the comfortable sofas. The coffee is good, the tea is plentiful(nothing worse than a tiny cup) and the food is good from. Delicious daily special to the tasty bagels and healthy children's meals.

I just popped into the Olive Cafe expecting an average cup of coffee - I ordered a macchiato and it was 10/10 smooth and the ratio of froth to coffee perfect. The staff are so bright and friendly- I will definitely make this a local hang out when I next visit my family in Stockport!

I have to say have gone past this establishment on numerous occasions and this is the first time I have actually went in! Got to say Cleanliness is superb and is very spacious! And more to the point the latte was superb and the taste of it was even better. The lady who served me was very prompt and a smile with the service which these days is hard to get but it came natural to her! Now that I have tried I will be back! Thank you for a lovely latte!

Is this one of the best meals I've had in a restaurant/cafe? It was certainly the best BLT I've had. Really nicely presented on a bagel with loads of fresh salad, and avocado on the side. One assumes they are trying to steer us locals towards a healthier diet but in a subtle way - and why not? Very much a community clientele which on my visit included local pensioners, two young men who looked like they were on their way to the gym, and a disability assist dog, amongst others. As well as the BLT I had a chocolate brownie, a carton of orange juice, and a decaf americano. Not bad for £7.

Visited here with my wife and 4 month old baby and decided to visit for a quick bite to eat. Wow..!! What a beautiful place. Great food, great drinks and great service. The menu is basic, but wonderful and worth the money. There are high-chairs available too for your young ones. There is an Internet cafe with two pc's available, there is free wi-fi, just ask at the counter for the password. The thing I liked about Olive was the fact it was clean, smart and fresh. It was an enjoyable experience and highly recommended. One of the things I liked was the fact that you can also buy a drink or food for a stranger if they can't afford one. Part of the suspended drink/food option. This is not just a cafe but also a community hub and offers kids/parents clubs during the school holidays and have other community activity programs on offer. Worth popping in to find out what's on.

This was my third visit to Feed since moving to the area and unfortunately, it will likely be my last when it comes to food. I decided to try their Sunday roast this time, but it turned out to be a major letdown. While my partner enjoyed her meal, my experience with the roast beef was disappointing enough that I ended up leaving the entire meal. The beef was tough, undercooked and had the unappetising appearance of something that had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. The roast potatoes were equally underwhelming — dry and stale, as if they had been prepared the day before. The greens were burnt and the gravy was watery and flavorless. To their credit, the staff did ask for my feedback and offered me a free dessert, which I declined. Instead, they gave me a complimentary cookie and removed my partner’s drink from the bill. While I appreciated the gesture, I would have preferred if they had addressed the real issue — the £20 I paid for a meal I couldn't eat. Sadly, this experience has solidified my decision not to dine at Feed again. The coffee is still great, so I may return for that, but as for the food, I think I’m done.

I have been coming to this fab cafe since it opened with my children when they were younger with other mummies and have also used it as a business space. The staff are always really accommodating and since the pandemic have worked really hard to accommodate everyone they can whilst making everyone feel safe and welcome. The food is fantastic and we always recommend it to everyone. Even during a difficult time with the rules changing all the time they are still smiling and making everyone feel very welcome
