Do not order from this place. Julie really is rude and condescending!! I called to explain Just Eat wasn’t accepting orders and she acknowledged that with.. “we’ve ad 16 orders this mornin, it’s obviously a problem with you”

This Cafe is worth a visit and well worth the money. Please come and try for yourself, I am sure you will not be disappointed unless you expect to pay rich mans prices, this place is for people who like saving money, and eating well too

Took an hr to deliver. Waffle was hard by the time it reached us. Definitely gone down hill. Seems as though now they only care about quantity not quality. Also, store doesn't have a pay by card option upon phoning so had to order on here which is abit awkward when they don't list all their waffle options!!

The deserts and shakes were absolutely amazing. Delivery took an hour and half though which is ridiculous. The driver did apologize and say he was the only driver that night but the shop could have contacted us sooner to let us know this

Absolutely awful service!!!! Food turned up after over 1 and half hours, strawberry milkshake was missing. Called up straight away to be answered my some numpty who had the enthusiasm of a damp piece of cardboard, was told it would be sent out straight away, after 50 minutes still nothing so rang back, was told by another numpty that a driver would post my 2.50 through our door as it was now 10pm and i was going to bed, woke up this morning lo and behold nothing here, it might only be 2.50 but theft is theft, will never ever use again

Really dissapointed !!! Cake was very dry and rough on the edges.The milkshakes had all the consistancy of a milkshake but no taste what so ever.I have ordered from here a few times with no problems but dont think i will be ordering again !!!

Milkshake was very watery and wasn't keen on wispa not much ice cream. oreo cake didnt taste like oreo but just had oreo on the top of it.

Took nearly 3 hours to deliver, and the milkshake tasted like water, Ice cream and sundae had melted.

Order twice this week and on both occasions food was not nice. Cookie dough was cold, and burnt in places, and hard. We also had a waffle that was also hard.

Ordered at 6.45pm order Still didn't arrive by 10pm. Made 4 phone calls to the restaurant and kept being told the driver was on his way. A just eat advisor also contacted them for me and they were told twice the order had been delivered and accepted. Unacceptable service will not be ordering from them again.

Won't be reordering. After two phone calls to say that they had forgotten my ice creams off my order, I won't be using them again. I was told I'd be called back on both accounts and no one has bothered to call me as of yet. Not only did I have to pay for delivery in also out of pocket from the missing ice creams. My little brother had to share others as his was missing!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE.

The teddylicious was on time but it was horrible, the milk shake had BLOOD around the cup, the waffles were burnt and hard. The cookie dough was full of grease. Vile will not be ordeing again!! I DO NOT recomend!

The Milk shake was not what I'd asked for, lion bar and lion bar peanut aren't the same thing, good job my other half didn't try mine first by mistake, being allergic. The cookie dough was incredibly expensive for the quantity, it was like a warmed up nestle cookie you can get at any supermarket. The cake was dry and wasn't very tasty either. All in all it was sub par, won't be ordering again.

Cake was oily and tasted like grease horrible and Sunday tasted vile was like icecream had been defrosted and then reused the chocolate ice cream was just nasty horrible yak but milk shake was lovely !

If I could put no stars then I would, Cancelled the order in the end after two hours of waiting. They don't even phone you to tell you they will be late. Awful service!

Delicious food and the delivery only took 20 mins instead of the predicted hour. Would definitely go again however my only criticism is that the minimum spend of £10 almost forces you to get too much

Food took an hour and 40 minutes to arrive and once it did I had items missing 🙄. They sent my missing item out shortly after finally received all my food at half 9 after ordering at 7!

Was impressed for a take away dessert. Thought the portion sizes were fine and delivery was within times specified. The cake and ice-cream was beautiful. Would order again. I didn't like the mint ice-cream though the Oreo ice-cream was lovely

This is a genius idea for a takeaway. The waffles were lovely however I think I was a bit ambitious ordering the cookie dough too. Looking forward to it for breakfast tomorrow though! Will definitely be ordering from here again :)

Took long drink was defrosted cornflake cake not that good

Arrived within times stated and with a friendly delivery guy, food itself was faultless and will be eating the rest for breakfast as there was a lot! Malteaser milkshake was slightly disappointing, but an overall good experience. Would recommend and definitely order again :)

I'm disgusted with the service I received the food took 2 hours to come and when it did was it melted and the cookie dough was cold, it was expensive and received terrible service and when phoned they said they was on there way and still taken 20 minutes to come will not be ordering again

I ordered my food for collection at 7pm and my order wasn't ready and I had to wait 15 minutes.

Ordered a collection. Got there 20 mins later. Order was ready and waiting. Very impressed.

Ordered at 9pm no sign of delivery at 11pm order cancelled. Store has 3 delivery drivers and 4 staff members and is unable to complete a order!

They didn't have half the food I wanted and I had to have substitutes which wasn't really what I wanted and it took up to 90minutes to deliver.

Banana in meal with no mention of it on menu. Serious allergy to banana so not only health implications but had no dessert either. All round, poor!
